I ordered 3 American Eagle metal pieces on November 13th (order #3526 $318.98) and December 5, 2022 (order #7367 $159.89) and never received the items. I have spent 100’s of dollars expecting to receive by Christmas. I have left 3 voicemails with no return call or even acknowledgment. I would prefer to actually get the items but will request a full refund if it is not possible to get the order. I have read several reviews that this company is a scam. I sincerely hope this is not true; if it is, they should be ashamed of themselves especially for highlighting that their products are made in America!

I ordered 3 pieces on 10/28/22. I received 2 of my order. But the $95.00 Swirl Mammogram never arrived. I tried calling several times with NO response. I also emailed with No response. It is Christmas day and I am one gift short. I saw on Facebook they are still advertising, How can Facebook allow then to advertise if they are just ripping people off! I either want the piece I ordered or a refund with in the next week or I will contact the better business bureau.
Have you ever heard back from them or contacted anyone else on this? I had the same thing happen...
I ordered 10/23/2022 for three items. They took payment and like others when I message I get the same generic mail about them being busy getting orders out. I have messaged several times. Apparently scammers!
I ordered dec 1,22. Keep sending emails to them with a response of so sorry,so sorry short staffed, trying to get Christmas done. I have also called multiple times ,with no call back. Send my money back. Or product I ordered. Nothing. Over
$200.00 they took . Shame on you...
Stole 150 from me everything is shut down phone e mail I think they changed name and started over
