It is very important for people to know how stellar, helpful, kind, affordable and prompt this company was when I had plumbing needs, I was in a panic and right away they put me at ease and solved my issues. The owner, Dave, even came out himself...That says so much and is so appreciated!

Our hot water system was leaking. We called ER Plumbing and got a tech out the same day. We're hoping to have hot water in the next 48 hours. ER Plumbing was very responsive. We talked to live reps over the phone who were all very courteous and understanding. The personable interactions were well received and appreciated. Voice systems that other companies may use, come with too many options that leave us calling several times before connecting with a live agent. For something like plumbing, getting to the issue right away is important! Terry's evaluation of our request to upgrade our tank wasn't nearly as scary as what a couple other competitors expressed to us. We feel confident and comfortable with our decision to work with ER Plumbing!
