Garbage of a company, they are commiting fraud by putting derogatory info on your credit report which you are not responsible for!

Weber and Associates is a terrible company that engages in fraudulent activities. They have the audacity to include negative information on your credit report, even though you have no responsibility for it!

Unscrupulous business practices! Rude and the company they are representing is totally incompetent in their billing and business practices! They are the ones at fault!

I called Weber and Associates to settle a medical debt, but the person I spoke with had a bit of an attitude, so I hung up. I tried calling back multiple times, but they won't pick up the phone now.

I had a medical debt that was validatid. They were quick to work out a payment plan to resolve the collection matter, and the representative was actually really nice. Sometimes collection agencies can make mistakes, so just ask for debt validation and check with your insurance and/or the original creditor, and then be respectful to resolve the matter.

Completly rude. I almost got hung up on for "arguing" with my acct manager all because I was asking clarifying questions about my acct and how they lumped together two SEPERATE collection charges together and eliminated the 90 day grace period I have before it affects my credit. For a business to threaten hanging up on a client because they're asking clarifying questions is ridiculous and to run a business being that rude and giving that much attitude from 2 different reps I talked to in the same call is baffling to say the least. Worst part about it is one of them was a manager talking rude and disrespectful then trying to turn it on me. Saying "we don't have to discuss our business practices with you" when I ask a clarifying question is wrong on so many levels especially from a manager. Their score needs to be much lower from the looks of other reviews.

I had a problem with Weber and Associates. They put a collection on my TransUnion report without showing any proof of the services they claimed I owed. I tried to dispute this mistake with TransUnion, but they said it was accurate. However, Weber and Associates still haven't sent me any evidence to support their claim.

I had a transaction with Weber & Associates back in 2015, and it ended up being sent to collections in 2016. I paid a total of $400, even though the original bill was only $250. They charged me 10% interest every year that the bill remained unpaid.

I expected Weber & Associates to inform me about the unpaid account after several years, but they didn't do their due diligence. Instead, they stopped contacting me in 2016 and collected $150 in interest after reporting it to collections in 2021, which was 5 years later.

Recently, I was alerted by my Transunion Credit union about a collection with Weber & Associates from 2016. I immediately called them to resolve the bill, but they told me that I had to pay 10% for each year the invoice was unpaid. They confirmed that they stopped contacting me since 2016. This gave me no chance to make the payment without being contacted for 5 years. I had moved to a different address and didn't receive any further follow-ups, which forced me to incur interest costs. Now, it's negatively affecting my credit report.

There was no negotiation or attempt to resolve the issue. In fact, the Supervisor and Manager, G ***, responded rudely and hung up on me. This kind of customer service is very poor. I was forced to pay a bill that had been collecting interest for several years, benefiting the collections agency. It's unacceptable for a collections agency to behave this way and unfair to those who may not be aware of this type of collection if they aren't informed.

They didn't take any responsibility for their actions, and I'm the one facing the consequences. I couldn't speak to anyone who would help me understand the situation. Instead, I was rudely blamed and told that it was my fault. They didn't make any effort to resolve the issue. Their only solution was to bill me the full amount without any accountability or discussion.

I was hung up on and had to call back multiple times to close the account so that it wouldn't further impact my credit score. The account numbers were under C ***, Acct # 5015 & 5023.
