Nitrado - Extremely disappointed with nitrado’s customer service
I’ve been a loyal customer of Nitrado for nearly two years, spending over $2,000 monthly to host a large gaming community. Recently, my servers were abruptly terminated without proper explanation or evidence of any violations. Despite reaching out to their support team multiple times, I received vague responses and no opportunity to appeal or rectify the...
Read full review of Nitrado and 2 commentsHorrible Customer Service and Server
I was paying for a monthly subscription for Ark Survival Ascended. The server was regularly difficult to manage, and had some of the worst UI interface mechanics I have EVER experienced. The server experience was enough to make my friends dislike the entire Ark game, and only 2 people even tried to stick with the server.
On top of that, I attempted to cancel the automatic extension of my server, and several hours after I had cancelled, I got charged for the server anyway. They are refusing to give me a refund, stating that their Terms of Service do not allow for refunds of automatics extensions. Even if the Automatic Extension was cancelled, they will not refund a false charge. I have spent the last 5 days arguing with their customer service who refuses to give me a refund, so now I'm now going through my credit card company to dispute the charge because they are so horrible with their customer service.
Recommendation: Don't EVER purchase a server from Nitrado.
One big disappointment
POSITIVES:
-
NEGATIVES:
-Absolutely everything
-Price is higher than most competitors
-Servers quality is less than satisfying
-Support is a poor excuse of a customer service, I'm getting treated better by a goddamn underpaid Tesco employees
-They have to opt for getting a monopoly on servers in certain games cause they damn well know barely anyone who isn't clinically insane wants to touch their servers when they have a choice. So like a scummy tyrants they're taking the choice away from people.
Bunch of incompetent scummy jackoffs. Got monopoly on ARK servers and can't keep official ones up for longer than 30mins. I'll never host any gameserver with them ever again. Even GPORTAL is less of a pain to deal with and it's cheaper. If anyone is looking for a server hosting I'd suggest to go with ANY competitor. I refuse to believe that anyone, including random company ran from a basement by a student with only one server avialable would be less competent than Nitrado.
Recommendation: You'd be better off asking a 1st year IT student to host a server for you than trusting Nitrado.
Nitrado's Servers: Unreliable and Vulnerable - My Frustrating Experience
When it comes to gaming servers, a reliable and secure connection is vital to maintaining quality gameplay. Unfortunately, my experience with Nitrado has proven to be less than satisfactory. In fact, I would go as far as to say that their servers are so vulnerable that they can be taken down by someone with absolutely no technical skill - it's that bad.
Despite being a loyal Nitrado customer with multiple servers in use, I have found that all of them are frequently targeted by DDoS attacks. This means that my servers are being shut down and rolled back constantly, resulting in corrupted save files and a frustrating gameplay experience for my cluster of 1800 people. What's even more disappointing than the unreliable servers is the terrible customer support that comes along with them.
For the last nine days, I have been trying to ask for help to resolve these issues, yet my customer support tickets have been completely ignored. To add to the aggravation, I have been told that absolutely nothing can be done to prevent these attacks from occurring, which is unacceptable considering the amount of money myself and others have spent on these servers.
In the end, Nitrado's poor security measures and lack of concern for their customers has forced me to make the difficult decision to never use their services again. It's a shame that a company which values profit over the satisfaction of their clients now has to be avoided at all costs.
Unprofessional and Disappointing: My Experience with Nitrado Gaming Server Provider
I had a disappointing experience with Nitrado, the gaming server provider. I rented a 7d2d gaming server and encountered technical difficulties from the moment I logged on. The server rebooted continuously, leaving me unable to play the game. I reached out to their support team, and they switched me to different servers multiple times and tried various methods to fix the issue. However, it took them about 10 days to resolve it, which was quite frustrating.
Just when I thought everything was finally sorted, I logged on one Thursday, and the connection was lost, and the server started rebooting again. I contacted their support team but was informed that my complaint had been escalated to a higher level of support. Sadly, since January 27th, I have received no communication from them, despite submitting tickets. Their lack of communication and support was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
Although they offered me extensions for my problems, it was useless since I couldn't log on to use them. I must say that this experience was a complete waste of time and resources for me. After trying to get help from their support team to no avail, I finally asked for a refund. Thankfully, they processed the refund relatively quickly, and I got most of my money back after just a few days.
It's a shame that Nitrado's support has degraded so much, as I was previously very satisfied with their service. I wouldn't recommend Nitrado to anyone who requires reliable and efficient support for their gaming needs.
Unprofessional and unhelpful Nitrado support staff: A cautionary tale for server rental customers
I recently encountered some significant issues with my small server, which resulted in my clients disconnecting for extended periods of time. In an effort to rectify this situation, I turned to Nitrado by raising a support ticket. I did receive two replies that asked for additional information, such as crash logs and timings, which I promptly provided.
However, to my dismay, my support ticket was mysteriously removed from my support interface, even though the interface still warned me that I had open tickets. Despite not having received any response to my initial ticket for two whole days, I decided to put in another ticket to enquire why I hadn't received a response to my initial inquiry, only to find that this ticket, too, disappeared without a response.
As someone who works with servers at an infrastructure level, I understand that hardware failure is sometimes inevitable. This, in itself, isn't the issue here as other factors may produce better results that improve performance. Nevertheless, this review focuses on the unprofessional and discourteous behavior of Nitrado support staff, which has been entirely unhelpful in dealing with the issue at hand. My experience shows that this service is not to be relied upon and customers may need to think twice before renting services from this company.
Review: My Experience with Nitrado's Xbox Game Server for DayZ
As a dedicated gamer, I recently gave Nitrado a try by purchasing an Xbox game server for DayZ with 10 slots for a month. To my delight, the players were always active and the experience was smooth. Encouraged by my positive experience, I decided to try a server with more slots - this time, a 32-slot server in London for three months. While the game was more fluent than before, it soon started getting repetitive.
After requesting an upgrade to the RAM, I was told by Nitrado that it was not possible, which confused me since Minecraft servers on PC and PS4 could have variable RAM. However, after repeated insistence, they changed my machine to a new IP address still based in London, which raised the maximum RAM from 4GB to 5.1GB and provided us with an unparalleled gaming experience.
Despite this, there were still issues with the service - my base memory machine was based in Germany, while my database was still in London, causing a lack of stability and making my previously paid service for 3 months useless. Despite my persistent requests, the machine location remained unchanged.
As a new year starts, I'm hoping to hear back from Nitrado and finally obtain a solution that allows me to enjoy my chosen location with minimal issues. Overall, while the performance of Nitrado's servers could be improved, their customer service team was quick to address my concerns and I'm hopeful about their willingness to take action to improve the quality of their service for their clients.
Decline in Nitrado's Server Rental Performance: Disappointing Support & Service
I have been using Nitrado as my server rental provider since 2018, but unfortunately, I have recently experienced a decline in performance. The WebGUI has become slow, and server reboots have become inexplicably frequent. The time it takes to restart my server has increased to 40-60 minutes, and players are being kicked off during gameplay. Moreover, the reload log button on the WebGUI often doesn't work as it should.
Upon logging a ticket to address the issue, the response I received was disheartening. Nitrado simply stated that the game being used was buggy, and there was nothing they could do about it. It seems that taking my money and providing inadequate support is all that matters. The response was so unhelpful that I was left to find a solution myself, either online or through wiping my server entirely.
As a customer who has been with Nitrado for over two years, I have become increasingly fed up with their lack of reliable support. In the past, they have always replied to my inquiries within 24-48 hours, but unfortunately, their replies are often as useless as an elephant in a porcelain shop.
Currently, my server is experiencing another mysterious issue where it is stuck in a restart loop, causing me to have to constantly restart it manually. This process is not only time-consuming but also incredibly frustrating. It feels as though I am paying to watch paint dry while waiting for a few happy minutes of functional gameplay.
Overall, as a formerly happy customer, I am extremely disappointed in Nitrado's poor service and support. I sincerely hope that they will take this feedback seriously and work to improve their services.
Nitrado Server Review: Unreliable, Frustrating, and Subpar RAM
As someone who has hosted 49 servers in the past year, I have used a ton of providers for a variety of games just so my viewers could play on them. Out of all the providers I have used, Nitrado has been by far the worst. Despite using them for 4 different titles (ARK, Empyrion, Minecraft, and a modded Minecraft pre-pack), I have had countless issues with their service that have forced me to take matters into my own hands.
In fact, my experience with Nitrado was so bad that I started using my streaming computer to host servers and even set up a VM to do it myself. This was a big move, considering I used to host servers with providers exclusively. Here are a few examples of specific incidents that left me extremely disappointed with Nitrado:
Firstly, default game settings such as the server name would not save and would be overwritten upon startup. Even after using FTP to manually change files, the settings still could not be saved. This was a particularly frustrating issue when it came to hosting ARK, which I had hosted numerous times before.
Secondly, Nitrado had no option to update the Empyrion server when it was required. In fact, it took them a whopping 3 weeks to update it themselves. What's worse is that they have a policy in place where they decide when updates can be made. If you try to do it yourself via FTP, they detect that the game isn't up to date and roll it back on startup.
Lastly, their RAM is subpar. When using their service to host my Empyrion server, the same machine I streamed and played on used around 2GB of RAM. However, when I tried hosting that exact same server on Nitrado's machines, it used over 4GB of RAM and was incredibly laggy. This resulted in constant disconnections for players, making the whole experience extremely frustrating.
To give some context, I am currently hosting 4 servers, streaming at 720p/60fps, and playing games all on the same machine that cost me under a grand. Despite all of this going on, there is 5 times more stability on each server than there ever was on Nitrado.
In summary, my experience with Nitrado was so bad that I decided to take matters into my own hands and start hosting my own servers. If you are looking for a reliable provider to host your servers on, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
Nitrado Atlas Server Review: Limited Exploration & Hidden Costs
I recently purchased an Atlas server from Nitrado for me and my friends to play on and unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. The main issue we encountered was that the server only allows for one grid on Atlas, which means that players are unable to fully experience the game's exploration aspect without purchasing additional expansion servers. This can be pretty costly, with each server costing $14 per month. I found this to be a bit of a scam, especially as it was not made clear to me before making the purchase.
If you do choose to purchase an expansion server, you'll still be limited to just two grids, which can be frustrating if you're looking to explore the entire Atlas map. One workaround we found was to switch one of the servers to an adjacent grid, restart the server (which unfortunately kicked everyone out), and then start our journey to the next sector. If this sounds overly complicated, that's because it is, and I wish there had been more helpful advice provided upfront.
Another issue we faced was that the maps didn't work properly on the server, and there were several other glitches that we encountered. For example, if we tried loading the large map in the server map area, the game would time out before loading. This meant that any map larger than 1x1 wouldn't even load, which was a real letdown.
However, I will say that the server itself wasn't all bad. It did work halfway decently when running on a 1x1 map and there weren't any issues with its abilities as a server. Ultimately though, if exploration and traveling to different grids is what you're looking for, then I would stay away from Nitrado as it currently stands. Of course, this review is based on my experiences with the Xbox version of the game, so your mileage may vary.
Nitrado Review: Weak Support & Lack of Options for Basic Server Modification
After a frustrating experience with Nitrado, I would not recommend them as a hosting provider. As a server owner, I require a strong fair play foundation for my players. I requested that "-sv_pure" be added to my server's command line, a basic and essential setting to prevent modified materials from being used. However, Nitrado did not provide an option for me to edit the command line myself, and after waiting over four weeks for a response to my support ticket, they informed me that adding "-sv_pure 1" was not possible. This lack of support and unwillingness to make a basic modification is unacceptable for a game hosting provider.
As someone who runs multiple game servers, I was especially frustrated by the process of transferring my server to Nitrado and the resulting IP change. This caused even more wasted time and frustrations for me and my players. I reached out to the CEO, Marco Balle, but received no response, which suggests a lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, I believe that Nitrado is an incompetent game host. I would strongly advise against using their services and making the same mistake that I did.
Poor Customer Support Experience with Nitrado Game Servers: My 1-Star Review
To be fair, I have been a loyal customer of Nitrado for the past 3.5 years and have not encountered any performance issues with their game servers until recently. Unfortunately, my experience with Nitrado's customer support left me feeling stressed and anxious.
On December 17th, 2019, I reached out to Nitrado's customer support because I was having trouble connecting to my server. I was informed that my Left 4 Dead game on the host server was not patched to the latest version, which prevented my member-players from connecting. This seemed like a simple fix, but it took many weeks for the issue to be resolved.
Despite my repeated attempts to get updates from Nitrado's customer support, I received no feedback. I even tried reinstalling the L4D game myself on January 9th and discovered that it had the latest patch applied. It was frustrating to realize that Nitrado's tech support could have easily fixed the issue and notified me, but failed to do so.
I eventually managed to get my modded server running again, but only through my own efforts. I had to rebuild my server with its many addons and re-upload 13.5Gb of custom maps - a lot of extra work that could have been avoided with better support from Nitrado.
Overall, my experience with Nitrado's tech support was extremely poor, causing me prolonged stress and anxiety. Despite their game servers being great when they perform well, their customer support only deserves a 1-star rating from me. If Nitrado is reading this, they can find my complaint emails under ticket reference [protected].
Nitrado Review: Disappointing Customer Service, Technical Issues, and False Promises
My experience with Nitrado has been a complete disappointment. My server went offline almost every day without any reason provided in the logs or from customer service. Not only that, the settings on the server could not be applied, even after trying their suggested methods, and when they tried to do it for me, they failed twice. On my private server, the settings were updated without any issue and did not require a new game save as Nitrado claimed was needed each time.
To make matters worse, the server ran very sluggishly and had some interesting lag issues, which they tried to blame on running on the wrong equipment. However, when they claimed to have moved it to proper equipment, I could not find any difference. Additionally, the ram displayed on the server booting up was around 650 mbs, when I paid for 2 gbs. When I raised this issue with customer service, I received no response.
When I contacted customer service to resolve these problems and requested a refund, they were completely unhelpful and dishonest. The forums removed complaints of problems, marking them resolved, even though the servers continued to have issues. They made promises of a full refund, but then turned around and told me it was a credit for me to use with them for another service.
Moreover, when I called their phone number multiple times, I never received an answer. The representative I spoke to even claimed that Empyrion's EAH program was a third-party program, even though it is released by the game's developer and comes with the game.
Overall, Nitrado's lack of honesty, customer service, and technical ability has severely impacted my experience. They could never explain the server shut down occurrences, the issues with the server settings, the lack of available ram, and the lag issues. My issues with this company are numerous, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Nitrado Hosting Review: Poor Performance, Bad Customer Service, and Unenjoyable Gameplay
When it comes to online gaming and server hosting, there are a plethora of options available in the market. However, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Nitrado (nitrado.net) to any gamers out there.
There were several issues that I faced while using their service, including frequent crashes and lagging. This made the overall experience very frustrating and unenjoyable. In addition to this, their customer service was less than satisfactory - I found myself having to deal with quite a few technical glitches and losing data on several occasions.
Moreover, the games did not seem to work properly as promised. The rendering was awful and resulted in very poor graphics and gameplay. There were also issues with the fps which was consistently poor, stuttering at times and stopping for brief intervals, making it nearly impossible to enjoy or compete in game.
Furthermore, the actual gameplay was an absolute disaster, to say the least. The gameplay was slow and quite unresponsive, leading to unpleasant experiences while playing. It was frustrating and failed to meet my expectations as a gamer.
The overall experience with Nitrado was terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone. However, I would strongly advise potential customers to do their research thoroughly and find a better service that offers better compatibility and performance. This way, you won't end up getting frustrated and upset - like I did! Invest in a service that meets all your requirements and provides you with a smooth, enjoyable gaming experience.
Nitrado's Customer Service is Exceptional, but Response Times Could Improve
When I first visited Nitrado's website, I immediately sensed positivity as their customer service was helpful, kind and to the point. They were quick to assist me and I was left feeling assured that I had made the right choice with this server service. With a passion for exploring the world of Ark, I am eagerly looking forward to starting my next adventure and I have no doubt that Nitrado will provide me with a quality experience.
I have previously used their service for Conan and had a great experience, so I am fully confident that my time with Nitrado will bring the same level of satisfaction. However, I did experience a slight setback – I was informed that it would take 10 business days to rectify a problem with my server. As someone who was eagerly looking forward to getting started, this was disappointing and frustrating for me. Ultimately, I decided that I didn't want to wait that long and chose to cancel my ticket. Despite this frustration, I must say that Nitrado's customer service is exceptional.
I believe that Nitrado is a great service, but I would recommend that they take a closer look at their response times to ensure that customers are not left waiting for too long. While Nitrado has a lot of potential, I chose to settle for an established server due to the length of time taken to fix my unknown problem. Overall, I would say that Nitrado has a lot to offer and they have a strong commitment to excellence, but I would advise potential customers to consider the potential time frame for problem resolution.

Nitrado Server Hosting Review: Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased a year of service from Nitrado, a well-known provider of server hosting solutions. However, my experience has been quite disappointing, to say the least. Despite investing a significant amount of money, I encountered several issues that made my user experience less than ideal.
Firstly, when I encountered a problem with the table database, I was baffled by the unhelpful responses I received. Their customer service team kept sending me links to irrelevant information rather than addressing my specific concerns. When I eventually managed to inform them about precisely what I needed them to do, they stopped responding to me and refused to take any action to fix the problem. It was frustrating to feel ignored after spending $340 on a year-long server.
Moreover, I found the control panel to be terrible and lacking in options. It was challenging to navigate and unsatisfactory to work with, so it felt like I was wasting my time and energy trying to make it work. In my opinion, this makes Nitrado one of the worst server hosts I've ever encountered.
To make matters worse, they even blocked my account, claiming that they hadn't found any inactive user with the email address I provided. This left me feeling disheartened and frustrated, especially after all my efforts to get the problem resolved.
In conclusion, my experience with Nitrado has been decidedly negative. While I had hoped that their server hosting solutions would be worth the cost, I cannot recommend them based on my personal experience.
Nitrado.net Review: Lag, Crashes, and Poor Customer Support - Not Worth the Investment
.
After delving into several online reviews for Nitrado.net, as well as personally experiencing their service, I have to say that my judgment is ultimately negative. While hopeful at first, my opinion of their service degraded quickly as I tried two different games; 7 Days to Die and Terraria.
Initially, 7 Days to Die was running decently enough, until it encountered significant lag, freezing up, and ultimately crashing. Given this experience, we decided to try a game that was less hardware-demanding, which led us to Terraria. Unfortunately, we were unable to even launch the server we had already paid for, due to Nitrado's inability to properly update their software.
Perhaps more frustrating than the technical issues was the poor quality of customer service I received. Rather than aim to quickly and effectively solve my server issues, all they did was reinstall the game and hoped for the best, telling me to contact them again if it didn't work. To add insult to injury, despite being out of pocket for the money I spent on the server, it seemed as though I may never be able to even use the service properly.
In conclusion, it seems that Nitrado.net is not the most reliable choice when it comes to game servers. Based on my personal experience and other reviews, I cannot recommend their service to others. While the concept of their service may be appealing to some, ultimately the issues with lag and ineffective customer support only lead to a disappointing and frustrating experience.
Cautionary Tale: Donating to Friends on Nitrado Could Be Unsafe and Scamming
I recently had an experience with Nitrado that has left me less than impressed. While browsing their website, I noticed that they offer an option to donate to friends in order to keep their servers online. Unfortunately, I found this feature to be unsafe and potentially scamming.
But that's not all. The real kicker was the complete lack of service that Nitrado provided me with. After making a donation to a friend's server and saving my Paypal credentials to my Nitrado account, I noticed that my friend was able to make a Paypal payment using my account just a few minutes later. This lead to a lot of back-and-forth with Paypal and Nitrado, but neither company was willing to admit fault.
Ultimately, I gave up on the situation and took a loss. It was frustrating and disappointing, to say the least. As a result, I would caution others to be wary of Nitrado and their services. It's important to research thoroughly and proceed with caution before committing to any online transactions.
Unsatisfactory Experience with Nitrado Server Hosting: Poor Customer Service and Missing Custom Settings
When I decided to rent a server from Nitrado (nitrado.net), I was excited to be able to play games with my friends. Unfortunately, my experience with Nitrado was less than satisfying. The custom settings that we needed to enhance our gaming experience were missing and we were unable to add the commands that we needed.
We also found that none of the official commands were working through the server, causing frustration and disappointment. Seeking assistance from their customer support was a less-than-pleasant experience - I received a lengthy, condescending reply stating that support was not for these types of issues, and that I should check their forum.
Posting my issue on the forum did not yield any solutions. In fact, my post was deleted because it had supposedly been previously answered in a post from June 2020, but that post did not have a solution that worked for me.
While Nitrado may offer stable servers, they offer poor customer service. I did eventually find a competitor that was more user-friendly and didn't require me to jump through the same hoops for basic functionality. Additionally, it's important to note that the no-refund policy adds an additional level of risk if you're considering using this service. Make sure to choose wisely before committing to Nitrado.
Mixed reviews on Nitrado's web hosting service for gamers: delayed response, constant map downtime, lack of transparency and empathy
Nitrado, a web hosting service that caters to gamers, has received mixed reviews from users across multiple platforms. One user reported that it took up to two days for their support team to respond to tickets, and even then, they had to follow up multiple times to receive any kind of help. They also noted that three out of the eight maps they paid for were constantly down, which they found frustrating and unfair. Specifically, their Crystal Isles and Island maps were affected. This means that they were paying for a service that was not being delivered as promised, resulting in wasted time and money.
The user expressed their disappointment in Nitrado's lack of transparency and accountability in the situation. They felt like they were being ignored by the company, with no real information or updates on what was being done to address the issue. This lack of empathy was concerning for them, especially since they were paying for a service that was not being provided at the level they expected.
Unfortunately, this problem has been going on for almost two months, and it seems like Nitrado has not made any significant efforts to fix it. This raises questions about their commitment to customer satisfaction and raises doubts about the quality of their service and reliability of their platform. Additionally, the review stated that Nitrado does not seem to show much urgency in responding to requests or fixing issues, which only adds to the frustration experienced by users.
In conclusion, Nitrado's reputation seems to be falling short of what users expect from a web hosting service. From delayed support ticket responses to maps that are constantly down, it appears that their users' experiences have not been positive. This raises concerns about the company's ability to provide reliable and satisfactory web hosting services, causing many users to reconsider their decision to continue using Nitrado.
Mixed Experience Hosting Minecraft Bedrock with Nitrado: A Review
Nitrado is a web hosting company that specializes in providing server hosting solutions for several games, including Minecraft Bedrock. A user recently had a mixed experience with Nitrado when hosting their Minecraft server.
According to the user, they had a seamless experience hosting their Minecraft Bedrock server through Nitrado for a period of six days. They were enjoying the game with their friends until they logged in one day to find that their world had been completely wiped.
After waiting for about an hour and a half on customer support, the user was finally able to report the issue to a support agent. The support agent was quick to offer a solution, and suggested that the user could restore their world from the most recent backup point.
As part of a potential long-term solution, the support agent also offered to issue new hardware that would change the user's IP and port number. This would be done to prevent further issues from arising in the future.
While the hardware was being changed, something unfortunate happened. The restore and backup points that the user had relied on were deleted. This was a major setback as the user and their friends had invested a total of approximately 100 hours of gameplay in the server.
Despite the unfortunate turn of events, the support team was unable to offer a viable solution, informing the user that nothing could be done to fix the lost world.
The client understandably made the decision to obtain a full refund for the 30-day period they had paid for, and opted to look for other alternatives to host their next server. It is important to note that the user couldn't pinpoint anything they did to corrupt the server, which led them to conclude that it was solely the server provider's fault.
In conclusion, while Nitrado may offer reliable server hosting solutions for Minecraft Bedrock, there is a possibility of losing data due to unforeseen events such as hardware failures or data corruption. It is essential to have a solid backup and restore plan in place in case things go wrong. Furthermore, customers should be assured that they can rely on their hosting provider to provide a solution when things do not go as planned.
Nitrado.net Review: Unreliable Hosting Services & Poor Customer Support
Nitrado.net has been an unfortunate disappointment for those seeking reliable gaming server hosting services. Despite avail of their ARK server, 7 days to die server, multiple issues and errors have arisen. Our gaming experience on 7 days to die server was terminated due to the server being unable to replace, corrupted and ultimately wiped out. Eager to give Nitrado.net the benefit of the doubt, we switched to ARK but were again cursed with corrupted servers which ultimately resulted in wiping of game data.
To make matters worse, Nitrado.net has failed to deliver satisfactory customer service support. Recently, our server, that we have been using for merely two weeks, was corrupted yet again. We reached out to their customer service for assistance and were met with an agent who was unhelpful and not well-versed in their job. Additionally, customers have to go through the agony of waiting excessively long periods for a response.
It has been extremely frustrating to engage with this company. They seem to be struggling with providing a functional service and adequate customer support. Extremely unsatisfied with their service and quality of their customer service, we will choose not to engage with Nitrado.net in the future. In the interest of other prospective customers, we strongly advise against using their service.
Unsatisfactory Experience with Nitrado's Budget-Friendly Ark Server Hosting Services
My friend and I were in search of a budget-friendly Ark server with low slots when we stumbled upon Nitrado's website. The option of a 4-slot server for a mere 5.75 CAD caught my eye. Excited about the prospect of having our own server, I proceeded to place my order but was faced with an account creation process. Some may find this unnecessary, but I decided to create an account. However, when I tried to place the order again, the option for a 4-slot server was grayed out, and a pop-up appeared, saying that I needed to charge my account first. A little confused, I asked my friend to donate 3 CAD while I deposited an additional 5 CAD, bringing the total to 8 CAD.
After charging my account, I tried to place the order again, only to find that the minimum slot option was now 8 slots, and the price had increased to 14 CAD. Dissatisfied with this unexpected twist, I immediately contacted Nitrado's customer support to request a refund. In response, they apologized for the misunderstanding on their website and promised to escalate the issue to the right department. They asked for my patience and understanding while they sorted it out and promised to refund my money. But to my frustration, a week passed, and there was no response or refund from them.
Feeling like they had just stolen my money, I escalated the dispute to Paypal. I found the experience of dealing with Nitrado very unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend their services to anyone looking to host a gaming server.
