Purchasing a budget tablet from non reputable brands comes with risks, for instance, poor customer support, lack of future software updates, and risks regarding the refinement and build quality of the device. Further, there could be no accessories along with the tablet and the tablet may have outdated security updates. Thus, it is very significant to analyze and evaluate these variables before purchase.
I gave my iPad Pro to my sister for her birthday, so I had to get a new one. Since all I did on it was play nonograms and read comics, with a content here and there, I just went for the small budget segment. My uncle recommended a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7, and I followed his advice, despite me being the tech savy one in the family.
Needless to say, it's the last time I listen to my uncle.
Amazon really dropped the ball with the fire tablets. They used to be a great cheap tablet to throw in the bag. But while their tablets have continued to improve non amazon apps like streaming services (except maybe Netflix) just don't work well on them, despite being an android under the skin. Even side loading google play onto them and downloading the apps from there doesn't work any better.
The lowest end Samsung tablet which I bought for my kid is hands down the worst tech product Ive ever used.
A lot of cheap tablets are partitioned badly, so much so that once you update apps and install a few of your own you get out of memory errors even though storage shows free space.
