I purchased a Tag from their website last 4/3 and paid $25 for it to be delivered between tomorrow, 4/7 and 4/8. I sent them an email asking whether the item will be delivered on time since I paid the extra $25 because according to their website, it's still processing and has not shipped yet. However, I did not get a reply from them. It's just discouraging to receive an awful customer service after paying a high price for a premium product. I decided to just cancel my order. I am just waiting for a feedback from watchmaxx.

The email stated we could either wait on the watch or cancel or get another watch at a discounted price. They have the same watch listed on *** for $7950(*** fees) I called to see how long it would be delayed and they said actually the watch was in stock but was $8500 and priced wrong and they could not sell it to us for the advertised price. They also at the same time while on the phone canceled the order and refunded the money ... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... Who does this? Advertise a watch for sell, take the money, then sends email stating one thing when it's something different. They were NEVER going to ship us the watch and they were hoping we would just cancel so they would not have to admit their mistake.
