WigSis wigs

I ordered two wigs from this company and finally received wigs cost of $400.00 for both wigs and they are not the color I ordered and one of the wigs looks nothing like what I ordered. So I immediately sent them an email with pictures of wigs requesting a refund and have heard absolutely nothing back. Clearly they do not want to refund my order or even exchange them. I have sent them 10 separate emails and they have not replied even once! I ordered two human hair wigs both color number 4 which is medium brown and instead I got one red wig and 1 black wig! One of the wigs looks nothing like the picture on their web site! Please do not order anything from this company based in china! They are not honest and will take your money sending you crap wigs that look nothing like pictures or even the right color! Forget ever being able to contact them in regards to a problem with your order as they will not reply! Do not place orders with this china wigsis web business they are thieves!

WigSis they keep ignoring me and won't give me a refund

They won't answer my emails i'm pretty sure they blocked me from emailing them I politely asked for a refund and they will not do it some one named cecilia keeps tryna tell me the wig is 100% human hair not to worry and to think twice about cancelling I told her no that's fine I just want a refund and now i'm being ignored I spent about 400$ can and I just want my money back I don't know what else to do or who to call because they don't have legit phone number.. There honestly the biggest scam I came across please people save your money these people won't last i'm doing whatever I can to have these people put down

I orderd a wig that was advertised as 100% human hair it was blond so I could dye and style it like I wanted my hairdresser who styles wigs all the time said it was synthetic and she could not dye or style it. I have been trying to get a refund for the fake human hair wig I bought after several atempts and offers of 20 and 30 dollar refunds they now are ignoring my emails dont do buisness with wigsis they are a rip off.

The same thing happened to me I only have a few days before the case is closed and they wont agree on anything all I want is a refund and they want me to pay even more money for a NEW wig. I will NEVER shop there again

Atara: If you charged the cost of your wigsis.com purchase to a credit card, call them about disputing the charge. The vendor has an obligation to provide a return label or address, which this company won't do. I found an address in Fairbanks, Alaska -- look them up like any corporation -- but my credit card co. advised me to not return the wigs until I hear from them. Their problem is that the wigs they sell are made in, and shipped from, China so this company never sees the quality of what it's selling. Don't take no for an answer. Good luck!

WigSis wig

Internet purchase on March 24, 2017. I received product and it looks terrible, completely unnatural. Emailed customer service (refund is guaranteed within 30 days http://www.wigsis.com/help/return-policy/. I received the wig on April 11 and sent an email of my disssatisfaction on April 12. I immediately contacted the company. They requested pictures, so I sent pictures of the wig with label, and the box, which had been cut open and re-taped.

They responded by saying the wig looked fine to them and they would not reimburse.

There is nothing on their website to indicate where the wig is coming from. I made the mistake of assuming it was within the United States.

No invoice was not included in the package. The package arrived from China by way of Dubai

WigSis wig purchase

Don't order from this company you will be very disappointed. The advertising of these wigs or false advertising you will receive a cheap ugly wig. They will not give you a refund keep giving run arounds. This a warning don't order from this company i spent $200. I should have research this company before ordering now I'm out $200 with a ugly wig I plan to trash. I've been diagnose with cancer went through chemotherapy and really needed to purchase a good quality human hair. This company is a ripoff I don't anyone to experience what I've gone through with this company. The advertising wig is the Tyra Banks i ordered look what I received looks like a cheap ugly mop.

WigSis poor product quality, poor customer service, will not honor refund policy

They will not honor their own return policy but after a month of emails back and forth they finally replied with a return address but will only replace not refund :

hi we are having the same problem, on advice i called in paypal who have intervened for me.I do know of 2 other people who have done the same and we now have a facebook page warning people.the company we bought from are called vivwigs but we have same address but another word of warning they will state that they have not received the item so i hope you had it tracked.

WigSis wrong wig and replacement

I am absolutely disgusted with WigSis and would not recommend it to anyone. I have ordered a dark brown long wig and the one I received was black. I contacted them and following all the instructions sent it back. One month later I received another wig and this time it was the right color but it was short!
I sent them pictures and demanded my money back. Their rep pretended he had no idea what was I talking about. He claimed that they sent me a replacement as they promised, but it was still incorrect wig. Their English was very poor and I wasn't able to explain what was wrong. Or they really didn't understand, or they simply made fun of me. Don't buy from WigSis!

WigSis the cap was big

I ordered this wig several months ago from wigsis. It was my first wig. It looked beautiful but the cap was very very big. I returned it thinking that average size wig just wasn't for me. I went into a wig store last week and upstage was recommended. I tried it and it fit! I bought it from that store even though it was much more expensive than the inter net purchase. I love it! So I would rate it a 5 for now since I've only had it a few days. It can be frustrating when the quality is inconsistent and so much time is wasted returning online purchases and then waiting for an exchange. Others have also had a similar experience. I hope quality control sees this review because it needs to be addressed.

WigSis e-purchase substantially not as described

I purchased a wig from this company on 20th Oct 2016.

I received the product as predicted, the colour and fit are fine, but the style leaves a lot to be desired, as it is nothing like the photograph shown on their site, which was extremely stylish, showing tapered, feathered back, curly and raised on top and feathered at the sides!

The wig that arrived, is nothing like it, it's too short at the back and not tapered or feather cut and it is flat on the top, with no height, probably as the hair on top seems to be too long and it is definitely not curly!

I am most disappointed and wanted to let you know!

I have tried various methods of contacting them to complain, including two provided emails:-
wigsis.co.uk and wigsis.uk (they advised they had changed to the latter one).
Despite using both of these email addresses more than once since Oct, , both sites returns a Mail Delivery Subsystem Failure.

And also a number of links they provided in their emails:

'You can check the status of your order by logging into your account' (as a hyperlink) - This site can’t be reached, www.wigsis.uk’s server DNS address could not be found.

http://www.wigsis.co.uk/ this takes me to a generic site called Wigsis.co.uk, which provides link to many other wig sellers.

http://www.wigsis.co.uk/beautiful-auburn-curly-short-glueless-lace-wigs-skukw01017.html - an html hyperlink, which again takes me to the generic site instead of the picture of the wig.

Despite all of my precautions, I think I have been scammed for £124.00, so be warned!
My only redress now will be that I paid the invoice through my PayPal account and it remains to be seen if their protection with refund will be accepted.

Wigsis scammed me out of over $200. The wig felt like a scrub pad. No curls, definitely rough grade of supposedly human hair. Do not buy wigs from here and I tried contacting them via email and no response.

I have purchased, I think, 8 of these wigs and have stuck with this one as its so natural looking and the color, brown/blonde is great. Try it you will love this wig. And thanks your super customer service!Wig is very comfortable and well made. Color was a little lighter than I expected.

I ordered a wig based on the WigSiS website, model and color. When it arrived it was all wrong. I communicated with their customer service by email requesting to return the wig and get reimbursed. No response from them. WHAT A RIP OFFF!

This needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

WigSis this site is nothing but scam

Purchased a wig from this site and the one I received was terrible and quality was very poor. I contacted them and said that I want to return it and get a refund and they agreed. They gave me a return address and I shipped it back at my own expense. About two weeks later when they received the wig they contacted me and said that it was damaged and they will not refund me! They said that if I wanted to get the wig back I needed to pay the shipping fee! This site is nothing but scam, stay away!

WigSis fraud, theft and total scam

Alright! If you are ready to experience one of the most frustrating events in your life, well step right up and throw your money down this fraud vacuum called WIGSIS. Not only do they fail miserably to deliver any product as described on their website, they also have an extremely effective way to refuse returns and refunds even though their policy allows for these issues (albeit with very specific guidelines). These little devils have tapped into a world wide market, via the internet. Through intentionally fraudulent product descriptions and photos of models with their own heads of hair, a potential buyer gets lured in to the fantasy product advertised enough to send money to china never to be seen again. Story after story of the unethical and fraudulent business practices can be found at multiple consumer websites across the globe, focusing mainly on the US, UK and Australia. While these thieves have swindled me to the meager sum of $249, their consistent practices to keep any consumer from actually being able to return an item due to dissatisfaction for refund must have their pockets bulging at the seams. I have been emailing daily for over a month wanting to return for refund a thin-haired, synthetic, and totally disapointing little rag with no foreseeable chance of ever getting my money despite their own posted advertisement, policies and guidelines. I will look for any legal way possible to try and make these bottom dwellers pay one way or another. If you have had a negative experience with this company please post about it as often as you can. I would love to get a class action together to take these scammers out for good!

WigSis cap color

I love the style and the quality of this wig and I would generally recommend however, for me I was disappointed in the parting. I know it isn't a monofilament but I have three wigs and they do have fake partings that mimic your own. Nobody has a black scalp! I was disappointed as well that out of the four wigs I own, my daughter said this wig looks more like a wig than the other much less expensive ones do. I made an expensive mistake with this wig. Perhaps in other lighter colours, this problem isn't so obvious.

WigSis expensive wig

Wigsis completely ripped me off. I bought a handtied remy human hair 24" wig with mixed colors of blonde, and they sent a wig of coarse, straw textured hair from probably a horse or boar. There is no way this is human, and certainly not remy, the highest quality hair. The color is all one shade, not mixed shades of blonde. This is the worst experience I have ever had online. They make it very hard to return the wig charging a huge fee so you still lose a lot of money. Never ever buy or do any business with this company

I also bought wigs form wigsis. I have had many wigs over the 20+ years I have suffered from Alopecia & this is definitely one of the best for looking natural. I thinned the fringe a little with thinning shears, but that was all & it was good to go! I have had numerous comments about what a lovely style this is & even men have commented "Nice Bob".

WigSis stalling on order cancellation and refund

Beware of this online company. There is no address, no phone number, only an email to correspond and return correspondence appears to be from an ESL speaking individual or a canned message.

I have never bought a wig before and thought I would try for fun. This website was one of the first ones that came up when I "googled - wigs". I found a couple and placed an order (TA160801C8077). I then read their return policy in detail. They only accept returns if there is quality issue -- how they determine that is not described. So I canceled my order with about an hour of placing (website states full refund if canceled within 24 hours). That was August 1st, it is now Aug 6th and I have sent daily emails stating CANCEL and REFUND. Company only responds once a day during the night CDT) stating they are good company want customer happy and would I reconsider and they will send me free gifts. Today (August 6th) I received an email from the website stating my order was almost complete and would be shipped in 10 days. I again sent an email to [protected]@wigsis.com clearly stating cancel with full refund requested.

I have lodged a dispute with my CC company and hope you might help with cancellation and refund.

wigsis is a fraud..they sent me the wrong wig that was hideous and completely different from the one I ordered. I will NEVER buy another wig from this company EVER again. And, it was impossible to get in touch with wigsis and now I am out of a $106.00. All I wanted was to exchange the wrong wig they sent me for the one I ordered I have nothing good to say about wigsis

i bought a wig too but afer i bought it i went to search for a review of wigsis. i mostly found bad and shocking ones so i mailed them spammed actually because i send like 10 mails to them to cancel my order. i was really panicing i never had something like this happen. so i did not want to risk it. it was with in 24 hours of ordering so i should get my money back and the complete amount of 226 euros. now i send a dispute in at my cc. and if they do not return the money them selfs i will get my money back in 6 days from now and a investigation wil be conducted. today i got a mail from wigsis in bad dutch because i live in the netherlands aksing me to stick with my order. i clearly and multiple times replied with no i want a full refund and a cancellation of the product i don, t want any other product from wigsis. there is no other way to contact them only mail, no adress, it really scary to be scammed like this. but my question to you is did you get your money back? and how?

I can't get in touch with wigsis..all I wanted was to exchange the wrong, hideous wig they sent me for the one I orderd. I think an investigation is the thing to do and I am looking into it. I am now out of the money I sent them.

WigSis human hair wig... which wasn't human hair!

I ordered a punk-ish wig wich I loved, the website said it's human hair.

So I placed an order and waited for it to come, meanwhile I've send some emails because I didn't find any new info on where it was.

When I recieved the wig..it feels like hay, its very shiny (real hair doesn't shine that much!), its very rough, the tips are terrible.
It's just a simple plain wig, doesn't even come close to the look from the picture on the website. I went to the hairsalon to have a cut, and the hairdresser also said its fake hair.

The customer service recieved multiple pictures from me, but they say they don't see that its fake hair... (the blonde hair is from my daughter, white hair is the wig)

The website says it's customized to color and size, its just a basic cap, nothing fancy, and sure not customized (you can't fool me..I KNOW wigs)

The wig came from China so I guess its based in china?.

I'm really angry, if I had money growing on my back I could order a GOOD quality wig, never placing a single order again on Wigsis!

Three month ago I bought a wig from wigsis. This is such great wig. i wear it to work out and everyone always compliments me on my hair. little do they know...and i would never tell! :) now i just ordered two more in the color 10 because it matches my own color so well!

This wig I bought from Wigsis is great. I've been a Wigsis customer for a long long time and tried many wigs. This wig is the best, it styles easily and you can spike it and style it exactly how she is wearing it which I like. I hope she never discontinues this wig. Many of her wigs do not style as they show on her and that is a big disappointment. THIS ONE IS GREAT. Thank you wigsis for another happy customer and great purchase.

This review appears, word for word, on the fraudulent WigSis and Uwigs sites. It doesn't make sense - who is "she"? My guess is that this review originally referred to a wig manufactured by a company bearing a woman's name.

7/15/16 Cheap Synthetic Wigs/Confirmed China Return Address
Avoid purchasing from WigSis. The company will substitute your order of a human hair wig with a cheap synthetic wig and insist you received a custom made wig of human hair. If you've fallen victim to WigSis like I have, immediately open a claim against this company with PayPal. Do NOT waste time corresponding with WigSis via their email address @ [protected]@gmail.com either. Send all your corresponding emails through the PayPal and it's Resolution Center.
WigSis confirmed return address via PayPal and FedEx as of 07/15/16 in China is Zhao Qiang, Room 1003 Huishang International Bldg, Shouchun Road, Luyang District, Hefei, China, 230061, [protected].
PayPal will require you the buyer to return your cheap synthetic wig to WigSis. Do NOT use the United States Postal Service as WigSis will request. Be willing to invest the full cost of your original wig purchase on international shipping via FedEx or UPS knowing that you will obtain the full refund of your original purchase. You will NOT be reimbursed the international shipping fees. And be sure to check that WigSis the recipient will pay the duties and taxes.
Upon the return package arriving in China, WigSis will request to "abandon the package" to avoid paying the duties and taxes. FedEx will also call you requesting to confirm you consent to abandon the package. Tell FedEx you will call them back with your decision. Then immediately contact the PayPal Resolution Center with this information. PayPal will confirm your FedEx shipping update information, consider the package returned and credit you the full cost of your original purchase. Upon receipt of a PayPal email confirming you are being credited your money back from WigSis, call FedEx to confirm you will NOT pay the duties and taxes.
If every WigSis scammed buyer followed this procedure, WigSis would not net any profits and would be forced to go out of business. And FedEx will place the package on hold and destroy it after five days. That's no money earned by WigSis and one less cheap synthetic wig destroyed from their inventory.

I got screwed for $274.61 Canadian. An exchange of over 20 e-mails were done. Received an e-mail this morning that, I
was to receive a credit of $25.00 by Pay Pal to be applied on my credit card.You should have seen, what I received .A white Ronald Mc Donald BIG wig. So I will be loosing with the exchange and all, about:$245.86 Canadian. That is exactly 50% of my monthly rent. The worse part is my dream destroyed...

Had I known I was dealing with a foreign country and that they would not abide by their return policy, I never would have ordered. The item I ordered cost $49.00 plus $10.00 shipping. I have had twenty (20) e mail contacts with them and all they say is "Sorry". I am bound and determined that this does not happen again. I wish I would have seen this but so glad you posted it.

WigSis 2 wigs

I bought 2 wigs from this web site. Looked at the pictures of the wigs looked really good, looked like the wigs on the other websites that has the same wigs for sale. Did not say anything about being made custom. They were terrible.. They are the worse looking wigs I have ever seen. The color was terrible looking. I asked for refund, told them the problem. They gave me nothing but the run around, well I did what they ask me to do. Took pictures of the wigs and the contents send it to me. So I did everything they ask. No refund cause she said they were custom made. That 's a bunch of bull. Noway were they custom made. But no return for a refund. So now what? Does anyone know what to do to get this company off line and to refund the tons of money they owe their customers?

I have a happy experience from wigsis. The wig I bought from wigsis is perfect for me colors are great and I really have no issue with the lace front like some others do. But the fibers do clump up and become straw like as some other reviewers found. I wish that the fibers could be improved upon.

WigSis wig

I placed an order with WigSis on May 19, 2016 and received it on May 31.
The order number is TA160519C6443. Once I received the wig, I didn't like how it looked on me and the style
was slightly different than pictured on the site. I immediately contacted
WigSis on the same day that I received it via email. I received a response the next day saying that I should send them a picture of the wig which I did.
On the website under Return and Refunds, WigSis claims that your complete satisfaction is their top priority. They say that before you want to return goods that you should them via email or live chat and state the reason you want to return the item, well, I did that and they asked for a picture with the tag still attached. I also sent the pictures. I was then sent another email and was told that the maybe I would want to keep the wig as an extra/alternate. I was appalled and when I responded to say that I wanted to either do an exchange or a refund, I was told that these wigs are made to order which I'm sure that if that were true, then I would not have received it so quickly. The thing is, I was really wanting to do an exchange because I saw a few others that I liked. I was very surprised to know that they were unwilling to even discuss an exchange. I also have the emails conversations if you need them, I wasn't sure how to attach them. I spent $90.00 this synthetic wig and it would really be terrible for me to just lose out here. I was asked to try and understand their position.

BOA VISA refused to accept my complaint. I sent the "Easy Return" guaranty from Wigsis website if not satisfied but they stilll didn't refund my money. Needless to say I am now using ta different credit card. I guess BOA doesn't understand "satisfaction guaranteed" or a complete refund. I sent emails, pictures of their website, & pictures of their presentation of the wig & the actual wig I received. There's no resemblance whatsoever. I got the same run-around everyone else got but that wasn't good enough for Bank of America.

I face the same situation. I have made copies of their ad online which talks about Guaranteed Return if not satisfied. But I know these wigs are not custom made. They are generic. Mine is medium size and medium brown. How custom does that sound. I am calling my credit card company and PayPal (not sure how they got involved) to make a formal complaint. If more people do that then Visa or whatever your CC company is and PayPal will refuse to let them use their service to collect funds. My wig came all scrunched up and looked like a dead animal.

WigSis worst lace wig ever!!!

I purchased a wig from this company only to wait over 30 days to get poor quality nothing like the picture wrong color uneven you could see the adjustable band. I contact them immediately to get a response we will take 10% off your next purchase like I would order again 10 off 30 off 60 off this went on for 2 weeks finally I open a dispute with paypal to mail the wig back. The hair was not human hair and the color was totally off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. U believe they write there own reviews if you look at the reviews closely no one really say much about the wigs like you see on other reviews about companies.
