Working Class Heroes Review: Great Website, But Beware of Reminder Emails
I recently had a go at Working Class Heroes website and I must say, it was a pretty good experience. However, there was a little hiccup that left me feeling a bit frustrated. After placing my order, I received an email with the subject line "We saved your basket for you". This made me think that my order was not processed, and I didn't want to miss out on the sale item that I had my eye on. So, I went ahead and placed the order again.
Unfortunately, this meant that I received two of the same item, and since returns are not free, I had to pay for the postage of the second item. It was a bit annoying that I was prompted to purchase the item again, especially since I had already made the purchase. However, I do appreciate the idea of sending a reminder email and saving a basket for customers. It's just that they need to make sure not to do it if the basket has already generated a sale.
Despite this little issue, I still think that Working Class Heroes is a great website. They have a wide range of products, and the prices are reasonable. I also like the fact that they offer free delivery on orders over a certain amount. The website is easy to navigate, and the checkout process is straightforward.
Overall, I would recommend Working Class Heroes to anyone looking for quality clothing and accessories. Just be aware of the potential issue with the reminder email and make sure to double-check your order before placing it again.
Working Class Heroes: Poor Customer Service and Refund Issues
This company, Working Class Heroes, has been causing quite a stir on Facebook lately. They seem to be disabling comments and deleting negative feedback left by customers who have had bad experiences with them. Many people are complaining that they are not receiving refunds after returning items, or worse, not receiving their items at all and being ignored when they try to contact the company about it.
Personally, I have been waiting for over a month now for a refund of ?380. Despite numerous emails, I have received no response from the company and they are refusing to refund me. They claim that the courier they paid for lost my parcel and are now refusing to take responsibility for it. I find this behavior to be completely unacceptable and I will continue to post about my experience until I receive my refund.
It is truly disappointing to see a company with such poor morals and customer service. I strongly advise others to avoid buying from them and instead purchase directly from the brands they carry. It is important to support ethical and responsible businesses, and Working Class Heroes does not seem to fit that description.
Working Class Heroes Review: Impressive Gear & Delivery, Website Needs Improvement
I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with Working Class Heroes. The stuff I ordered was spot on and the delivery was bang on time. Plus, the prices were cheaper than other sites I've used, which is always a bonus. I reckon I'll be back for more soon.
That said, there were a few issues with the website that made the whole experience a bit of a faff. When I was adding stuff to my basket, things kept disappearing or not showing up at all. I had to add them at least four times before they finally stuck. It was a bit of a pain in the arse, to be honest. I'm not sure if it was because I was using my tablet or my phone, but either way, it shouldn't be happening. I mean, loads of people shop on their mobiles these days, so the site needs to be able to handle that.
If they sort out the website gremlins, I'd give Working Class Heroes a solid five stars. As it is, I reckon they're still worth checking out if you're after some decent gear at a decent price.
Review: Gramicci Poncho from Working Class Heroes - Reliable and Stylish Rain Cover
I recently purchased the medium Gramicci Poncho from Working Class Heroes and I must say, it's a pretty decent piece of clothing. I'm 5ft 5inches tall and the poncho is still quite long on me, but it does the job of covering me up well. It's spacious enough to accommodate a rucksack underneath without compromising on coverage. The material used is top-notch and it doesn't feel sticky even on warm and humid days.
However, I do have a small issue with the pocket/holder that comes with the poncho. It's a bit too heavy and chunky for my liking. My wife went for the Rainkiss equivalent and it's much more manageable. The weight was mentioned in the original ad, but I'm not sure if it's accurate.
Overall, the Gramicci Poncho is a very effective rain cover and it wouldn't look out of place at any outdoor event, especially with the unpredictable British weather. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and stylish rain cover.
Working Class Heroes: Poor Customer Service and Stock-Keeping Disaster
I recently made a purchase on Working Class Heroes' website and bought three jackets. Unfortunately, I had to return two of them, but when I received my refund, I noticed that I was short ?45. I immediately contacted the business and provided evidence, such as photos of the jacket I had kept, but they didn't seem to care and kept repeating the same message. It was frustrating because it was clear that they weren't listening to my concerns.
It's disappointing to see that their stock-keeping is a total disaster, as they even asked me which warehouse they had sent the jackets from. It's not the client's responsibility to keep track of these things, and it's concerning that they would ask such a question. It's clear that the blame lies with the business.
If you're lucky enough to not have to return anything, you might be okay. However, if any issues arise, they will assume that you're at fault and refuse to listen to your concerns. It's best to avoid this business altogether.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Working Class Heroes
So, I had a bit of a problem with my order from Working Class Heroes. Unfortunately, my package got lost during the final mile of delivery. The delivery company claimed that it had been delivered, but it definitely wasn't delivered to the right address. I work in an office with a 24/7 front desk, and every package that comes in gets logged and stored. So, there's no way that it could have been delivered to the right place without me receiving it.
I reached out to the customer service team at Working Class Heroes to see if they could help me out. But, unfortunately, they didn't seem to think that it was their problem. They told me that since the delivery company said that it had been delivered, they didn't need to do anything else to help me. This is really frustrating for me, because I'm out 96 euro's and I feel like they should be doing more to help me out.
Honestly, I don't think I'll be shopping at Working Class Heroes again after this experience. It's just really disappointing to see a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers or their orders. If they're okay with losing my business over something like this, then I guess they don't really need my money anyway.
Disappointing Experience with Working Class Heroes: Lack of Communication and Follow-Up
So, I decided to give Working Class Heroes a try and placed an order on a Thursday for next day delivery. However, I was disappointed to find out that I eventually received the item the following Wednesday. The tracking number provided showed no updates, which made me worried about the status of my order. I tried to contact their customer service via the help email several times, but unfortunately, I was ignored.
Feeling frustrated, I decided to reach out to them via their Facebook page. Eventually, I received a response stating that they would refund my next day delivery payment, which they did promptly. They also promised to look into the issue. However, I didn't hear anything else from them, and my delivery just turned up nearly a week later.
What made me even more disappointed was the fact that there was no follow-up email to check if I had received my items or an explanation as to where my items had been. I just received an automated email asking me to leave a review. This lack of customer service left me feeling annoyed and disappointed, especially since I had been recommended this store by two of my friends who are very regular customers with them.
Overall, my experience with Working Class Heroes was not what I was expecting. While I appreciate the prompt refund, the lack of communication and follow-up left me feeling frustrated. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future, as I would like to give them another chance.
Review of WCH: Great Stock, Poor Management & Customer Service
Euan, the guy who works at the actual shop, is absolutely brilliant. He knows his stuff and is always willing to help out. Emma, who handles web orders customer service, is equally great, but she seems to be swamped with work. It's clear that the management needs to review their processes and reward the staff on the frontline for copping the flack of their poor decision making.
One of the biggest issues I had was the disconnect between the bricks and mortar shop and the web orders warehouse. When I had an issue with my order, I didn't know who to contact. The web orders warehouse needs a customer telephone number to contact instead of hassling the shop who can't do much more than email the warehouse or wait for generic email responses.
DPD certainly didn't help either. They lost my first package and there were continuing issues at the Carnforth depot. However, WCH resent and repaid my next day delivery charge so I got my item albeit a week late.
Despite these issues, I have to say that WCH has a great stock. They have a wide variety of products that are hard to find elsewhere. However, their popularity is proving to be their downfall.
The management needs to invest in their staff who make them their money. As a previous customer, I didn't expect any problems, but they did occur, which is a real shame. I'm not sure if I'll order from them again in the future, but that isn't the staff's fault. It's the management's responsibility to ensure that their customers are satisfied.
Solid Choice with Great Communication and Top-Notch Products, but Reward Points System Needs Improvement
I gotta say, I'm pretty pleased with my experience at Working Class Heroes. They kept me in the loop every step of the way, which was great. Plus, they sent me an email about reward points, which I thought was a brilliant idea. I opted for next day delivery, and it arrived right on time. The product was spot on, too.
But then I tried to use my reward points to order another product, and I ran into some trouble. I tried a few times, but it just wouldn't work. So I shot them an email, and it took a couple of days to get a response. When I tried again, I got the same result. But when I called them up, things started looking up. The guy on the phone told me that the rewards system wasn't working on iPhone Safari, and suggested I download Google Chrome and try again. I did, and it worked like a charm. I ordered my second item, but this time I went for the 3-5 working days delivery option. It's been three days since I placed my order, and all I've gotten is an email saying it's been placed. I checked online and saw that other places have the same item on sale, so I'm not too thrilled with my second order.
All in all, I'd say Working Class Heroes is a solid choice. They've got great communication, and their products are top-notch. But if you're planning on using reward points, make sure you're not on iPhone Safari. And if you're looking for a deal, it might be worth shopping around a bit.
Mixed Experience with Working Class Heroes: Good Prices and Fast Shipping, but Website Issues and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I had a pretty good experience with Working Class Heroes. The prices were good and my order came pretty quick. But, I gotta knock off a star because I had some trouble with their website. It crashed on me when I was trying to make my first order and my PayPal payment got stuck in limbo. I was freaking out because I had just dropped ?470 and had no idea what was going on.
When I called the shop, the person who answered wasn't exactly the friendliest. They told me I had to email the websales department, which was a bit of a pain. I mean, sometimes you need to talk to a real person, you know? But, I did what they said and explained my situation in the email. I had to wait a bit, but they did get back to me and refunded my money.
The only thing was, because of how PayPal works, I had to wait for my original payment to clear before I could get my refund. And, since it was right before Christmas, I didn't have time to wait. So, I ended up having to pay again with my credit card.
In the end, everything worked out okay. But, I gotta say, I felt pretty exposed for a while there. I mean, I had just given a bunch of money to some random internet company and had no idea what was going on. And, there was no phone number to call or anything. I'm not sure if I would use them again because of that.

Disappointing Experience with Working Class Heroes: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service
Yo, so I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about my experience with Working Class Heroes. I ordered some gear from them and it's been over 20 days and I still haven't received anything. I even had to log a dispute with PayPal, which is a total bummer. It's been 17 days since I placed my order and I haven't heard anything from Working Class Heroes about what's going on. I mean, come on, they could at least contact Royal Mail and try to figure out what's going on. But nope, they're not helping me out at all.
I'm hoping that the PayPal dispute will be resolved in my favor, but who knows how long that'll take. I'll keep updating this review daily, so y'all can see what's going on. But honestly, I wouldn't recommend ordering from Working Class Heroes if you're looking for reliable service. It's a shame, because I was really excited about the gear I ordered, but now I'm just disappointed.
Disappointed with Working Class Heroes: Small Cap and Incomplete Refund
So, I recently got myself a truckers cap from Working Class Heroes. But, when I received it, I was quite disappointed as it was way too small for my head. I mean, it was so small that I thought it might be a cap for kids or women. I tried to adjust it with the snap-back feature, but it was of no use. So, I decided to return it and asked for a refund of both the order and delivery charges.
However, when I received the refund, I was only refunded for the order. I was quite upset as I think that they should have refunded the delivery charge as well. After all, it was their mistake that they sent me a cap that was not of the right size. I think that they should have taken responsibility for their mistake and refunded the delivery charge as well.
Overall, I am quite disappointed with my experience with Working Class Heroes. I had high hopes for them, but they let me down. I hope that they will take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service in the future.
Working Class Heroes: Affordable and Awesome Streetwear
So, I was browsing the internet for some cool Carhartt and St?ssy clothes and stumbled upon Working Class Heroes (workingclassheroes.co.uk). I gotta say, I was pretty chuffed with what I found. The prices were way cheaper than what I'd seen in the shops, and the delivery was spot on.
The guys who run the site seem like a decent bunch too. They even included a handwritten note and some freebies (sweets and such) with my order. It's the little things, you know?
All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be coming back for more. If you're looking for some fresh threads at a good price, I'd definitely recommend giving WCH a go.
Cheers, WCH! You've got a new fan.

Disappointing Experience with Working Class Heroes and So Colissimo Delivery Service
I recently had an experience with Working Class Heroes and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I placed an order on their website and eagerly awaited its arrival. However, when I checked the tracking information on So Colissimo's website, it stated that the package had been delivered.
To my dismay, I had not received anything. I immediately contacted both Working Class Heroes and So Colissimo to try and resolve the issue. However, both the seller and the delivery service refused to take any responsibility for the mistake.
I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and support from both parties. It was frustrating to be left with no solution or explanation for what had happened. I would advise others to avoid using Working Class Heroes if possible, as my experience was not a pleasant one.
Poor Customer Service and Shipping Experience with Working Class Heroes
So, I ordered some stuff from Working Class Heroes and it still hasn't arrived yet. Apparently, it's stuck with Royal Mail and I don't know what to do. I tried calling them like 8 times but no one answered the phone. What's up with that? I mean, I get it, they're probably busy and all that, but come on, at least answer the phone, right?
Anyway, I decided to email them instead and the response I got was pretty weak, to be honest. It didn't show any kind of customer care or anything like that. I mean, I get it, they're probably busy and all that, but come on, at least pretend like you care, right?
So, I responded to their email and told them how I felt about the whole situation. It's been several days now and I still haven't heard back from them. I don't know what to do. I mean, I really wanted to like Working Class Heroes and all that, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.
Overall, I'm not too happy with the way things have gone down. I'm not sure if I'll use them again in the future if this is how they treat their customers. It's a shame, really, because I really wanted to like them. But hey, what can you do, right?
Working Class Heroes: Cool Trainers, But Delivery Mishap and Poor Customer Service
So, I got these trainers from Working Class Heroes and they were pretty cool. But, they were a bit too small for my feet, so I had to send them back and order a new pair. I decided to get them delivered on a Saturday, which cost me an extra ?9.99. But, when the delivery guy came, he was a day early and I wasn't even home! I was pretty annoyed about that, so I emailed customer service twice to ask for a refund or credit for the extra cost. But, it's been three days and I haven't heard anything back yet. I'm hoping someone will get back to me soon, because I really want those trainers!
Packaging Needs Improvement: My Experience with Working Class Heroes
So, I got my stuff from Working Class Heroes and when it arrived, I was pretty bummed out about the condition of the box. As a collector, I like to keep my stuff in tip-top shape, you know? I mean, who doesn't? Anyway, I tweeted about it and let them know that they should probably take a look at their packaging process. I mean, most other vendors double box their stuff to make sure it doesn't get messed up during shipping. I ship stuff all over the place and I wouldn't even think about packing it like they did. So, if they want to keep their customers happy, they should pay attention to their social media feeds and take feedback seriously. Otherwise, what's the point, right?
Disappointing Next Day Delivery Experience with Working Class Heroes
I recently made a purchase from Working Class Heroes and opted for the DPD next day delivery service. I was willing to pay extra for this service as it would have allowed me to manage the delivery around my busy schedule. However, to my disappointment, I did not receive my package the next day as promised. Instead, I received a slower Hermes delivery, which is not very reliable in my area. I was not given any option to deliver to a pick-up point either.
Although I was refunded for the next day delivery issue quickly, I did not receive much else in terms of acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused. It was as if the issue was shrugged off with a virtual shrug of the shoulders. This left me feeling underwhelmed by the overall experience.
Despite this, I may consider giving Working Class Heroes another chance in the future for small, less time-critical items. However, I would be hesitant to use their delivery services again for anything that requires prompt delivery.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with Working Class Heroes - Refund Denied
I had a really bad experience with Working Class Heroes. I needed help with a refund because I returned an item, but they refused to assist me. I asked for their customer services telephone number, but they wouldn't give it to me. They also wouldn't tell me how to make a formal complaint. The employee who was dealing with my emails was really unhelpful and unsympathetic. I tried to find someone else to help me, but I couldn't get past email communication. As a result, I lost ?85. I'm really disappointed with this company and I won't be using them again. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone either. They might be okay if you don't need any help with your purchase or refund, but if you do, you're out of luck.
Disappointing Experience with Working Class Heroes: Late Delivery & Poor Communication
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Working Class Heroes. I paid extra for next day delivery and took the day off work to wait for my parcel, but it never showed up. I had to chase them for receipts and there was no tracking info at all. Plus, their email communication was non-existent and their shop couldn't even get in touch with management. It's pretty appalling that there's no guarantee my item will even arrive. I really wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. If it's anything like the other reviews where people haven't received any communication or refunds, I'll be reporting them to trading standards. On the bright side, the lad who works in the shop is pretty sound.
