WageWorks review: Card verification

Wage Works has requested the "necessary documents" to Un-suspend my my card. I have faxed over the paper 3 times and have not been able to give me a straight answer whether or not is received after talking to approx 5 people. Every time I call I get a different answer. Have asked numerous times for a supervisor and I get put on hold and no one EVER picks up. They are the absolute worst C/S I have ever dealt with. I mean the WORST! The owner(s) of Wage Works should be ashamed that they have people like them helping their customers and need to start logging their calls.
