BEWARE of www. wellnesswatchersMD.com. Rebates are bogus! Must go to own medical doctor to get info to start program. Representatives of Wellness Watchers MD will not resolve issues, but will tell you to call back later, rebate is in progress, give additional false numbers, blame other companies, not explain details and provide plenty of excuses.

Like others I too got scamed by this outfit. They had been billing me $29.95 monthly for nothing. I have asked repeatedly for evidence that I opted in with my CC information but that have not produced anything.
does anyone know of a class action suit that is pending?
Look at your bank statement carefully an immediately cancel your card if there is any suspicious activity.

I must have accepted a two week trial when ordering another product which at this time I believe to be Riddex. At this time all I know is I got Charged 59.00 and have no number to contact Wellness Watchers at. I have not received the product I originally ordered, or even a charge for the product.

Unauthorized charges for two months on my Amex for $29.95 a month. Never was in contact with this company or ordered anything from this company. On line sites state that it is a fraud.

I did not give these people permission to take money out of my bank acct. What do i do to change this? Does anyone have a number or a email address?1

We have been charged an initial $1 00 fee [12/1/08] and have subsequently been charged $29.95 on 12/16/08 and 2/26/08.
We have not agreed to any products or services offered by this company.

I don't know this company, nor have I ever visited it's website or purchased goods, and my credit card was charged $59.00.

I have been charged $19.95 on my credit card for the months of September, October and November and I do not know what the charges are for. I was contacted by the fraud division of my bank and asked about these charges. I have not ordered anything or authorized charges for anything by this company

I ordered a white tea diet supplement and was give a free trial to Wellness Watchers. I have tried and tried to call and cancel this subscription before my card is charged. If it is charged, I will have to dispute it.

I viewed their ad for information through a "get a laptop for free" web-site. They offered a free trial but instead charged my account 59.00. It is difficult to locate this company to get a refund.

I, too, have waited months (4-5) for a rebate check. Every time I call I'm told a day it was sent, but it has never arrived. This is unacceptable and I am in the process of writing the State Attorney's offices in both New Jersey and Texas. What a fraud. False advertising at best.

I had a similiar situation in that I never received a rebate check. I mailed all required documentation within 5 days of purchase of " teeth whitener" the product they use to rope you into their program. When I did not receive the rebate check after 6 weeks (was supposed to have been appx. 2 weeks) - I was told they never received my documentation. Long story short - after I submitted my rebate documentation for the 3rd time via certified mail - even though I had "proof of delivery" I was told that they did not receive my paperwork and that I was disqualified from the rebate due to "time restrictions." This company is a BIG SCAM!

The same thing happened to except that when I got the rebate check and deposited it to my bank it was returned as NSF! I am working with the BBB right now to get the money back. Total scam artists!

I have received 3 monthly debits of $19.95US that I have not authorised to Wellness Watchers. This matter has now been referred to appropriate authorities for investgation. Please be very careful when dealing with this Group.

I just received a $59.90 charge on my credit card from Wellness Watchers. I have never heard of Wellness Watchers, did not order anything from them and have no idea how they got my credit card number. The charge has been disputed. Definite fraud here.

I purchased nothing. I signed up for nothing. I read everything before I accept terms or purchase anything. Never heard of this crap until they stole my credit card number. This is a scam. Maybe you work for them?

wellness watchers md have taken over £120.00 from my bank account, i cancelled everything and am also still waiting for a £45.00 refund from a voucher i posted, i telephoned them but i was told that their systems were down and could not help me but would ring me!

refused to refund charges on my credit card account. i did not allow them to use my card number. It was used from wuyi tea website. I sent tea back an dthey refuse to refund what they illegally charge to my account. Some scam this tea company has with webmd watchers.

I've also been charged $59 from these theives. Never, ever authorized them to take money from me. And for nothing. Order from QFL, when I called them to see if they were in any way affiliated. All they would tell me is that they had a different 800 number. Contacted my bank about the charge.

well I never ordered anything online, I recieved a phone call for phentremine(diet pill) in which I do not need, I informed them that I didnt ordered the guy told me he would cancel the product then 1 month later I was charged for a product. I called the customer service number they said i paid for a membership, I ask them what made them think I needed a membership for ww md out of new jersey, and they told me that they would take care of it and never did, should I contact the better business bureau.

This company charge me $59 dollars with no authorization. They sent us a free sample that we paid the S & H for. Now I find this charge on my account that caused me to go overdrawn. I need to know what I can do?

Their add is deceiving and misleading to say the least and after a little research this is what everyone need to do. Contact your states attorney general's office and they will gladly take it from there.
These thieves from ww md do not want to see them coming.

Same complaint here, ordered a product from Extenz4life.com and next thing I know this bogus company is charging my card 59.00 dollars once a week, once I read my online statement I noticed a one dollar charge than the weeks after that is when the 59 dollar charges started. Bogus company, bogus website, Extenz denies an affiliation but it came up through their website. Luckily my bank will take care of this but I feel sorry...Beware of anyone affiliated with QFL...

Wellness Watchers made so many transactions from my bank account WITHOUT my permission! So I got a new debit card and still transactions are being made. I have complained to my bank so many times and they always have to dispute every single transaction. It's really getting frustrating and I'm getting tired of them stealing my money and I have to fight to get it back. They need to be stopped ASAP!

I never ordered or checked anything from Wellness Watchers but my bank is taking care of it.

I put my address down instead of the company. The company I ordered from was QFL in New Jersey and also Wellness Watchers.

I dont understand why you guys are all complaining about WWMD. Ive ordered the teeth whitener from celebritysexyteeth.com and it worked great. I got my 50 rebate form. I also happen to love Wellnesswatchers website. I get access to their online liscened physician, their nutrionist as well all for free. So what if its 59 bucks a year. Like thats too much for the importanance of my health? You guys are dumb for not reading the terms and conditions on the website about your free trial then u come here and slander their name because of your mistakes? Grow up

Purchased BP report from ad. After giving card info I was put through a gauntlet of web pages of offer after offer. I would have stopped the process at that point but there was a warning on each page stating that closing the page would result in multiple charges and they allready had my card info. I declined all and was charged 29.95 for what was advertised as a $9 report. I emailed them and they refunded 19.95 to my account and then a few days later charged me 29.95. I had put a block on them through my bank(or so I was told by my bank) and it popped up again this month.

A total scam

My account was charged $1.00 without my authorization, and another $59.00 without my authorization. When I contacted the number that the bank gave me as the company that drafted my account [protected], I was told by an employee Roxanne (operator #1022) that I had selected this service while ordering Bowtrol. I advised her that I was careful not to order or select any thing extra and that this was a scam and I was going to report them to the better business bureau. She advised me that they had sent several emails and that proved that we had the service. I advised her to check the website or what ever she is claiming we have and should could verify we had never accessed the service and we demand a refund. She advised me that she could email or mail me a refund request and explain why my situation was different and why it would warrant them changing company policy to satisfy me with a refund.

I am not stopping at that I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau and the police department her in College Station. This is fraud and I want them stopped and I want a refund for $60.

I ordered a product on the internet and this charge appeared on my credit card. This is not the product I ordered. When I called they told me that when I ordered the other product, I was given the choice of this service for a year. I DID NOT CHOOSE THIS! They told me that they emailed me and gave me 14 days to opt out. NO EMAIL, NOTHING. They charged my credit card $59 and there is nothing I can do. BEWARE!

Seems I am not alone in this scam! I ordered something from Urban Nutrition (never again). And suddenly I had a dollar fee. Then a 59 dollar fee to my account! I tried calling to no avail and had to shut down all of my accounts for fear of them stealing more money from me!

what else can I do!?! how do I get my 60 bucks back?!
