Williams Fried Chicken review: Incorrect order, overcooked chicken, and nasty attitude of the "so-call" manager that refused to give me her name.

Just regrouping mentally from a wonderful vacation, only to return to a hot mess at william's chicken on gentry pkwy on sunday @ 2:35 pm. Here's the story: I waited nearly 15 minutes to place a simple order that I repeated twice to the new nice cashier, that still had it all wrong! However, she remained calm the entire time and apologized twice... Fully accepted! Here's the order...2- 2pc. Dark (thighs only) & fries without salt... I received 1- 2pc dark with leg & and a thigh. Once again, for now the third time, this is wrong. I asked for thighs only & 2 orders. The messy manager who had no clue what I said, jumps in & said that I said a thigh & a leg. Wrong! After trying to explain to an incompetent so called "manager" with a nasty attitude states..."u think you're getting a 2-2pc dark for $4.42? I then had to count to ten in order to stay calm. I said once again stated what I ordered to her. Then I asked if another stove coming up? She stated"no". I then knew that she was lying because there were now 3-4 cars behind me & I know every one wasn't ordering white meat. So I then said to the manager it doesn't matter what she thought, it's what I ordered. She then told me it's a 10 minute wait. Charged me for the second order and asked me to pull up and wait. Then asked for the incorrect order that was already given to me back before my wait. I asked her (manager) for her name and she said that I didn't need to know her name! I said... You sho' right! However, u will know mines tomorrow! Yes i'm putting this so-call manager with a pink shirt, no name tag on blast! We do not have to ever tolerate disrespect when we're spending our hard earned money at these restaurants. By the way, the chicken was overcooked making it impossible to chew. No I didn't return because I know this simple situation would have turned even nastier... Yes overcharged for bad chicken. My receipts are #70 and #71 order numbers 102606 & 102607 server : p3-shift. The manager was a hispanic, short lady with the only pink shirt on without a name tag, and extremely bad attitude! Please do a thorough investigation of this lady. Many people aren't going to put up with her behavior, and I thank god I controlled mines...

Desired outcome: I know times are certainly difficult for everyone, however, this lady needs prompting, or maybe suspended until she can control her attitude.
