IndiaFilings review: Unprofessional and awful company 40

Yes Indiafilings is a waste of hard earned money and time. I am also trying to get my money's worth by trying the second time as I have paid money. Last time they wasted 3 months of mine and I gave up. Now again they have wasted over 1 month and result is the same. I will not give up this time. I want my entire package as promised. First the company.

Indiafiling is the worst company we have ever faced. They are unprofessional, irresponsible useless and fraud. In the month of December 2015 I paid the required amount to get our firm incorporated. It has been six months and we are getting nothing except stupid excuses from the irresponsible staffs of of indiafiling.
I request India filing to return my money or get the work done in coming 7 days.

Indiafiling people are fraud! I used their services for fssai registration. they claim to do it in 15 days. even after immediately providing the full documents and information, they have no idea what to do. for more than 27 days, there hasn't been contact with them. they only called to get payment and do not complete the work. they also disconnect the call when we are trying to talk to them and ask them about it to avoid the issue all together. there isn't a single company which takes 15 damn minutes to put through a customer care representative who themselves is clueless. I want a full refund from indiafilings!

Totally untrustworthy and a bunch of frauds!

This is an absolute fraud company. I have given my company trademark for registration and it's been 3 months now that these fools are making me call them and mail and now I am going to lodge an official complaint, and not just will i make sure my amounts refunded but will make sure that the company is shut and they repay everyone else they have to. i am surprised what the government cyber fraud departments Doing. wake up guys. time to show them the true picture.

We purchased there service package to from LLP after understanding the process and making sure that we are fulfilling the requirements, the business executive of Indiafilings.com misguided us to sale the package of there service.
They cheated us by providing false info just to sale there package.

This company is totally Fraud company, customer service is more than worst, no response to any mails to the info@indiafilings.com or to their customer / finance team. Its has been more than a month and still chasing them to get my amount refunded, but whenever I called them, they usually makes lame excuses that you will get the refund in next 2-3 days and when try to connect to their finance team for more info they would casually say we will try to process you request maybe in next week, but that week never comes its just get post-pond to another and it goes on...

Really unprofessional & fraud company.

A set of cheaters running this company. They have taken my money but never completed my work. Also they kept some unprofessional, irresponsible rude customer Manager ladies, who doesn't have manners to behave with customer. Even after several mail they will not response to you. So friends while paying for some service take from your known sources. You can save your hard earned money.

Indiafilings has the most incapable, unskilled, and unprofessional set of employees. my experience of working with them has been really bad and I have wasted my money and time like anything with their useless team.
1. no follow-up on any action item for application filing or assistance with your regulator work. one has to constantly push them, call them, or email them. still they will fail to deliver. actions stay pending forever.
2. their sales team will chase you to sign up with them by showing rosy pictures and their operations team is completely opposite with no experience or knowledge on handling their specific area/segment. either they will not work or keep sending you irrelevant information.
3. managers and supervisors are equally pathetic where they are unable to follow up with their team on required actions. as a result of which a customer has to wait endlessly and no work will be done.

One is better off to do the work themselves rather than wasting time and money with indiafilings.

I am finding it difficult to at least get my DSC back. even I will have to pay the penalty for late filing now as they have not filed but taken INR 19899 from me.
Stay away from fraud company.

India Filings is a cheater company. They are not even responding to the Emails. They promise to complete before we pay, After that they never respond.

Indiafiling is total a big fraud company. they do lot of fake promises. for proprietorship registration they took rs. 2899/- and below are the fake promises done by their executive called "dinesh rammohan". 1) proprietorship registration certificate attested by msme officials. 2) tan registration 3) msme udhog adhar 4) icfo compliance tracking 5) ledger software.
What the [censored] facts they given is:
1) there is no certificate at all for proprietorship 2) tan registration is rs. 65/- only. 3) msme udhog adhar is free of cost and it can be done by anyone free online. 4) icfo compliance tracking just a [censored] google info on what is gst and other basic details. 5) ledger software is just a [censored] type of data entry just like excel with bills record. nothing more just cheated by [censored] gaint. I took advice from my lawyer and I will take necessary steps. don't ever get into these type of fraud company.

sss it was very... worst company.The working people doesn't respond properly.They do SEO ...& put positive review from that side. Plz consider & believe negative feedback review only bcoz it was true Otherwise fake.Highly mention one bad person THE "HR Girl" she behave like a very worst ...

before making payment they will call 100 times, once payment is done we are very difficult to reach them. they are mentioned additional benefits to the customers but not providing ... example : Accounting ledger software they included it in services but not providing... no response... And forcing & imposing unnecessary services to customers.

i took gst service from india filing it is the worst service i faced, they associate didn't file my gst for 8 months and they didn't informed me about that and now i have pay late fee for not filing gst for 8 months the manager vivek nathan he is worst resource he doesn't know how to behave with the client. more over they not accepting there fault and try to push on us only. please dont take any service from indiafilings

They are thieves, fraud. Will keep your money and never provide refund. Once they get the money you wont hear from them. They will stop responding and give you threats ! Placed an order of over Rs.60000/- and they screwed up whole work and not talking [censored] and not ready to offer any refund!

Don't choose India filling for any services

I have Opted for Company name and paid the ammount on November 2nd and they promised that they will complete it in 15 day's . It now 1 month over and one following up.when calling the representative, he never picks and call in return.

I am an existing customer and highly disappointed with this.

We have some work and pending since last 10 days.
Kindly confirm if you can do the work or not? otherwise refund my payment and ask CA to resign. Kindly do the needful on priority.

They are a bunch of frauds trying to loot money from customers. I had purchased Ledgers accounting software premium license from Indiafilings on 24th July. The sales guy had promised to give me GST invoice, ICICI current account with zero minimum balance but the person stopped answering to my chats and calls from the day I made the payment. After almost 1 week I had send a mail to the company to activate my software account but it was also not answered. After 2 - 3 days I got a call from the Ledgers software support team and they activated my account. The support team was assisting me to set up the account for the first few weeks, still the ICICI account opening formalities were not done even after multiple follow ups.
After using the platform for few weeks I identified few issues and reported to the team for resolving the same and to my surprise the support team also stopped responding to my chats and calls after this. They had not met any of the promises made while selling the product and even the product was not useful. Considering this facts I had written a review in the Google play store and after which I got a call from someone form the company addressed himself as senior manager. Even though I explained all my issues to him, he disconnected the call in between and they had changed my subscription to free and restricted access to many pages in the software.
Now I am not able to use the software even after paying them. These are a group of frauds and I no longer wants to associate with unprofessional team like this and demand for my money back

Very Worst Customer Care Service. They took 70 Days for opening a Private Limited Company registration. till not completed.

Always Money minded. If you jump into their trap, they will force you to buy all plans / sales whatever they are selling. Don't fall in their trap.

Very poor service and response it is almost 1 year my pvt ltd work has not been done. Never choose such service provider
