I moved on 2/19/2022 and the movers said it would take at least 6 hours to take apart and put back together my furniture
I moved on 2/19/2022 and the movers said it would take at least 6 hours to take apart and put back together my furniture. They started at 9:15am and took down 3 beds in 2 hours and 15 minutes. They also moved a reclining sofa set (now broken) and a regular living room set. They broke my king-sized bed that I bought 6 months ago, and they didn't even tell me it was broken. I saw one of the movers take something from my garage, but when I asked him about it, he denied it. I paid them $800.00 and gave them an $80.00 tip for 4 guys, but they mishandled my belongings. I called the business office and the movers' cell number, but no one answered. This is not fair and doesn't look good for your business. I hope things get better for you, but something needs to be done about this.

Dont use this company, find another mover. Read other bad reviews and take them serious cuz you could be next with a bad time and money waste. The truck ran out of diesel on the way to my new home after they loaded all my furniture. A 10 min drive turned into 1 hour and 45 min! I had to drive the movers around to get diesel for the truck. After trying a bunch of times to get the truck started, I had to take them to a Napa Auto Parts store to buy a 5 gallon can and then to two gas stations! The moving company didnt care and said they didnt charge me for that time which they couldnt. They didnt care about the time I wasted or driving them around. And to top it off, they didnt fully unload my furniture at the end of the day. My coffee table glass top is missing and the movers said it wasnt in the truck. They wont give me more than $30 for it even though it was top quality and cost $350 at ***. I even offered to split the cost but they wouldnt budge. Dont use this company.

They showed up late and loaded until late at night. They were angry and rude about being late. They almost left without packing some of our garage stuff and told us to put it in our cars. The list we gave them was different from what they had. A lot of our stuff was missing, and they charged us extra for it. The final quote was triple the original quote. We tried to contact customer service for over a week, but they ignored us or pushed us to people who didn't call back. They unloaded our stuff and repacked it into a cheap rental truck, which took a week. On move-in day, they showed up with only one guy and asked a random guy to help. They advertise as full service and in-house, but that's not true. Boxes were damaged, ripped open, or smashed. They didn't care about fragile labels and dropped boxes labeled extremely fragile. They broke a couple of things in front of us, and all of our TVs were broken. Their insurance is terrible, and they offered us only $200 for the damages. Their customer service is rude and unhelpful. We are very unhappy with their service.

Very unprofessional company
Very unprofessional company. The date I had prefixed and paid for my moving, they came and their truck went out of order, and they left, leaving us with no moving, even when I am a senior with a broken foot with a senior husband handicap and told them I had to be moved on that day, because we did not have water, or fridge, or power or internet any more. These people FAILED to move my bed AFTER taking it apart. They claimed they could not because there was ONE unidentified dead bug on it (pretty much making accusations I have a pest problem - yes because I would bring pests back to my newly purchased condo lol ?) I have no way of putting it back together and was forced to sleep on my old couch all weekend and still am. I paid the *** price for the move regardless of an incomplete job, and now have to pay another set of movers to move my bed and hopefully put it back together- if they did not break it cause why else did they take it apart then decide they could not move it. The customer service rep claimed it is on the back of my contract that if they see *** bugs on furniture they will not move, when I went to inquire about this the start of the business week. Checked the contract and that is a lie. The owner also was there for the move and claimed he was calling into the "boss" to see if they can move it and he said no. HE IS *** AFTER FUR***R RESEARCH. Another lie. They also FAILED to attach the mirror to my dresser as they found it in my old apartment- another thing I do not have the knowledge or resources to do myself- something they got paid for. It has been over 24 hrs and I have not heard anything back regarding that. Just some lies.

I talked to Jacob 'bout World's Best Movers if they could move me. Jacob said they could. He said it'd cost me 120.00 an hour. He'd send 3 guys, it'd be 60.00 dollars for insurance, equipment, and fuel. With a 50.00 dollar deposit non-refundable. He then told me that the last piece off the truck is when time stop. And that anything they disassemble they had to assemble back. I communicated with Jacob at [protected] or [protected]. My furniture wasn't put back together. My bed frame ain't put together properly, my 50-inch TV was broke.

I booked a move with World's Best Movers, Inc. a few weeks ago and put down a $20 deposit. They rang me up the night before to confirm. On the day of the move, 9/4, they called me about an hour before they were supposed to show up and said they couldn't make it because their truck broke down. My move was the last one of the day before a holiday weekend. They said they'd give me my deposit back, but they didn't. I left a message asking for my refund, but no one called me back. I called again a week later and spoke to ***. He said he'd give me my refund, but it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't gotten it.

Shoulda checked the reviews before I hired these guys. Seems like everyone else had problems too! They gave me a quote to move my one bedroom apartment with just 13 pieces of furniture, only 600 square feet, and only 5 blocks away. No stairs or anything. They said it would only take 2 hours and cost $200. But then they charged me almost 7 hours on my credit card! That's impossible! When I called to complain, they said too bad, no refunds. Wish I had seen the ComplaintsBoard.com complaints before I hired these crooks.

They overcharged me by $3,000 even though I had a detailed inventory. They packed my stuff carelessly and caused over $20,000 in damage to my home.
