I GIVE THIS INSURANCE A ZERO
I GIVE THIS INSURANCE A ZERO. THEY PAID FOR NOTHING. I PAID $9,995 FOR THIS POLICY FOR 1 YEAR AND 5 MONTHS AND THEY ONLY REFUND ME $3000. I ALSO HAD TO PAY FOR ALL MY REPAIR, PLUS BUY ANOTHER POLICY BECAUSE THIS INSURANCE POLICY WAS USELESS. SO THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY
I insured two luxury coaches with WW and have had repairs numerous times
I insured two luxury coaches with WW and have had repairs numerous times. In every case, WW was fair in their coverage. Our repair shop has been able to negotiate parts and labor without ever getting me involved. I wish I could say the same for others. I unhesitatingly recommend WW.
So after the stellar reviews of this company I spent $5000 on a 3 year warranty, so that I didn't have to worry about any big surprise high dollar repair bills, mainly focused on Diesel engine and Transmission. After talking with the rep on the phone, everything is covered, everything, "I can rest easy." So pay close attention to the words "well lubricated parts" that are not covered for failure (written over and over in the contract) because this is their way of saying, you're not covered for anything. In the late summer of 2020 I was taking my rig up into the mountains. About 2 miles from my destination (as best that I can tell), an auxiliary oil plug (one never used as it is a way to configure the diesel engine differently), worked its way out and I dropped about 2 gallons of oil in 2 miles. Luckily I made it to my destination (no engine lights came on). Somewhat panicked, I was able to call a mobile diesel mechanic, so the problem was diagnosed, and then we needed a specific part, so 3 days later, and $1000 dollars poorer, I call Wholesale warranty. They told me that I should not have authorized the repair, and that I should have waited for them. Then they say nothing is covered. So I ask what if the engine had seized, and they say, I would not be covered because the parts, at that point, were not well lubricated. Did you catch that, if you have a lubrication failure driving down the road, and an instantaneous engine, and/or transmission catastrophic event, you are not covered. Like you would know driving a motorhome that you are losing oil or transmission fluid that is until you hopefully see the dash light or low oil pressure gauge, both of which did not come on for me.
Then in the spring of 2021 I bring the rig over to a service center for routine maintenance. You know oil change, service check, generator service. The service center tells me that the front driver side axle seal has failed and needs to be fixed, a $500 cost, then they tell me that my crank case is leaking oil, from the engine to the transmission. Not a huge leak, but a leak nonetheless, and it will get worse. So the part is $40 and the labor is near $2000. So I authorize the repairs (what else should one do, it needs to be fixed). Remember, failure of non well lubricated parts are not covered. So I call Wholesale warranty. Once again I get told that I should not have authorized the repairs (like I really had a choice). Then they tell me that any gasket replacements and the axle seal fix are not covered. Did you catch that, they won't pay to fix problems, that if not fixed, will cause a catastrophic failure, and that won't be covered because the parts are not well lubricated. So in short, I am out about $2500 in repair bills, plus another $5000 I gave to these scammers, for absolutely no help, and terrible customer service. They could care less that I was away from home with a broken rig, needing to call a mobile diesel mechanic to get me limping back home. You need to RUN AWAY! Just say NO! If I didn't get the warranty I'd have another $5000 in my pocket. I cannot overstate this enough, this $5000 warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on.
We purchased an extended warranty through this company and made our first claim about a month before it expired. Repair was completed and unfortunately not settled for the amount warranted. I contacted Jennifer at claims support to see if they could help. What I'd like to highlight is when I contacted Jennifer at Wholesale Warranties she took charge and started investigating the details. Jennifer did a great job resolving this for us! She was professional and kept us in the loop. Claim has been settled to everyone's satisfaction. Pleasure working with Wholesale Warranties--excellent customer service!
We are so happy with wholesale warranties. We have had several issues that have been taken care of without zero difficulties. We will def be using these guys again!Thank you so much for such excellent service in a world that has lost a lot of customer satisfaction. You guys keep that alivewhich is very important.
The initial set up for this warranty had a few bugs but those got addressed easily when we had our first claim. Since then all claims have been handled quickly. I have recommended others to this web site.

We were very upset when the first claim we filed on this extended warranty on our Motorhome was denied. After some negotiations the representative contacted us directly and we were able to work things out to both of our satisfactions. I appreciated their willingness to talk about the issue and resolve it.
I've used Wholesale Warrenties on 3 different occasions. It was painless and all done in a reasonable time.

Wholesale Warranties supposedly sold me a 24-hour roadside assistance program in June, expiring in June 2022. I had an issue and called the number on the card they provided me in August. The dispatch company could not find my policy and after hours of going back and forth I had to resolve the issue on my own out of pocket. I followed up with WW the next day and they told me the number on the card they sent was "incorrect as they stopped using that provided last year." They provided me a new toll free number, supposedly for a "***." I thought the issue was resolved. Strike 1. This past week I had another RV issue that required RV roadside assistance. I called the new number and once again, I do not exist in their system! They could not find my policy via the Viking Protection Plan member number, my name, VIN number, or anything! The dispatch company works with hundreds of insurance and warranty companies but they have never heard or worked with WW. Strike 2! Now I've gone back to WW to question the legitimacy of my roadside coverage. A senior member of WW is telling me via email that he has a voice issue and cannot speak to me on the phone and needs to deal with me exclusively over e-mail. I've asked for another supervisor number from him, and in the meantime, I cannot get anyone else on the phone from WW to resolve this issue, and this will soon be Strike 3. I am now questioning the legitimacy of my extended warranty and tire coverage sold through WW, in addition to my roadside assistance. Buyer beware! I will leave this review open while I file additional complaints online complaints and seek resolution from WW. If this review stays open, I've had no luck and will be pursuing legal action. Please no if the review is open WW did not help me resolve this problem.

I have recently had 2 major problems with my Motor home - 1 inverter failure, 2 tire sensor monitoring failed. For both failures I have had excellent service from Wholesale Warranties. All I do is give my policy number, name and wholesale warranties phone number to the dealer completing the repair. The repair is completed and I only have to pay my deductible. Wholesale Warranties has paid the dealer and I have not been involved at all, other than taking my vehicle to be repaired. I recommend Wholesale Warranties as in each case they have been transparent, not arguing over the repair nor quibbling over the charges.
I would not give any stars for this Wholesale Warranties, it is a rip off. I paid over $10,000 for this insurance, premium package. When I made a claim they did not pay anything. They had so many excuse of why they will not pay my claims. I would not advise anyone to buy this insurance. I have regret buying this insurance. I have bought many extend insurance for my rv and never had any trouble. They also take forever to see if they will approve your claims. I am cancel this policy and waiting to see how much refund they going to give me Do not buy!
They have been extremely easy to work with. They even paid a claim after the fact that I sent in when I had a propane leak and needed an emergent repair. I have an exclusionary policy and have been happy.
I have my motorhome under an extended warranty with Viking (Wholesale Warranty) for almost four years. As with most (really all) motorhomes there have been problems. Fortunately the warranty has covered the majority of these issues, especially the big items, including rebuilding the inverter, replacing my large slide out gearing mechanism, replacing the clothes dryer motor, electric step motor, leveling system pump motor, ice maker in fridge and many other items. They are fair and easy to work with and I recommend them to others. I hope to renew next year.
RV dealer had to work extra hard to get authorization to make repairs
RV dealer had to work extra hard to get authorization to make repairs. Once authorization was approved, work went well. The engine radiator had to be removed, but the warranty does not cover replacing the coolant once the radiator is reinstalled. The major expenses were covered, but some of the minor expenses add up.
I have used their warranty insurance for two motorhomes
I have used their warranty insurance for two motorhomes. Used the insurance for claims on both motorhomes. I never had and issue and was happy with the service. Better pricing over what the dealers offer. Well worth the money and peace of mind. I would not own a motorhome without and extended warranty ever again. (Learned that the hard way on one of three motorhomes that I owned)
This was our first time to make a claim on the warranty
This was our first time to make a claim on the warranty. The process went very well for us. The repair shop let us know what repairs were needed and they contacted Wholesale Warranties with the details. We were pleased with the coverage on items needing repair and with the process. It was a good experience, and since it was our first time to use the warranty, having no issues with the process was really nice.
Wholesale warranty delivered on their promise
Wholesale warranty delivered on their promise. We have a 3 year 30K mile contract on a 2004 ***. Through these years we had issues with our fridge, engine, awnings, aqua hot, and Wholesale Warranty helped in a BIG way. They even called on each job to make sure everything was handled properly. The best part we have peace of mind knowing if a big issue came up, the majority of the bill would be taken care of.

Wholesale Warranties is just a broker
Wholesale Warranties is just a broker. They do a pretty good job and have good customer *** folks who seems to really care. They however, sold me a contract from "Extended Elite"...cost over $5K for 4 years and was suppose to cover just about everything, except that which was listed on a singe contract page. WRONG... "Extended Elite" has garbage coverage, rude employees who will not work with me or the *** dealer who fixed my motorhome...They reject just about every claim and what they do pay for never covers the dealers costs for parts or labor...JUNK DON"T WASTE YOUR $$$$...If you use Wholesale Warranties be sure they don't sell you a "Extended Elite" contract. I would give WW 5 starts but this contract is C so I just can't.
I was having my batteries upgraded to lithium
I was having my batteries upgraded to lithium. I knew that wasn't covered, but in the process, the inverter control panel was found to not be working correctly when they tried to change the battery type. It was only a few hundred dollars to replace the control panel under warranty but it took over 2 weeks to get approval for the work.It did finally get resolved, I have no idea why it took so long. The service advisor at the *** center said he has never had such a hard time getting a response from an adjuster and the warranty company wouldn't reassign the claim to another adjuster. He was forced to wait for this one adjuster to return a phone call.In the end, it was covered. But the delay caused me to have to reschedule a family trip. The positive here is the team from Wholesale Warranties jumped in with the claim and got it pushed through. It wasn't till then that I realized that Wholesale Warranties is not the warranty company itself, just a reseller of the warranty. I bought this warranty and paid substantially more for it because it was supposed to have the best claim process. In this round, that failed miserably but did end up getting resolved.

I tried to file a claim but the phone number they gave me ain't working
I tried to file a claim but the phone number they gave me ain't working. And there ain't no other way to get in touch with them.
They charged my credit card without permission
They charged my credit card without permission. I'm buying an RV and got a quote from Wholesale Warranties. They said there's a $450 fee for inspection on used RVs. I gave my credit card number and they said they'd only charge $450. But then they charged $5,700 without asking me. The salesman says it was in his notes to charge that after inspection, but I know I asked more than once and got into an argument about only being charged $450. This is really dishonest and bad sales.
Paid on 7/7 for extended warranty from Wholesale Warranties
Paid on 7/7 for extended warranty from Wholesale Warranties. Got policy #8CZ90740. My motorhome was overheating and I spent around $1000 to fix it. I paid for flushing the radiator and installing a new thermostat and water pump. Wholesale Warranties covered most of the water pump repair. But still, the motorhome was overheating sometimes. I took it to the repair shop and they found out that the clutch fan wasn't working. The clutch fan is a covered repair. They only paid $671.14 out of $3371 ***. This covered the cost of the part but only 2.4 hours of labor, minus my $500 deductible. This is only a small part of the 18 hours needed to complete the job. They had to remove the radiator to reach the clutch fan and make repairs, which clearly took more than 2.4 hours. I'm asking them to pay for all the labor hours related to this repair. Since I have already paid the balance due on the ***, I'm asking for reimbursement for the additional hours.

We bought a Warranty from this company in Feb 2021 to cover our 2013 Tiffin Motorhome's mechanical side
We bought a Warranty from this company in Feb 2021 to cover our 2013 Tiffin Motorhome's mechanical side. It was their Plus version, good for 2 years unlimited mileage, and cost $2553. Our service agreement # is DA114779. On Sept. 28th this year, while driving to Tulsa, we had a complete power loss just outside ***. We pulled over and called the Administrator who told us to take it to any licensed repair facility. After spending two days and 3 nites in a Casino parking lot, we had the *** towed to a repair facility. This facility had good reviews and was the only one in the area who agreed to do the work. After the diagnosis at an expense of over $1300, we were informed that the engine was beyond repair and would need to be replaced. Wholesale Warranties has refused to pay for the replacement engine, insisting that it be torn down to isolate the problem. *** has insisted this is neither protocol nor something they want to engage in as it would be a waste of time and money. That would be a waste of my money as Wholesale Warranties insists it is my responsibility. I would appreciate any help to get this resolved. Sincerely *** J, ***.

We have had coverage for almost three years. There have been 3 claims and were covered without any issues. Happy to have this coverage.

Wholesale Warranties is simply a broker. They perform quite well and have customer service representatives who seem to genuinely care. However, they sold me a contract from 'Extended Elite'... the cost was over $5,000 for four years and it was supposed to cover almost everything, with the exception of items listed on a single contract page. Unfortunately, 'Extended Elite' offers subpar coverage, employs discourteous staff who are unwilling to cooperate with me or the dealer who repaired my motorhome. They deny nearly every claim, and the little they do approve fails to cover the dealer's costs for parts or labor. It's not worth the investment. If you decide to use Wholesale Warranties, ensure they don't sell you an 'Extended Elite' contract. I would rate Wholesale Warranties with five stars, but due to this disappointing contract experience, I simply cannot.
