I placed my order on November 16, 2022. By December 5th I still had not received any communication from them. Generic replies to my emails stating they were understaffed and busy. No replies to voicemails and they do not answer the phone. When I filed a case with PayPal to get my money refunded, they sent a USPS tracking number and said my order would ship by December 11 that week. On December 20th I filed a case with USPS and they replied they have never received a package. This company has created a tracking number in order to keep PayPal from refunding my money all while they still have not sent my order. They are scamming people.
Desired outcome: I want a refund.

I order this on Nov. 4th 2022 and haven't gotten it yet . I have sent text messages and have call them a few times and they say they will call me back but never have yet . Please get up with me text or call me at [protected] ASAP
The same exact thing happened to me. I filed with PayPal they refunded me then they took back the credit because they said that I had received it per the merchant but yet they provided PayPal with 2 different USPS tracking numbers and they both say that they are awaiting the package. To this day I ordered on 11/26 and still have not received anything and still fighting with PayPal. I filed a complaint on the BBB and other sites online that would give reviews in reference to this company. So sad I'm out $523 I even told PayPal I thought that they were supposed to protect me against fraud. I provided 20 pages of evidence and for them to do their due diligence. Check the tracking numbers, they both still say awaiting package. You're right as soon as PayPal reached the merchant for the dispute, they miraculously gave a tracking number that day. Now it's about 2 months and nothing. At this point not sure I can trust PayPal either since they will not provide the credit.
