Chris was great! Explained our options before starting the project. He was indeed a perfectionist. we would recommend him and his company to anyone.

Matt came by for a very messed up leaking kitchen faucet. We all got a bit more than we bargained for but the end result was great. Price is very fair.

Very happy with the service. They were the only company to pick up the phone when I need to have my main water line fix. Gentleman who did the work was courteous, and fully explained everything.

This company was recommended by my previous strata and they've become my go-to for anything plumbing related. I've just got my bath tub looked after today and the plumber came as promised on Christmas Eve! He went above and beyond the service call and did the complimentary walk around in my new house. Awesome service!

I found Wade Roberts plumbing company totally excellent. This rating applies to both the receptionist who was extremely efficient and helpful as well as the plumber himself who was also very personable and pleasant and did an excellent job; he was well organized and he worked hard to get the job (replacement of a kitchen faucet ) done as quickly as possible with absolutely no mess!

A few years ago I had to make an urgent call to get a plumbing job done. We not only had the plumbing issue that came up that morning but we had also lost someone very precious in our family the day before. Wade heard my story and came to our home immediately. He was very respectful and helpful and in no time completed the job. He did an excellent job and I am so grateful for his quick response. Wade was very sensitive to the fact that we would be having family and friends dropping by the house to pay their condolences and the job had to be done in a timely manner. Thank you Wade for all your help. I am not sure what we would have done if it wasn't for you.

I was in the midst of a major kitchen renovation, with new cabinets recently installed, waiting for countertop and kitchen sink. Late one evening I just happened to notice water bubbling up out of the hot water supply line (which was shut off). Realizing this was bad, I called Wade Roberts Plumbing. To make a long story short, Chris called me prior to his arrival to reassure me and to provide instructions to mitigate damage. Such a nice guy and so personable, even given that it was well after midnight by this time. Chris efficiently diagnosed the problem and replaced the failed shutoff valve on the supply line, He went above and beyond in providing information and showed me where all the appropriate shutoffs were located. I am truly grateful for Chris' calm and professional manner. He really saved me from a major disaster. Thank you, Chris!

Chris from Wade Roberts Plumbing in Victoria, BC did excellent quality work in my home! Chris is knowledgeable, professional, respectful, innovative, handy, and an all around joy to encounter. He had great things to say about Wade Roberts Plumbing company and he appeared to genuinely enjoy his work. He was upbeat, active, and very positive, which set my mind at ease about my daunting home repairs. The plumbing services included effectively communicating with the CRD water services to shut off and later turn on the water to my home, draining the house pipes, replacing and repairing the main valve to my home, replacing a toilet valve, removing a toilet, installing a toilet, and explaining all of this very efficiently. The work was executed in a timely manner and I was kept informed. The experience I had when phoning the office to book this service was also excellent quality. The phone staff were helpful, clear communicators and great to interact with. I would highly recommend this company and this employee to anyone needing excellent service! The reason I chose this company is because I quite enjoy the graphic art they have chosen for their logo, which is beautifully wrapped around their high quality service vehicles. I am so happy I chose the right company for this job, and I will be sure to choose them every time!

I became a Wade Roberts customer earlier this year when I had some small plumbing issues and regular maintenance needs. More recently, I had a complicated sump pump problem (a 12 feet deep sump pit with 2 pumps and 4 control floats) which was just a nightmare to deal with. (And I mean that literally, my wife and I had to take shifts sleeping as the sump pit needed to be drained every hour during the heavy rainfall) When we first noticed the sump pump problem, we called Wade Roberts' office and unfortunately no one was available to come to the rescue due to availability, so I made the huge mistake of calling a different company. After that company repeatedly wasted my time and provided false information, I called their office for Jay and had him come to provide his assessment on the issue. During the first visit, Jay was able to provide a detailed assessment on what seems to be the problem, presented me with a few options on how to fix it to avoid potential future problems, and made special arrangement so we can have the problems fixed at his earliest availability. Before the second visit, Jay took his time and communicated with me multiple times to provide advice on what kind of pumps I should install, ensured me he had all the resources available to fix the problem, and made every effort to put my mind at ease (given the problem has been going on for a month and we are left with a malfunctioning sump pump by the previous plumbing company) During his second visit, Jay and his colleague made every effort to fix my problem, unfortunately there was some underground conduit problems which was impossible to fix, yet he took his time and explained to me what might be the problem, what are his recommended solutions, and completed as much installation he could have completed. He once again made special arrangement for us so later on he can visit and complete final adjustments once I can have an electrician arrange underground electrical work. During his last visit yesterday, Jay completed the final adjustments, and once again helped me understand how the whole system operates, what are some of the possible reasons it may fail again, made sure I was comfortable with the adjustments he had completed, and provided a discount to the remaining payment as part of the work was completed by an electrician instead of him personally. During all his visits, he showed extreme personal care to our plumbing problem, completed his work in an efficient, detailed, and professional manner, and fulfilled every promise he made to us, including but not limited to extra research on his part, coordinating with your office to visit my property at the earliest possible date, and personally explaining every question we had (believe me we asked a lot of questions…) My wife and I and extremely appreciative for the outstanding services they have provided and would highly recommend Wade Roberts for anyone who has plumbing problems.
