Sharing my dissatisfaction with the service and technical issues I have encountered with wellmed. I expect a certain level of professionalism with the front desk but they decide to just abruptly put you on hold without basic courtesy.
Cant help with health portal app and has no idea how to fix it. Wants me to be there in person to be able to fix it which makes no sense. Quite a frustrating experience working with wellmed. Dont know basic troubleshooting tips on making the portal accessible whilst portal being the only way to access health records.
WellMed has no professionalism whatsoever and is really terrible with technology: I mean, we are talking about health records, a field of utmost sensitivity. If they cannot resolve the problem from the Internet, just pass up the matter to their hierarchy, and ask them to propose a quicker solution. If that level of incompetence continues, think about changing providers altogether — there must be providers around that are willing to give you better service.
