I really dig this site, man. I get my vape juice from them real quick, and let me tell ya, the prices are outta this world. The website is a breeze to navigate, ya know? It's so easy to find what I'm lookin' for. And let me tell ya, their mystery bundles are somethin' else. It's like a surprise party for my taste buds, ya feel me? I never know what flavors I'm gonna get, but they always hit the spot. It's like a little adventure every time I order. Plus, the packaging is top-notch. They really take care of my goodies, ya know? I've never had any issues with my orders, and the customer service is on point. They're always there to help a brother out if I have any questions or concerns. Overall, I gotta say, WestCoast Vape Supply is the real deal. They got the goods, the prices, and the service. Can't ask for much more, ya know? So if you're lookin' for some quality vape juice at killer prices, this is the spot to be. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

It took me like, forever, man, like almost 3 freakin' weeks to get my order from West Coast Vape Supply, you know? And get this, they only sent me one email about it, like they don't even care about their customers, bro. I mean, if I took that long to ship my orders, I'd be out of a job, no doubt about it. Seriously, don't even bother doing business with these guys, it's just not worth it, man.

I ain't happy at all with West Coast Vape Supply's "customer service" 'cause it's like it don't even exist. They only get one star from me 'cause there ain't no option for zero. If you email 'em, they straight up ignore you. And if you try to use their "customer service chat" on their website (if it even works, 'cause sometimes you can't even submit a chat request), you'll just get some automated response sayin' someone will get back to you soon. But guess what? NO ONE EVER GETS BACK TO YOU.

And let me tell ya, thanks to that garbage money-grab called the PACT Act, shipping has become a total nightmare. West Coast Vape Supply is stuck usin' third-rate shippers like "rktship" which is straight up TRASH: super slow, horrible tracking, and worst of all, they apparently hire THIEVES. Why do I say that? 'Cause after waitin' almost 3 weeks for my order, the tracking FINALLY updated to "Out for Delivery." So I made sure to stay home the whole day 'cause of the ridiculous PACT requirement of signin' for the package in person. Well, guess what? The order never got delivered. I waited all day again the next day, and once again, NOTHING. The tracking never updated to let me know what happened.

Finally, on the third day of no delivery, I called my credit card company to open a dispute. And later that same day, the tracking "magically" updated to "Exception: nbh" which I reckon means "nobody home." Well, I WAS home, waitin' and waitin', and NO ONE even tried to deliver my order. Based on this weird late tracking update, I can only guess that a thief who works for the shipper knew that there ain't no way for a customer to get help from West Coast's "customer service" and that the shippin' company is impossible to contact. An opportunistic and dishonest employee who knows all that might think they can just steal the order and get away with it. And that seems to be what happened, 'cause there ain't no reason to come back days later and lie about no one bein' home. That just looks like a real obvious attempt to cover their tracks from a thievin' delivery person. I can't think of no other reason for that to happen.

ANYWAY, this horrible experience has made me decide that I will NEVER EVER order from the trash company known as West Coast Vape Supply. The only good thing that came outta this whole mess is that my credit card company saw through the shenanigans and gave me a refund. But let me tell ya, it was still an awful experience, and dealin' with this company is NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!
