Visully a big step up. But some things felt easier/more intuitive in the old app. Hope you find a way to combine the best of both! Cheers!

I absolutely love this app. It is the only Net Worth tracker that I have come to love utilizing every month. It’s not bogged down with a bunch of in app fees and gives you exactly what you need to see your financial progress! I don’t think I’ll ever switch to another app!

I have used all the apps that tie directly to your accounts…I was always concerned about my passwords being linked to them.
Every one of those apps failed to update with my bank, my 401k was the most problematic.
I love this app as I can enter the info myself and it’s highly customizable.

An app that does one thing really well, and that is track your net worth. I used to try to do this via spreadsheet, but the app makes entry and display of data so clear, I’ve switched completely over. Wish there were more robust data available (eg average daily/monthly/yearly gain), but I’m happy with what’s provided.

The original app is hands down 5 stars and I’ve been using and updating each month for years. I like the direction of this new app and the consistent updates from the developer. This looks sleek.

Update: Changed to 5 stars as the developer added an update to address my exact suggestion. Great to have a developer who actively considers app suggestions.

This is the most reliable of all the wealth tracking apps I have engaged with. Been using it for years faithfully. I am still on V1. If I try to move to V2 will I lose my V1 data or will be versions be on my phone? I’m concerned about moving away from my comfort zone or losing my data. Sad- I know!

I have been using this app for about 3 years and like the simplicity of it. I try to review/update my net worth each quarter and use the notes to keep tabs on goals. Extra stars for export and iCloud sync so that the app works on both my phone and iPad.

A feature I would like is the ability to hide or archive old categories. I do want to retain my history but i worked hard to get rid of all but 1 liability and I hate having the categories for the ones that have been paid off for years, like my student loan, or a mortgage for a house I no longer own.

After the update I still love the simplicity of the app. Importing my information was fairly easy (was afraid to hit import and delete all my information for awhile ) I did lose the last two months after the import but I quickly re entered May and June.

The new look is very nice. The only issue I have is with the date display. For some reason the entry year stopped showing and it only shows the month and date i.e., Dec 30 instead of Dec 30 2020.

So you have to go back to the last time the year was displayed to confirm the year you’re in or click into the entry.

I hope this is fixed because it will be a problem after multiple years have passed.

This app improves what was already a great way to monitor and track net worth. The strengths of the original app have been retained such as ease of use, overall simplicity and the ability to customize categories as needed. I also really like the export data feature which can be useful if you're wanting to do any analysis in Excel or just backup your info.

I really prefer this to the apps that automatically try to connect to your accounts because too often they fail because of two factor authentication, or bugs in the app which go for months and months without any resolution. The fact that you can copy from previous entry in just a couple taps makes entering new data a breeze.

So far I am enjoying this app - we use it as a supplement to our more detailed excel file. It allows us to quickly and easily update our numbers each month. I appreciate it is not “linked” to my online accounts as often those trackers require too much maintenance to keep them accurate.

To the developer, I would love to see the ability to add tags/groups to each category so I could view my numbers in different ways. For example if I have a checking account, savings account, wife’s checking account, wife’s savings account - I would love to tag all those “categories/accounts” as “cash”.
Same idea but even more so for taxable vs non-taxable investment accounts, credit cards vs loans, etc.
