Instead of providing a proper fair service they decided to close our account based off CAPITAL LETTERS... Can't believe the hit and miss but to be told via live person in email communication lie after lie and still being generous as continued changing of plugins gets annoying, however I guess that is better then dealing with a company that continues to mislead, and lie to their paying customers... even their roadmap has lies. their pages are a trap with major words that will get you to purchase in and then when you call them out its game over for you, their hosting is also a joke... claims its woo commerce ready on the website however their live agents tell you its not...

Hey guys, I gotta say, I'm pretty frustrated with WPMU DEV. I recently installed WP Smushed on my website, hindish.com, and now my images aren't showing up. I'm not sure what's going on, but I could really use some help here.

I've been a customer of WPMU DEV for a while now, and I've generally been pretty happy with their services. They offer a lot of great tools and plugins that have helped me improve my website and make it more user-friendly. But this latest issue has really got me scratching my head.

I'm not sure if it's a problem with WP Smushed itself, or if there's something else going on. I've tried disabling the plugin and re-enabling it, but that doesn't seem to have done anything. I've also tried clearing my cache and cookies, but that didn't help either.

I'm really hoping someone from WPMU DEV can help me out here. I've tried reaching out to their support team, but I haven't heard back yet. I'm starting to get pretty frustrated, to be honest.

Overall, I think WPMU DEV is a good company with a lot of great products. But this latest issue has really put a damper on my experience with them. I'm hoping they can help me resolve this issue soon, so I can get back to running my website without any problems.

I gotta say, my experience with WPMU DEV was not so great. I had a run-in with this guy Ken K. and let me tell you, he was not a pleasant fella. He talked down to me like I was some kind of dummy and didn't seem to care about helping me out with my support issues. It was pretty frustrating, to say the least.

But I will say this - despite my less-than-stellar interaction with Ken, the rest of the WPMU DEV team seemed pretty solid. They were able to help me out with some of my other problems and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I was satisfied with their service. So while I can't say I'm a huge fan of Ken, I do think that WPMU DEV as a whole is worth checking out if you're in need of some WordPress support. Just maybe steer clear of Ken if you can help it.

WPMU DEV at all costs.

I heard about WPMU DEV from a friend who recommended their services for website development. However, after doing some research, I found out that they have been accused of stealing money from a company that supports a children's hospital. This is unacceptable and shows that they cannot be trusted.

I also found many reports from real people who have had negative experiences with WPMU DEV. It seems that they have a history of taking advantage of their customers and not delivering on their promises. This is not the kind of company that I want to do business with.

Overall, I would advise anyone looking for website development services to avoid WPMU DEV. There are many other companies out there that are more trustworthy and reliable. Don't risk your money and your reputation by working with a company that has a history of unethical behavior.

Listen up, folks. I gotta tell ya, this company, WPMU DEV, ain't all sunshine and rainbows. They done gone and deleted one of my sites without so much as a heads up. And get this, it was a site I was actively workin' on! Can you believe it?

Now, I ain't no tech whiz, but I know enough to know that this is a big ol' mess. They didn't give me no reason for the deletion, and even though they say I can get the site back, I ain't gonna have the latest code status. That's just plain ol' not cool, man.

I mean, seriously, these guys are supposed to be professionals, but they're actin' like a bunch of amateurs. It's a potential catastrophy for anyone hostin' with 'em. I wouldn't trust 'em with my site if you paid me.

I recently tried out WPMU DEV for their services, and I have to say, I was not impressed. Firstly, I was not notified when my trial period was ending, which was quite frustrating. The plugins and services they offer are subpar, and I found that most of them had script conflicts with my existing basic setup. The nag screens were also a constant annoyance. I felt like I was being locked in, and it was not a pleasant experience.

Overall, I would advise anyone to stay away from WPMU DEV. In fact, I would say run away from them. Their lack of communication and poor services are not worth the hassle.

This company is not very good when it comes to customer service. I run two small websites as a volunteer and we don't have any staff. I would advise against signing up for their "free" trial.

It ended up costing me $350 because this company didn't send out any notifications that the free trial was ending. I didn't even use their products, I just checked them out. You need to have paid staff who will read all the fine print or mark your calendar.

The worst part is how customer support responds. They "gave" me an extra six months for free, but I wasn't even using their product. Giving me more of nothing was a low blow. Customer support even said that my credit score might be lowered if I pursue a fraud complaint with my credit card company.

These people are not very nice. They are very risky and unpleasant.

I don't have any proof of purchase, but I do have the monthly withdrawal information on my credit card statements. I'll try to attach a picture of one of them if I can edit this after submitting.
