This Compliant is a strange one. I have eaten Wonder bread for over 40 years.
Every time I opened a loaf it was the same and so I expected the same this time. I needed the bread for a sandwich.
It turned out that there was a tube-like hole going down the length of the loaf. It was not spoilage in the usual sense of the loaf being bad. It was a useless bundle of pieces of the loaf accompanied by a large pile of crumbs.
There was no way that I could make a sandwich.
I thought that someone in the chain of marketing through manufacturing through delivery would like to see this loaf. I can hardly imagine an error like this only occurring to one loaf. Hence, in all probability I am not the first to bring this to your attention.
Nevertheless, I have brought it to your attention. This is the second time I am reporting this since if it were my task to ensure quality manufacturing I would want to investigate what happened. I was afraid that just telling you about this error was not enough,
I have the loaf in question in my freezer.
I assume that you will make the appropriate gift of free Wonderbread Classic White for the rest of my life.
On December 3rd I filled out a form about this error but could not answer all the queries.

Wonder Bread fell off in their quality control and a bad loaf of bread should be enough for compensation. Contact their customer care service either via call or email, referring to your past forwarded query, and offering to send the photos of any such diagnosis or the loaf that you think is defective for examination purpose. Ask for a refund or replacement (I know lifetime supply might be a bit much but shoot your shot!). Make them responsible—no one expects a company of this stature to drop their standards of quality control.
