Web Dynamics review: Misleading information provided by representative

i spoke with Michael who is one of the representatives and he offered my the services at the bottom tier ($65/Month) without mentioning the other tiers even after i explained what i wanted from the service they provide, they took the money on September 12th and wanted me to meet with another person so they can design the social media posting , and they scheduled the meeting for the 25th of September , so i asked to meet earlier than the 25th and i was able to meet via Zoom with Hazel and then she explained the other tiers of service they have which costs lot lot more money than what was explained, so i told i want to cancel the service and she told me that some one will call and no one did , so i had to call back and leave 2 messages before some one called me back from web dynamics and i asked for cancellation which he replied with ( we already created the contents !) so i asked hum how can you create a content not knowing what my niche was? then he started to tell me that he is one of the supervisors and he will not let me go over his head and started being negative and changed his tone for $65! Sooo i told him to keep the $65 and i will go and give a negative review and tell my story to others. and that's all folks, be very careful with this company
