I had a very good customer experience dealing with the plumbers and technicians of Knights Plumbing. They were very efficient, helpful, and friendly, explaining everything as they did it. They replaced two faucets (one in the kitchen, one in the backyard), replaced the garbage disposal, and flushed the dishwasher. All done in just over two hours.

Weston from Knights Plumbing came to our house at 11:00 AM today, April 20. He replaced our garbage disposal and repaired our two toilets. After installing parts, he did a thorough check to see that there were no leaks. He cleaned everything with a sanitizer. He was very courteous, efficient, and did an excellent job. I had an issue with low water pressure in my kitchen faucet. I called Knights Plumbing and they sent John and another technician over. They inspected the faucet and gave me a reasonable quote to clean it. John fixed it within minutes and had my faucet working like normal again. Will definitely call Knights Plumbing. Thankful for the technicians who helped me out today!

Weston Knight was courteous, great service and cleans up after job. Also took care to protect areas so no damage occurred on floors or under sink. Had him replace a defective bathroom faucet. I will continue to use Knights services. I liked their services so much I signed up for the maintenance plan. The cost more than covers a service call somewhere to provide inspections or yearly flush my hot water heater. Good money spent for a great service.

What started with, "Oh, I saw a youtube video... I can do this" quickly turned into a disaster. Les, Weston, Jason, Jesse and the whole team worked diligently to come up with a viable solution and resolved my plumbing issue. They worked with me on a pricing model that fit my budget and left me as a very pleased customer. ProTip: Next time, start with Knights Plumbing instead of going through other plumbers which refused to even try to fix the leak.

Knights Plumbing and Drain did a great job on unclogging my sewer drain pipe. I called the company in the morning and they came out to my house right away. The plumber did an efficient, professional job; and took care of the problem immediately. He was very good at explaining what the problem was and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Knight's Plumbing services for any of your plumbing needs. They are my "Go To" whenever I have plumbing needs.

Weston and Sean came out this morning to repair a water leak. They were both professional and friendly. Weston took a look at the area we were concerned with, explained what was taking place, and what needed to be done. We gave him the ok to proceed and in no time the job was done and everything was cleaned up before they left. Great job guys! Believe me if you aren't calling Knights Plumbing you are missing out. Mike and Junior were both very professional, they listened to what was happening with my sink and washer, explained the situation to me, and suggested a course of action. Prior to doing any work, they set the expectation of the work and its cost and explained the guarantee. Once I agreed they got right to the job and they had all the tools to do it without having to leave and come back. They were done in an hour and everything works fine. Highly recommend Knights Plumbing and Drain! I will use them in the future if needed.

On 5/30 technician Weston H provided excellent service. He was very pleasant, courteous, and efficient in performing services. He explained all my options and items to satisfy my understanding of my needs and choice of work being performed. I was really happy to discover I was getting a whole house inspection. That makes me so happy that I have chosen Knights Plumbing and Drain for my plumbing services. I really feel well supported by this company. We had a very good experience with Knights Plumbing from our phone call to the end of our project. The woman who took our call was very polite. She got back to us within the hour to let us know a technician was on his way. That was a pleasant surprise. A VERY PROFESSIONAL technician came out for our water heater problem. Turns out we needed a new water heater, our old one was 10 years old. He knew exactly what to do and got it done, AND cleaned up after himself. What more could we ask for? Knights Plumbing has our business. Thank you Knights Plumbing.

Our technician, John, was very Professional, and Respectful. He came in, we discussed what the problem was, ran the water, and he mentioned that it was deep in the pipes. And guess what? He was right! It was about 10 feet deep. He's a skilled plumber, you may be asking yourself, "Does he know what he's doing?" And let me tell you first hand, He Does. That's why I called in the Professionals. Let them do their job, that's why they are there. So thank you again John and Knights Plumbing for fixing the problem. P.S. I also signed up for the club. It's better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.

Having been in Customer Service for 30+ years I highly recommend Jason and Victor from Knights Plumbing. I contacted them and explained that I believed my AO Smiith Tank that was only 6 years old needed to be replaced. They sent me a picture of the Technician Jason prior to his arrival. This was very comforting knowing whom I would be having arriving at my home. He arrived with a 50 gal tank just in case. We determined that yes we needed to replace. We decided that he and another plumber Victor would come at 9 am. I told Jason I would be up early. He called at 8 am and said that he could be here in a few minutes. I told him that was fine. Both Jason and Victor were very Professional and Knowledgeable. There were a couple of things that needed to be brought up to Code. There was one issue that the previous plumber should have fixed and didn't. Jason fixed the problem at no additional cost. They got the new tank in a timely fashion and fixed everything that needed to be addressed with no problems. I will be calling them back to my house if and when I need a plumber.

This is my first time to use the services of Knights Plumbing and Drain, and I'm glad and thankful that I did. John, the technician that came to help me with my bathroom sink faucets arrived on time, very professional, kind and respectful. He made sure he was wearing a face mask covers inside my house. John was very patient, understanding and explained to me what needed to be done and gave me a reasonable price to replace/install the faucets which by the way was a bit complicated to do. John is a very skilled, thorough, organized and knowledgeable plumber. He is a reliable and honest technician, which is hard to find nowadays in this profession. He completed his job neatly, timely and in an organized fashion. He made sure everything was clean, faucets working perfectly and no more leaking. I'm so thankful to have John as the technician/plumber that came to my house today. His kindness was very much appreciated. I highly recommend John from Knights Plumbing and Drain for any plumbing needs or issues. You can rely on him doing the job right the first time. John will always be my preferred technician the next time I have plumbing issues at my house and Knights Plumbing and Drain will be my company of choice.
