Woolworths Money Prepaid Card review: Unable to use anywhere other than woolworths

Received prepaid card as present . Have tried to use several times with no success . Was declined at Just Jeans Sussans & Target.. Have called the Customer Service Line & again I am told you can use anywhere. I also spoke to a Woolworths employee who says this is a constant complaint with these cards. It now appears the only give I can buy with this present is groceries at Woolworths. This was very disappointing. I told my daughter who was most distressed that the gift she bought was useless.
I listened to you advertise whilst waiting for Customer Service to answer saying you can use everywhere worldwide. This is false advertising what you should be saying can only be used at Woolworths.. I am very disappointed with the product..
