I order a product from them in October and I have not received anything from them. They don't respond with updates. I got a generic email saying they would contact me and nothing. I got the last email on Dec 5. Saying they are short staffed and will contact me. This is the 3rd email that has said the same thing. Thus is alk the info I can give. They. Have already charged my credit card.

I ordered November 4, 2022 and they charged my account $105 that day, and I received a generic email thanking me for my order. I have received nothing from them by txt, email, snail mail. I have emailed them twice since December 01, 2022 and I just get some stupid email saying they are short staffed and working on orders.

Wtheck?! You shouldn’t be charging peoples cards until they’re orders are done!

I had the exact problem with my order! I ordered November 19th and got the same generic e mails and have even called them with no answer! Terrible customer service and I also will be asking for a refund!

I have had the exact problem with my order! I ordered November 11th and got the same generic e mails and have even called them with no answer! I have paid $181 and have not received the items. I also will be asking for a refund!

Wow I guess I'll join the club. I ordered Nov. 10 2022 it is Dec 20, 2022 haven't heard anything. I've emailed too and only get the generic email. What can we do about this? Vary pissed off.

I have the same issue. I even paid extra to have the order delivered before Christmas. I have emailed several times but only received one generic response. I have called and havent received a call back. I will be asking for a refund or disputing the charge on my credit card.

Wow! Same boat as everything else! I have left three voicemails, and four emails. No response! I guess I need to quickly find new Christmas presents, which will be impossible during our Minnesota winter! So disappointed. I ordered because it was a Minnesota company. I will be disputing charges with my credit card company.

Ordered November 25th, 2022, and have sent 4 emails, received the form email, and called twice. Voice Messages left, and no responses.

Business Reviews shown on their website show reviews for a different company named Meraki Metal Art, Registered on 1/13/2021

They charged immediately after we ordered.

I KNEW that they were the same company! I ordered for Meraki last year and got scammed. Took my money and never game me a product and just kept responding that that were short staffed until they disappeared. If you look up BBB reviews for Meraki, it’s exactly the same for the complaints about this company.

I ordered a company sign for my husband as a Christmas present November 4, 2022, for $104.91. They took the money off my card right then and I have not received anything and when I email them my concerns I get a generic email back saying they are short staffed they’re sorry and are working on orders. What should we do? I placed an order on Dec 3 for 3 signs and now I look like a [censored]ty boss because my employees didnt get the gifts that I promised them. I have emailed and emailed and all I get is a generic email saying they are understaffed.

Well it's not very reputable company because when you order from them you get your invoices and stuff but you never get your order two items from them and I received somebody else's order and I've been trying to contact them since December 5th when I received somebody else's order and no response to phone calls email text messages I just sent him another recent email and they're saying they're still feeling Christmas orders and what tomorrow's New years

I got half my order and then somebody else got my other half apparently because I got theirs

I ordered a sign on December 3rd, 2022. I have yet to receive the order. When I ordered it, I paid via PayPal. Hope I get my money back from these scammers. When I email them, I get the same generic email that they are low staffed. I call BS! They need to refund a lot of people and be put out of business.

I ordered in December 1 2022 and paid with credit card and steal same thing you are getting only did get email said they were short on staff but would get back to me THEY WERE SHORT THAN SHOULD NOT TOOK ORDER PLUS SEND ME A EMAIL WANTING ME TO ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM NOT HAPPY

I had the same issue, got the first one and it was beautiful, but never received the next two which were Xmas ornaments. Contacted them multiple times, got the same stupid canned message. I want either A)

the ornaments or B) A REFUND

Ordered a sign for Christmas in November and by January 5th had still never received order. Made complaint with PayPal and they refunded our money. This company never answered calls and replied with only generic emails. Please do not order from this company.

I ordered a sign in November as well and still have not gotten anything from them, but the generic email. I asked for my money back and nothing. I am filing a lawsuit against them for fraud and grand larceny. 10 million Dollar suit. I don't sue companies or people, but I think this one definitely deserves it!

I am calling the police in that town and making a report. Plus I will be calling the trade commission as well. Everybody needs to call both of these places. With enough complaints the government will do something about it.

I placed an order on Nov. 20, 2022 for a Christmas gift. I still haven't received it. Sent 2 emails requesting estimated delivery date, but was sent generic email saying short staffed. They didn't answer my question. I just called them and got a message saying they can't answer the phone right now. Don't order from this company.

Same issue as well! I wish I would've seen these reviews before I ordered. I ordered 2 items for Christmas gifts back at the beginning of November. They claim to ship fast. Well I've checked in several times, getting the same generic response (whenever I would get a response). One of the 2 items finally arrived 3 days after Christmas. Still no clue what's happening with the other item. Definitely will Never order from them again and don't recommend. Item I received was definitely not worth the price!

Hopefully PayPal does not take it back I filed a dispute with them they credited me and then they took it back this merchant told them that I received it and yet provided PayPal with 2 different tracking numbers for USPS and they still say they are both awaiting the package this is what this company does so that PayPal does not refund people I just ran into somebody who had the same exact situation so I pray you get to keep your credit and the merchant doesn't reply otherwise I lost $523.50. I'm still fighting with PayPal

I would provide PayPal with all the reviews of people getting scammed and go on the better Business bureau and send that to them as well because there's many complaints out there to them as well. PayPal should be doing their homework to protect you and there's too many claims of people like us that didn't get our product and they got our money and never responded.

Absolutely I agree. I faxed over about 20 pages to PayPal every other day until I got a response. I then called twice and open up 2 other disputes for the same exact thing. I went on more scamboards more complaint boards more things I even sent them the copy of my BBB complaint. I noticed a few days ago that they reversed the $523 50. So I'm praying it stays that way. I was always able to get more reviews and more information from new consumers posting and In my letter to them I even told them the reason why I used PayPal is for the protection of the consumer not for the protection of the fraudulent seller. Anyway, I check everyday just making sure I still keep the credit and I still keep checking those tracking numbers and they're still exactly the same both awaiting items. I hope this company gets stopped really soon.

I just found federal trade commission number online and reported them, the lady also asked me to report this company to FBI online scam site

As well...put order in Dec 9th 2022 and still nothing! They do not answer email but with generic and they also have generic phone answering machine! I want my order delivered or my money refunded! Who are you to just keep taking peoples money with nothing in return? Ripoff!

I made my purchase on November 4th 4 days after Halloween. That's more than enough time to beat a Christmas rush. Now, they're sending me advertising for Valentine's Day but no package.

When you Contact them, their email and voicemail is all automated. It seems like fraud to me. Please advise! Either I want my package or I want a refund.

Placed my order Dec 19th and have not received any notifications. Have emailed 3 times with same generic response they are low staffed and working on orders. The phone number they provide to right a voicemail. Starting to think it’s a scam and will be contacting my credit card company about a refund

I'm in the same boat. Ordered Dec 8 and received no communication outside of the generic we are short staffed, please refer to shipping policies. Policies say 3-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I email and tell them to cancel my order. 1 week later I file a dispute with my credit card. Now 2 weeks later, I get shipping information. I'm will not pay for it as I no longer want it.

This a fraudulent company. The state of MN and the federal government has done nothing. The company has ripped 100's of customers over state line and yet nothing is being done. Do not buy from this Shyt of a Company.

I have the exact same story. Emailed 7-8 times, get a generic auto response saying they are short staffed. When calling it goes to an answering machine that never is returned for a callback. Ordered in October several hundred dollars worth of art for my customers and was ripped off. Received NOTHING! Will be pressing charges for theft.
