I was really disappointed with VogueWigs. The wig I received was not up to par with what they showed on their site. The hair was all tangled and looked like it had been through a tornado. I tried to brush it out, but it just made it worse. The color was also not what I expected. It was supposed to be a light brown, but it looked more like a dark brown. I was really bummed out because I was looking forward to wearing it for a special occasion.

I didn't even take it out of the packaging and immediately repackaged it to send it back. However, I was disappointed to find out that they charge a $10 fee for shipping it back. That's not all, they also charged me a 15% restocking fee which I think is total bull$#*!. In the end, I only received a refund of $4.88.
