Dear complaint weebly .com
I forwarded the communication below to you yesterday in the belief that you will appreciate the seriousness and distressing nature of this problem as as of now, I have not as much as received an acknowledgement from you, much less any attempt to shut down this offensive post and take due diligence with your offending client.
In the present climate where you Providers are being criticize for not doing enough to stamp out these sort of behaviour, my situation once again highlight the concerns expressed by both some Governments and the public at large, in this regard. This offending example of hateful behaviour and Cyberbullying is prevalent because necessary actions are not taken at the right time and despite assurance from your custmer Service Dept, you have FAILED ME and will continue to do so, all because of your profit margin. I am grossly disappointed at your handling of this matter and thank you for my continuing distress.
I am a contributor on Hello Poetry and as the above indicates I have been subjected to obnoxious and inappropriate and indictable cyberbullying by this member called Vasa, I had made an innocuous comment on a poem of his and received in return a rather angry response, I had replied stating they were only my opinion and I do not want any further engagement with him on this matter.
Vasa then changed identity and under the guise of this new account in the name of Cirrus, he forwarded me a link to a blog site he owns: The offending link is hereby posted and its a gross example of propagating Hate and Cyberbullying, behaviours that should not be condoned.
http://arthurvaso.weebly.com/shitpoets.html
Respond to Cirrus
This link reveals the work of a sadistic, sick, immature bully and shows the disgusting venom of a coward and a cyberbully. As you can see he actually lifted my image posted at Hello Poet and accompanied with abuse he proceeded to malign me and made derogatory and abusive claims. This is indictable, horrendous and extremely distressing and has caused me and my reputation great distress and upset. This blog has an International readership and you can imagine the disrepute such a post could do. This is a serious infringement of my rights and a grievous attempt to cause me emotional injuries.
I am tendering this formal complaints to you in this communication and urge immediate action from you. I am sure you will agree that such behaviour should not and cannot be condoned on your hosting sight. I would like to known what actions you intend to take in this matter at your earliest convenience. What safe-guard do you have regarding the infringement of your compliance code and to prevent the misuse of the services you provide and what actions you take to prevent such an indictable and distressing behaviour. this man's action should not be happening in this day and age and I urge you take immediate action to shut down this offensive page and ban Vaso from your Site.
I urge your immediate action in this serious breach and require that the presence of Vaso onn this site is no longer tenable and he should be banned and without any further recourse to appear under a different identity on this site, I believe Vaso should be compelled to make me an apology and retract and remove the distress material he has produced.
I await your urgent response and thank you for your attention
weebly account and customer service
I hardly ever complain about poor business practices and certainly have never posted on a forum like this but I feel so strongly about my negative experience with Weebly that I want to warn everyone who who cares about their business not to work with this company.
Here is what happened:
I have three websites under an account at Weebly.
6 days ago, I found that all three sites were down. I realized that my account was shut down -- I couldn't even log in. When I logged in, it just looped back to the login page. I went through my emails to see if I had missed something important and the only email that indicated anything was wrong was one saying,
"In order to continue using Weebly, we need more information from you to confirm your identity. Please fill out this short indentification form. Please note that you have 7 days to complete this form."
That's the whole email. Note the misspelling in the email. Looks like phishing to me. Only email that indicated anything was wrong.
Fine, I said to myself, not the best way to shut someone's account down, but let's just fix it. I called customer service and they inform me that it's a "policy issue" (wouldn't indicate what policy), and they only they can handle it.
I wait.
6 days later and after daily calls and emails on the support email thread, not a single response. Meanwhile, I am losing customers and business every hour my websites are down. I calculate that I am losing about $10, 000/day in potential business because they are down. Never mind that it will take me hundreds of dollars to rebuild the website from scratch (no -- can't get to my archive -- see below)
Of course, within a day, I've decided that there is no way I will stay with Weebly and try to move the website to another host asap.
BUT, I can't because I need to access Weebly's "Free Domain Service" and I can't do that because Weebly has blocked my account.
I call customer support again to ask them to at least transfer my domain to another registrar so I can rebuild my website somewhere else. Fine if you don't want to serve me, but give me my assets back. Their response is that they can't do that and only the policy team can do that. Note that each time I call, I am on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes before I even speak to anyone.
So as of today, my business is in limbo -- I will likely lose my business due to this. My business prevents children's deaths in developing countries. Not to be overly dramatic, but it's a fact that if we go under because of Weebly, they will have contributed to several hundred more children dying because of poor customer service.
And their response is still the same -- "I'm sorry, it's the policy team and I'm sure they will get back to you. We can't do anything."
Stay away from Weebly. They are bad news. I am figuring out how to file a lawsuit against them. Businesses like Weebly should not be allowed to exist.
banner
You have placed a banner at the foot of my website without any discussion with me authorising a third party (www.youronlinechoices.eu) to collect information about my clients using cookies. I have not authorised this and I do not want it on my site. I have talked about this to your 'chat' people and been told that you are doing it to comply with european legislation. It is not your job to ensure that my site complies, it is mine. I have already contacted everyone on whom I hold information in order to comply and I have processes in place to ensure that future customers information is held securely and that they are not contacted unless they have given their permission. I do not want this third party collecting information to use for 'tailored promotions' that certainly aren't going to be coming from me. You have overstepped your authority and have not even done me the courtesy of consulting me about it. I want this banner removed. If it is not removed I will report you to the asa
online shop
Hi, My Name is Janny, and I live in Nashville. I found Tyler Soffiantino an online store. This is the website of Tyler Soffiantino selling some ladies products at the cheap price https://tylersoffiantino.weebly.com/. It's has been more then 2 month now i didn't get my order yet. They not replying my quries and phone calles. I lose my $400 at a one time.
They took my money and not giving me back! I am so sad, they are totally fraud.
Tyler Soffiantino Yoga Classes is a totally fake company, never trust them, they will eat your money
Fake Company!
Online scam and eating money. not exist on earth
Tyler Soffiantino does not exist in reality. They are an online scam, they will ask you for pay first and after you pay they will never reply your phone and email.
This is the fake shop. They do not exist at the address they give.
Never trust on Tyler Soffiantino Online store. This shop is fake and it will eat your money.
yoga classes
Hi, My Name is Cole Carmona, and I live in Nashville. I found Tyler Soffiantino Yoga Classes online. This is the website of Tyler Soffiantino Yoga Classes https://tylersoffiantino.weebly.com/. First, I tried to contact them via phone. But that was not possible. Then I fill the contact form at website. Next day they called me to join yoga classes. I said yes i wan to join, but they asked me to pay first online from website. I said why ay first. They said this is our policy. So I paid them $400 for 3 months classes. They gave me an address to reach yoga center. The address was 104, Main street, Nashville. When i reach there i saw nothing was there. Only a car garage and a hotel. No yoga center and other things. I called them back not able to contact. i lose m $400.
RIP off. they eat my money too.
tech support is horrible
I purchased the domain name and web hosting for my business from Weebly. I then purchased a business email address with G Suite from Weebly. That was two months ago. Weebly did not set up the email up correctly and it hasn't worked so far. I tried emailing tech support. I get a generalized reply that doesn't fix the problem and when I try to reply back, I never get an email back. I called them twice. I was on hold for half an hour each time. When I reached tech support, they said they fixed the problem, but it still doesn't work. I'm paying for a service that hasn't worked for two months now. I don't know who else to reach out to. This is my business and I need my email address to be functional. I'm beyond frustrated! I concur with so many people here. If there is an issue, Weebly has horrible customer service and will not fix it.
the worst one
At first, I would like to give everyone one advice: there're many website builders and most of them are way better than weebly. Use them. Anyone. But stay away from this one.
Maybe it's ok when nothing happens and you have no issues with it, but when it comes to it, you won't get their help, you won't reach them. All provided phone numbers and emails are non-working.
I called them numerous times so I know what I am talking about. You are on your won with your problems, then why waste your time on this then, if there're so many similar websites where every customer is appreciated?

[protected]@weebly.com
[protected]@weebly.com is an anonymous cyberstalking site. Its not even a paid for domain, just a free page. For 10 years now a group of mentally deranged old men go around stalking people who they call Homeless. Most of the people they stalk arent even homeless, just people who made the mistake of walking into a comunity centre and getting some assistance and talking to the stalkers, who groom them to gain trust to find out personal info to write about. Weebly won't uphold their terms of service unless ordered to by a court. They make false statements to police claiming they are the victims then post these fasle statements on their page. I nor the rest of their stalking targets have the money to initiate legal action. I've tried using free legal outreach lawyers. They contacted weebly but still weebly won't even look at the pageto cheak for misconduct. These old men have a geocities site which has been spammed with pop up ads and viruses. Basically its coming to the point where im going to start smashing the [censor] out of these old perverts next time I catch them following me
cannot use your website
I am using the Weebly app on my iPad . I have paid for for the starter plan ( stupid me! ) Before I paid my sum of money I was able to use the blog ( with no problem ) to connect with face book ( not now!) It will not connect! It keeps telling me to set my iSO settings to allow Facebook - it is all set up I have tried everything! I truly wished I had not signed up for TWO years! I cannot use my site right now----I am a very little, tiny, teensy weensy business. I would just like to post blogs like I did when I was on the FREE plan.
a website I recently came across - which is offensive
Dear Weebly
I appreciate that everyone has a right to their opinion - but this is a disgusting website (below) and the content is offensive.
I am a religious person and find it atrocious that someone blasts God - when this is clearly a personal issue here. Not about religion but hate.
Please could this be addressed? Is it possible for it to be removed?
With best wishes
Esther Fowler

hello
bengal kitten
We got a very cute and smart Bengal Kitten from 'Wild Tales'. On our initial visit to the veterinarian within three days of our purchase the Dr. said that out kitten had the worst case of giardia he had seen in years. When I emailed the breeder, Judith Norman, she said, "Well, giardia is out there." Ok. We got it handled.
Very sadly six months later our kitten fell ill and was diagnosed with FIP. The doctor said out kitten likely got it from one of his parents. Our kitten died two weeks later. I emailed Judith and got no response. Ever. Maybe she was afraid I wanted some form of compensation? I'll never know.
horrendous!
I used Weebly to make a website and it was the biggest mistake I've ever made. My problem was that I did not reed the reviews and had no information about Weebly. Their site seemed trustworthy enough and prices were reasonable. Anyway after five months of using they deleted my website! When I contacted Weebly customer service I spoke with a nasty guy who said I broke their rules and that's why I got kicked off. What rules? Are you kidding me? Weebly is the worst company ever, what a bunch of clowns!
I had exactly the same problem. Also only started using Weebly in May 2019. In July, 2 of my websites had been shut down due to a "violation". Both these websites were new clients of mine and now I had to explain why their websites were down. It took Weebly 10 days to respond to me because the online consultants weren't able to assist. I eventually just got an email to advise that the websites were shut down - no reason whatsoever! Needless to say, I've lost these clients - my very first 2 - and my name is probably tarnished, before my new business even got off the ground! Never mind, the hours and effort I had put into building the sites - Weebly refuses to give me the information, even though it belongs to me! I will never support these scammers again. Yes, at the moment, they don't give a damn because they have around 40 million clients but one day it will all catch up to them and then they'll be wondering what happened. Don't they know that word-of-mouth is the strongest form of marketing - especially if it's bad reviews?

don't use weebly
If you want to make a blog or just a simple website, you might be okay with Weebly. But if you need to make something big then avoid it! I used to love Weebly and never had problems with it, but after their Carbon update there are only bugs and problems. I worked very hard on my project, spent months on it, but my entire work went down the hill. Now the whole fixing process will take like forever! Do yourself a big favor – don't use Weebly for serious things and use something else for your web building! I will never use a service like Weebly where I don't have 100% control of my site. I am finally through with this company! Thanks Weebly for ruining the project I worked so hard on!
Ok for very small enterprise and basic websites. Try building a large e-commerce store and poor. The inventory can not be bulk edited, no SKU on sales reports leaving you to search your listings for the product SKU. Poor internal search function. No advanced search options. No possibility to search by price, by size, by color, time listed etc. All features you would expect of an e commerce store. Very limited choice of templates and of course - ask a question to support and get the repetitive standard answer "sorry we do not currently support that feature but will pass it on to our development team"
Now looking to move to another company, having wasted 3 months of time. E commerce- dont even bother.

Greg Fletcher 6 year harassment online
Greg fletcher, attention everyone this is the same guy every time with me online a greg fletcher. I will not pay you mr greg fletcher and i have our corresponedence for anyone who wishes to see:
I will not pay you off for your previous complaints here back in 2009 either. I find youre diligence hysterical. I am blown away. You still wont be paid. Http: / / www.Complaintsboard.com / complaints / dk - painting - and - construction - c243003. Html
I know its you becase your same email [protected]@gmail.com came up yesterday and yes my friend greg, its been 5 years and no one complained besides you when you called my office for a "sales" call.
If you go to http://ramkatave.wordpress.com you can see that none of that is true.
it wasn't a scam.
ram katave probably has multiple personalities disorder. i think he blogs about himself and then forgets about it and argues with himself.
i just googled his name because i knew him in school and this is what i found.
https://ramkatave.wordpress.com/
it's awesome.
You've got to be kidding me!
I have had a really difficult time dealing with Ram / Rom Katave, the owner of this place. Would absolutely NOT recommend anyone come here. He literally yelled at me on the phone for no reason, left me voicemails full of profanity, and generally talks down to everyone and flies off the handle pretty easily. If you want to have a pleasant experience, I do not advise working with Ram. See if you can find someone else at this location to handle your needs so you can avoid working with him.
Curious about his crazy demeanor, I did a little digging and found that he's had numerous arrests ranging from assault and battery with a dangerous weapon to public lewdness for exposing himself in a park.
If you look online at the pictures of the place, it looks dirty and run down and not well taken care of. Ram boasts about having fired staff on the company's Facebook, which is about the level of professionalism and maturity I'd expect after having spoken with him.
Navin Jain of Babson College,
I kicked your ### 10 years ago and you still wont grow up. i think you need your ### kicked every 10 years.
My integrity comes from my heart, that is why i do better than you in life.
