I bought some clothes from this company online
I bought some clothes from this company online. The order number is [protected] and the invoice number is ***. The total cost was $104.97. They charged me $9.84 for sales tax, but it should have been less because I live in Arkansas where the tax rate is 7%. They overcharged me by more than 9%. I want a refund of $2.49 for the extra amount they charged.
I'm writing this review about Williamson-Dickie Mfg
I'm writing this review about Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co. because I've been having some issues with their products. I've had bad experiences when dealing with them directly. This isn't the first time I've had trouble with their belts. The first time was with reversible belts, and the second time the buckle broke. It seems like their products have gotten worse compared to how they used to be. Now I'm on the lookout for a replacement. They claim to prioritize customer satisfaction in their advertisements.
I bought 2 pairs of escape work boots from ***'s
I bought 2 pairs of escape work boots from ***'s. After about a month, both pairs had rips and problems. I went back to the workers choice in fort worth TX like dickies customer service told me to. After a month of nothing, I emailed them and they said the boots were checked into the warehouse and waiting to be processed. I emailed them every month since then, but nobody has replied! I'm still waiting for a response.

We placed an order on 1/6, our order number is ***
We placed an order on 1/6, our order number is ***. I got an email a few days later saying the item was out of stock, and that was on 1/9. We sent many emails to customer service asking about our money being refunded because they took the money off my card on the same day. Our emails got blocked, and we can't contact them to get our refund. Today is 1/20, and we still haven't received a refund.
I called Dickie's 'bout this messed up belt
I called Dickie's 'bout this messed up belt. The person just gave me the runaround. She was basically rude. She told me to send a picture to their email. I told her I didn't have an email account. She said too bad. So I'm sending you a picture of the busted belt and tags that say (Satisfaction Guaranteed) which was far from the truth with the person I talked to. Their address is: ***.9400 *** Ph.
I bought some scrubs online, but they came in the wrong size
I bought some scrubs online, but they came in the wrong size. I did what they told me to send them back and waited for my money to come back. After about a week, I checked to see if they gave me my money back, but they didn't. I looked at my bank account and the money wasn't there. I called customer service, but they put me on hold. Every time I called, I had to wait for like fifteen minutes or more. Finally, when I talked to someone, they said they would fix it. But now it's been another week and I still haven't gotten my money back. And when I call customer service, they don't answer. I've been waiting on the phone for like thirty minutes and still no one has talked to me.
I bought some overalls from Williamson-Dickie Mfg
I bought some overalls from Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co. for my fiance as a Christmas gift. I ordered them in size 42x32, but when they arrived, they were too long. We thought that since they were made of 100% cotton, they would shrink after washing, but they didn't. Now, my fiance has to roll them up multiple times, which makes us think that they were labeled incorrectly. I contacted Dickies about the issue, but they said that since we washed them, the only thing they can offer is a 20% discount code for another purchase. I'm on disability and spent around $40 on these overalls. My fiance just started working again after being unemployed for four months, so we can't afford to buy another pair, even with the discount code. We're now stuck with overalls that he can't wear, and Dickies has our $40. It's not our fault if they mislabeled the size.
I ordered 3 pants and was so happy when I got them and they fit just right so I washed and wore them
I ordered 3 pants and was so happy when I got them and they fit just right so I washed and wore them. Turns out, the material is awful and it collects all the lint it can find. I contacted the company and asked for store credit or a refund because I wasn't happy with what I bought. They said they'd send me a replacement but that doesn't solve anything. They refused to help me in any way and said they couldn't give a refund or store credit because the pants were washed/worn. How was I supposed to know my work pants would be covered in lint all day without washing/wearing them? I need a full refund because I'm completely unsatisfied with my order and now the customer service.

On November 11th, I asked about buying stuff without paying taxes on the Williamson-Dickie Mfg
On November 11th, I asked about buying stuff without paying taxes on the Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co. website. They told me I gotta buy first and then they'll give me back the tax money after I fill out some forms. They said it can be done and sent me the forms I needed. So, on November 12th, I placed an order and sent in all the tax-exempt forms that both the company and my home state (Ohio) wanted. They said they got everything on the same day. But on November 21st, I checked in 'cause I still hadn't gotten my $11.47 tax refund. They told me to send the forms again. So, on November 26th, I called and talked to someone who said they'd process it this week. Then, on December 9th, I sent another email asking about my tax refund. Finally, on December 11th, they replied saying they got a lot of emails and they'll send all the info again.
I've always been a loyal customer of a well-known workwear brand
I've always been a loyal customer of a certain workwear brand. As a self-employed tradesperson, I've been wearing their bib overalls for many years. On October 5, 3021, I ordered two more pairs. My order number was with the company's records. Imagine my shock to find that the delivered overalls differed from the website's display and were not the same quality. The front pocket dimensions changed from 10 inches wide and 6 inches long to only 7 by 6 inches. The original pockets had two smaller ones at 4 inches wide, but the new ones are a mere 2.5 inches wide, too small for a cell phone. When my wife complained to customer service, they pointed out that we had washed them, not considering the unexpected change. The company acknowledged the website was outdated. Despite the brand's Satisfaction Guarantee, I am dissatisfied. I ordered two pairs for a total of $97.63.
I ordered on 10/15 for express 2 day shipping
I ordered on 10/15 for express 2 day shipping. When it arrived on 10/19, I got the completely wrong order. I called right away and talked to an agent (sounded like an older Black lady). I gave her the order numbers and she said I would get a return shipping label in the mail the next day. She told me to return the items to a UPS store. But I never got that label. I called again on 10/27 and there were no notes from the previous agent. This agent (White lady) emailed me a label and told me to return only to FedEx or USPS. I told her I didn't have a printer and she said I could scan it from my phone. On 09/29, I took it to USPS and they scanned the label, but no label printed out on their end. They gave the package back and said I had to print out the label myself. I had already told the agent I didn't have access to a printer. I called Dickies while I was still in the post office, frustrated and furious with them. They told me to keep the items and donate them to a charity of my choice. They said I would get a full refund. I spent $83.44 including shipping, and now on 11/03, I got refunded $62.04.
I emailed Dickies on May 28 to let them know that the shirts I bought didn't fit
I emailed Dickies on May 28 to let them know that the shirts I bought didn't fit. They replied on May 29 and said that I had the wrong style number shirt. They told me to download the return form and send the shirts back. They said they would give me a gift card so I could order the right style. I waited a few weeks and then emailed them again to say that I had sent the 5 shirts back but hadn't heard anything. I said I would call them. When I called on July 30, they said they didn't have any orders under my name. I thought this was strange because I have been working for the NYC Dept of Sanitation for over 20 years and we wear Dickies uniforms. They transferred me to the returns processing department and they said they did receive my return. But because they couldn't find any orders with my name, they couldn't help me. They said they would just send my 5 original shirts back to me. I wasn't happy, but what could I do? I was thankful to the woman because I didn't have the tracking number anymore. I think they found the return from my name and email address. I have made several phone calls and sent emails, but I have gotten different answers. They said they issued a gift card, then they said there was no tracking number and I was out of luck. The most frustrating thing is when they say they will call me back and then they don't. One customer service person even said she would call me back in 10 minutes, but instead she emailed me 10 minutes later to say she couldn't help me. 5 long sleeved shirts (5X) cost about $30.00 each, so it's a lot of money. I have been buying Dickies products for uniforms, pants, shirts (long and short sleeved), and coveralls for almost 20 years. I am really upset that they kept the 5 shirts I returned and didn't try to help me after being a customer for so long.
