Disappointing Experience with Wholesale Marine: Delayed Shipping and Poor Customer Service
We placed an order for $1,200 worth of products from Wholesale Marine, and we were excited to receive our items within 7-10 days. However, we quickly realized that their same-day shipping slogan was not entirely accurate. We were charged the same day we placed our order, but 32 days later, we still had not received anything.
We made multiple phone calls to Wholesale Marine, hoping to get an update on our order. Unfortunately, all we received were vague promises that they would email us when they figured out what was going on. We never received an email, and we were never even given an apology or offered any form of compensation for the delay.
Our frustration grew with each passing day, and we finally decided to cancel our order. However, even canceling proved to be a difficult task for Wholesale Marine. We were left wondering how a company could operate in such a disorganized and unprofessional manner.
In hindsight, we wish we had read reviews before placing our order. It's disappointing to see a company that promises so much but fails to deliver on their commitments. We hope that Wholesale Marine takes steps to improve their customer service and shipping processes in the future.
Quick Shipping and Good Service, but Lack of Packing Material
I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with Wholesale Marine. I ordered some stuff from them and it got here super quick, even though I didn't pay for shipping. I mean, who doesn't love free shipping, am I right? The only thing that kinda bummed me out was that one of the things I ordered came in a separate box and it was a little messed up. Like, the top of the bottle was all smashed in and there was a little hole in it. But, I didn't wanna pay to send it back and get a restocking fee, so I just fixed it myself. I put some RTV in the hole and taped it up so it wouldn't spray out. It's all good now, but I gotta dock a star for the lack of packing material. They did put it in a plastic bag, so it wouldn't leak, but if they had packed it a little better, it wouldn't have gotten messed up in the first place. Overall, though, I'm pretty happy with my experience with Wholesale Marine.
Shipping Mishap: My Experience with Wholesale Marine
I gotta say, I had a bit of a rough time with Wholesale Marine. I mean, I wasn't gonna write a bad review, but since you asked...let's just say there were some issues. First off, whoever did the bill of lading didn't seem to pay much attention to the delivery address. I mean, it was right there on the online order, the order acknowledgement, the shipping label, and the invoice. But for some reason, they only focused on the zip code. And let me tell you, that caused some serious problems.
Basically, they ended up sending the shipment to a totally different city with no street address. Like, what?! So we had to get the shipping company to petition the shipper for a change of delivery address, which took a whole four days. Not exactly what you want when you're waiting for something important.
I mean, come on, shipping address and credit card info are like the two most basic things you need to process an order. And they only got one of them right the first time. Don't get me wrong, the item itself was fine. But the whole shipping debacle definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
Disappointing Experience with Wholesale Marine: Unprofessional Customer Service and Delayed Shipment
I recently made a purchase from Wholesale Marine, specifically a fuel tank that cost me a whopping $700. I was excited to receive my order and eagerly awaited its arrival. However, almost two weeks had passed and I still had not received my shipment. I had paid extra for early shipping, so I decided to give them a call to inquire about the delay.
To my surprise, the customer service representative named Robert informed me that they had tried to contact me via phone and email. I was taken aback because I had not received any communication from them. Robert was not helpful at all and had an attitude like he didn't want to be bothered. He kept repeating that they had tried to contact me, even though I had not received any messages from them.
I requested to speak to the manager, but unfortunately, they were not available at the time. I asked for the manager to call me back, but I never received a call. Instead, I received a voicemail stating that my order had been cancelled. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the unprofessionalism of the situation. I would not recommend anyone to buy from Wholesale Marine.
If I had read the comments and reviews beforehand, I would not have made the purchase. Based on all the complaints about Robert in the reviews, he should be fired. It's unacceptable for a customer service representative to have such a negative attitude and lack of helpfulness. Overall, my experience with Wholesale Marine was disappointing and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Disappointing Customer Service and Stock Issues at Wholesale Marine
We was looking to buy two things from Wholesale Marine over the weekend. We was excited to get our hands on them, but on Monday evening we got a message saying that one of the things we ordered was out of stock. We was a bit disappointed, but we was willing to wait for it to come back in stock. We called the company to ask when we could expect our item to be shipped, but the person on the phone was not very nice to us. They didn't want to help us find out when our item would be back in stock. We was a bit upset, but we decided to wait anyway.
We was thinking about ordering the item from another website, but the person on the phone told us to go ahead and do that. We was a bit surprised by their response, but we decided to wait for Wholesale Marine to get the item back in stock. We tried to cancel the other item we ordered, but the person on the phone told us it had already shipped. We was a bit annoyed by this, but we decided to keep the item anyway.
Overall, we was not very happy with our experience with Wholesale Marine. The person on the phone was not very nice to us, and we had to wait for our item to come back in stock. We will not be ordering from this site again.
Wholesale Marine Boat Cover Review: Great Value and Customer Service, But Watch Out for Shipping and Straps
I was super excited to get my boat cover from Wholesale Marine. I paid extra for shipping, thinking that I would get it in two days. I even saw on my invoice that it would be delivered in two days. But when the delivery date came and went, I was bummed out. I called customer service and talked to a lady who explained that the boat covers are custom made and usually take a week to get to me. She was really nice and refunded the extra charge for the two-day shipping.
When I finally got my boat cover, I was a little disappointed. The picture of the boat cover showed straps, but there were no straps included in the package. I thought that the straps were included, but there was no mention in the description that they were sold separately. If I had known that, I would have ordered them too.
Overall, I think that the value of the boat cover and the customer service was really good. I just wish that they had explained the shipping system and that the straps were sold separately. It would have been helpful to know that ahead of time.
Disappointing Experience with Wholesale Marine: Late Shipping, Incorrect Product, and Poor Customer Service
This was my first time ordering from Wholesale Marine and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. They advertised that they would ship my order out on the same day if I ordered by a certain time, but that wasn't the case. My order was shipped out two days later than expected.
When I finally received my order on a Saturday afternoon, I was shocked to find that the product I received was incorrect. To make matters worse, the shipping label was correct, so it seemed like there was some kind of mix-up with the package. I left a message with my phone number and email address, but I didn't receive a reply. I decided to call back on Monday afternoon and spoke to a concerned representative who took down my information and promised to send out the correct product with a return shipping label that same afternoon.
However, I never received the product and I didn't get any confirmation or return shipping label. I called back on Thursday and spoke to the same representative who told me that I needed to send the incorrect product back first. I checked my email, but there was nothing there. Finally, after 13 days of waiting, I received my correct product. But, I had to drive 22 miles round trip to send back the incorrect product they shipped me.
Overall, my experience with Wholesale Marine was pretty frustrating. They turned into retail instead of wholesale, and I had to deal with a lot of back and forth to get my correct product. I hope they can improve their shipping and customer service in the future.
Wholesale Marine's Poor Customer Service and Return Policy Disappoints
I spent a whopping $3000.00 on some seats from Wholesale Marine last fall. I was so excited to get them, but I had to wait for over two months to receive them. Finally, last month, I started to restore my boat and when it came to putting the seats in, the back portion of the package was all over the place. It was a real mess, I tell ya!
So, I decided to buy some new seats for the rear of the boat for almost $1800.00. I wanted my boat to look like it should, you know? But when I contacted Wholesale Marine about returning the seats, they told me that there was nothing they could do because of their 90 day return policy. What a bummer!
I mean, come on, Wholesale Marine! I had so much trouble receiving the product initially and then I was so dissatisfied with the first purchase. I think that should be worth something more than just a "sorry, we can't help you because it's against policy" message. The representative on the phone even had the nerve to tell me to buy more high dollar items from their store. Can you believe it?
I think that good customer service should go a lot farther to make the purchaser not regret their investment. It's just common sense, you know? I hope Wholesale Marine can step up their game and start treating their customers better.
Great Prices, Poor Product Details: A Review of [Company Name]'s Website
Your prices are definitely great, no doubt about that. However, your website needs some serious work when it comes to providing product details. I spent a lot of time browsing through your website, but unfortunately, I couldn't find any product details for most of the items I was interested in. This is a major inconvenience for customers like me who want to know everything about the products they're buying. It's frustrating to have to go to other websites to find the information that you should be providing.
The worst part is that this lack of information can actually cost you business. When customers have to go to other websites to find the information they need, they may end up finding better deals elsewhere. This is exactly what happened to me. I did end up buying a few products from you, but I also found similar and sometimes even better products for cheaper prices on other websites.
One of the most frustrating things I found was that even basic information like break strength was missing for most of the ropes you sell for dock lines and other purposes. This is unacceptable. Customers need to know the technical details of the products they're buying so that they can make informed decisions. It's lazy and unprofessional to not provide this information on your website.
Overall, I gave you three stars because your pricing is great, but your lack of product information is a major issue. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your website. Good luck!
We apologize for your experience with your Mayvenn hair. We do see that you've contacted our customer support team on 6/7 and we were unable to process an exchange because you no longer have your Mayvenn hair to send back. We are only able to process an exchange if the original package is returned to us. However, we made a special accommodation and issued a store credit of $100.00 to your account. We are happy to see that you were able to place a new order with your store credit on 6/13 for a Mayvenn wig. Should you wish to discuss your order in more detail, we're here to assist you.
Disappointing Customer Service and Return Policy from Wholesale Marine
I recently ordered 4 deck chairs from Wholesale Marine and unfortunately, one of them arrived damaged. It was clear that the damage was from the factory and that the repair job was poorly done. The wood arm rests were badly damaged and the factory had filled the holes and damaged areas with wood filler that was a different color than the arm rest. Despite this, the chair was shipped as a first quality product.
When I contacted Wholesale Marine about the issue, they were not very helpful. They did send me a return label, but they would not send me a new box to ship the chair back in. This was a large chair, so it couldn't be shipped in just any box. Wholesale Marine refused to send a replacement chair until they received the damaged chair back, even though I had sent pictures of the damage.
Now I am stuck with a damaged chair that I paid full price for and Wholesale Marine still won't send me a box for the return. I suggested that they ship me a new chair and I would use that box to return the damaged chair, but they didn't seem to understand this concept. Other e-commerce companies do this and if you don't return the damaged item, they charge you again.
I am very disappointed with Wholesale Marine's poor customer service and return policy. I will never buy from them again and I suggest that you don't either. It's a shame because the other 3 chairs were perfect, but the poor quality control and lack of customer service ruined the whole experience for me.
Wholesale Marine Complaints 10
Wholesale Marine: Great Selection, but Measure Carefully Before Ordering
I had a tough time finding a specific part for my pontoon boat, but Wholesale Marine had it in stock. I was a bit worried about whether it would fit, but unfortunately, it didn't. I should have measured more carefully before ordering. It would be great if parts were organized by boat and model instead of just universal size. However, I can't blame Wholesale Marine for my mistake. I was just too excited to find the part I needed.
I was specifically looking for a front bumper for my 2010 South Bay pontoon boat, and the local dealer said they couldn't get one. I was relieved to find it on Wholesale Marine's website. Even though it didn't work out, I appreciate their selection and availability of hard-to-find parts.
Overall, I had a positive experience with Wholesale Marine. They had the part I needed, and their website was easy to navigate. I just wish I had measured more carefully before ordering. I'll definitely be checking their website again for future boat needs.
Unreliable Shipping and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with Wholesale Marine
I recently bought something from Wholesale Marine, and I followed all their rules like they told me to. One of their customer service people said I needed to get a prop by a certain day, and they said it would happen for sure. I even paid extra for shipping, but the thing still came late. I couldn't even take it, and I had to refuse it when UPS brought it. I put a sign on my door so they could take it back. But then, when I asked for a full refund, they wouldn't give it to me. I talked to some people named Courtney, Mono, and Rob, but they didn't help me at all. So, I think you should go somewhere else if you want to buy stuff for your boat.
Disappointing Experience with Wholesale Marine: Thin Bottom Paint and Unhelpful Customer Service
I've been using Wholesale Marine for a while now and I gotta say, I've had some ups and downs with them. Earlier this summer, I had a bit of a problem with some paint that I wanted to order. They didn't have it in stock and they wouldn't tell me when they would get more. But, I decided to stick with them and give them another chance.
Just last week, I ordered some bottom paint for a boat that I'm working on. When I got it, I was pretty disappointed. The paint was so thin that it literally ran off the boat! I couldn't believe it. I contacted customer service and they told me that they weren't going to do anything about it. Can you believe that? I paid $200 a gallon for that paint!
I'm pretty upset about the whole thing and I don't think I'll be using Wholesale Marine anymore. It's a shame because I really liked them before this whole thing happened. But, I guess that's just how it goes sometimes.

Disappointing Experience with Wholesale Marine: Lack of Customer Service and Unwillingness to Rectify Order Error
I recently had an experience with Wholesale Marine that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I was in the process of ordering paint for my boat and had selected 2 cans of red and 2 cans of black. However, when I received my order, I was surprised to find that I had been sent 4 cans of red instead.
Naturally, I reached out to the company to see if they could help me exchange the extra cans of red for the black paint I had originally ordered. Unfortunately, I was met with resistance and told that there was no way they could accommodate my request.
While this was certainly frustrating, I was able to find a solution by purchasing an additional gallon of paint from a different supplier and using it to slightly alter the color of the red paint I had received. While it wasn't ideal, it did allow me to identify different areas of my boat when needed.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Wholesale Marine and would not recommend them to others. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to help rectify the situation left a bad taste in my mouth.
Terrible Service and Poor Quality Parts from Wholesale Marine
I been buying stuff from Wholesale Marine for a while now, since I run a boat fixin' shop. Just got me some fuel lines from them and they were straight up junk. I opened one up and it was so thin and flimsy, I wouldn't even use it on a little 5 horsepower outboard, let alone the big ol' V8 inboard it was supposed to be for. So I called them up and they said they wouldn't take 'em back 'cause they ain't had no complaints about their fuel lines before. That's just plain bad service, man. And the parts themselves were just plain bad too. I ain't gonna be orderin' from them again, that's for sure.
Disappointing Experience with Wholesale Marine's Customer Service and Shipping
I had some trouble with Wholesale Marine when I tried to order a gift for my son, Chet. I used Paypal to make the purchase, but Wholesale Marine didn't seem to get the shipping address right. I wanted the gift to be sent to my son's address at 103 Lake Crescent Circle, but for some reason, Wholesale Marine didn't seem to have that information. I tried to keep the billing address at my own address, which is 3329, but that didn't seem to work either.
I contacted Wholesale Marine to try to sort things out, but they just referred me back to Paypal. I had to leave the billing address as it was, and hope that the shipping address would be correct. I used to live across the street from my son, at 104 Lake Crescent Circle, so I don't see why it would be so hard to verify that this is a legitimate address.
Overall, I was pretty frustrated with the whole experience. I just wanted to buy a gift for my son, and it seemed like Wholesale Marine couldn't get their act together. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future, so that other people don't have to go through the same hassle that I did.
Disappointing Experience with Wholesale Marine: Lack of Transparency and Communication
I recently had an experience with Wholesale Marine and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I placed an order on May 12th and waited patiently for it to arrive. However, by May 30th, I still had not received my order and decided to call and inquire about its whereabouts.
After speaking to three different representatives, I was informed that my order had been declined and that I would need to shop elsewhere. This was extremely frustrating as I had already paid for my order and was now being told that I would not receive it.
To make matters worse, when I questioned why my order had been declined, I was told that my email had been flagged as fraudulent. This made no sense to me as I had used the same email for all of my previous orders with Wholesale Marine.
Eventually, I was informed that my money had been refunded, but this was only after I had wasted a significant amount of time waiting for an order that was never going to arrive. The refund email was sent at the same time that I was speaking to the representatives, which seemed odd to me.
Overall, my experience with Wholesale Marine was disappointing and frustrating. I would have appreciated more transparency and communication regarding my order and its status. Instead, I was left feeling like my business was not valued and that I was just another customer to be brushed aside. I will be looking for other options for my marine supply needs in the future.
Mixed Feelings About Wholesale Marine: Be Careful When Ordering
I recently had to replace the twist lock end of my 50amp Furrion power cord that connects to my 5th wheel. I went to the Furrion website and found what I thought was the right product - a waterproof twist lock cover and an insert plug that the wire ends clamp to and slide inside the cover. I was surprised when the package arrived from Wholesale Marine instead of directly from Furrion, but I figured it was no big deal.
Unfortunately, when I tried to use the insert plug, I realized that it was only two wire plus ground, which meant it wouldn't give me the 240v I needed. I was pretty frustrated, especially since I had thought I was buying directly from Furrion and had assumed that the product would be exactly what I needed. I ended up having to go to a local RV dealer to buy the proper insert, which cost me more than I had planned to spend.
Now I'm stuck with the incorrect insert plug from Wholesale Marine and I'm not sure how to return it. I wish I had been more careful when I was ordering and had double-checked to make sure I was getting the right product. It's definitely a lesson learned for me.
Overall, I have mixed feelings about Wholesale Marine. On the one hand, they did ship the product quickly and it arrived in good condition. On the other hand, I was disappointed that the product wasn't what I needed and that I now have to deal with returning it. I would recommend being very careful when ordering from Wholesale Marine and double-checking to make sure you're getting exactly what you need.
Disappointing Customer Service and False Advertising from Wholesale Marine
I am extremely disappointed with Wholesale Marine and their lack of customer service. It is unacceptable to advertise a product as in-stock and ready to ship when it is not. I have wasted valuable time and money waiting for a product that may never arrive.
Furthermore, the tracking number they provided was invalid, which only added to my frustration. It is important for companies to provide accurate and up-to-date tracking information to their customers. This is a basic expectation that Wholesale Marine failed to meet.
As a customer, I understand that drop shipping can sometimes cause delays in delivery. However, Wholesale Marine is responsible for ensuring that their suppliers are reliable and that their customers receive their products in a timely manner. This is not the case with my order.
In conclusion, I will never order from Wholesale Marine again. Their false advertising, lack of accurate tracking information, and poor customer service have left me with a negative impression of their company. I hope that they take steps to improve their service and prevent other customers from experiencing the same frustration and disappointment that I have.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Wholesale Marine
I've been a customer of Wholesale Marine for a while now and I've placed quite a few orders with them. I've always received my orders on time and I've been happy with the products I've received. However, my most recent order was a bit of a disappointment.
When I received my package, I noticed that a couple of items were missing. I contacted Wholesale Marine to let them know and they told me that the missing items were in the shipment. I searched the box thoroughly, but I couldn't find them anywhere. I tried to explain this to the customer service representative, but they insisted that the items were in the box when it was shipped.
I was frustrated with the situation and I waited on hold for half an hour to speak with someone about it. When I finally got through to a representative, they continued to argue with me about the missing items. I felt like they weren't listening to me and they weren't willing to help me resolve the issue.
I was disappointed with the way Wholesale Marine handled this situation. I've spent a lot of money with them over the past few months and I feel like they should have been more willing to help me out. Instead, they hung up on me and left me feeling frustrated and angry.
Overall, I would caution anyone who is considering buying from Wholesale Marine. While I've had good experiences with them in the past, this recent incident has left a bad taste in my mouth. If you do decide to buy from them, be prepared for the possibility of missing items and unhelpful customer service.
