LG Dishwasher extended warranty for 3 years Ext. Warranty (www.thew3solution.com). Delivered in July 2022. The dishwasher has been running smoothly from last October 2023 (we started using it from October 2023). The machine has been working well.

Hello,

As per LG report new parts will be ordered for their unit the main board and harness but the leaking issue is due to excess soap causing suds in the unit, to remove please follow use care guide for the appliance.

We have received a request from LG Electronics to repair your LG DWM.

We are scheduled to be at your home [protected] BORDEAU GROVE, on Tuesday the 26th. We will assign 3 hours window a day before the service and request your confirmation by email and phone call. If you fail to confirm the appointment, we cannot guarantee the service. — The latest response from the claim on April 18th is as follows:

Hello,

Per LG report the AE error and the leaking is caused by the wrong soap which was used before, they advise to clean the machine (Using the User guidance) multiple times without any soap to clear out the suds.

If you do not agree with LG report, we would advise to find another technician who is authorized to work on LG appliance to assess the appliance and send us the report.

iA Service Plan — I am completely at a loss to understand that the problem for the machine is not at all soap water leaking to start with. It was working perfectly for the last 8 months until the technician came in and diagnosed motherboard issue. Before leaving the place, he recommended to use it and someone will come later to replace the motherboard. That very day, when we used it, the water started leaking over the floor and messed it up with soap water. I sent the pics for your information. It is mainly the faulty motherboard which is causing the frequent power on and off with leaking sound due to "AE" error. It is almost one month and I am back to square one without any resolution. My response is as follows: — Hi Jolie,

The warranty upto 2026 covered is with your company.

I don't have time to run around with this issue. You are solely accountable and responsible for this issue.

Please replace the item immediately if you can't repair it.

I demand your technician's report as well with regards to his diagnosis that the motherboard is faulty and has to be replaced.

Please act without further delay.
