We must band together to STOP the unlawful and unethical conduct @ Wyndham and abroad. File your complaint in civil court. Demand a jury trial. The Wyntergrity hotline feeds the complaints back to the wolves, which in turn guard the henhouse!

Unfortunately, the abuse and retaliation against employees is found in many areas of Wyndham Vacation Ownership, include HR. This makes it difficult bring internal claims. Examples. Employee in training applied to a posting internally without manager knowing and within 3 months performance fell to the point he had to leave or get fired. Employee in HR went against a program reporting norm because of personal ethics and performance report one month later displayed poor performance when previous 5 years performance was exceptional. Employee was put into a job with skill requirements they did not have to "save her job" and put the employee on a performance improvement plan because did not perform the job well - and did not provide training to learn the skills.

I worked for wyndham in Atlantic City, I was directly responsible for making the company enough money to build the Atlantic city Resort
which is two blocks from my home. While I worked there I was #1 producer, because I was not either male, young and having sex with managemant, doing drugs, nor Jewish (like the friends, room-mates,
or school pals in the (NO TALENT CLICK) given priority schedules), I was given lower earning shifts, ignored. I worked under one supervisor who was fired for drug use, who was unqualified and sexualy harrassed others and myself! I quit twice, becoming ill at least in part from this company and how it victimizes people. My husband who has been
the with company for over three years, was terminated today for lack of production! (On his part? After Years!) This makes no sense at all!
The position he held supposedly made him part of a team of two, he usually was left working alone, in horrible locations that should not exist (another management foul). My husband is Hispanic and though he goes over and beyond what his position requires, when he is paired
with another worker it is a new person or someone incompetent who should have been terminated ! Management is tyranical, rude, poorly educated, ill-informed, ego-manical, shaking to grub out a living out of positions in which they do more harm than good
to the company, empoyees, and hence the customers!

Wyndham,
I know this does not reflect your Mission Statement, please cut the
dead wood, for the sake of your firms future and the future of Atlantic City!

i was just terminated also, with no proof, and even after warning HR that another employee was trying to get me fired.
another employee asked me to do something for him, i did, he screwed me over because of gossip, i tried to file charges and couldnt. someone put a bed in my storage closet where i kept my tool cart, and told a manager who verbally warned me, never reported it tho since there was no proof i ever slept on the job, then i went to HR and told them the whole story, including the bed setup, they did nothing.
i warned HR and my supervisor i was worried he would try something else, nothing was done,
2 weeks later i get suspended for 5 days while they investigate something that was done to the other guys tool cart.
then i was terminated, their reason was he said, said! (no proof) that he was missing some tools, pictures, and had a flat tire on it.
i didnt even know where he kept the cart by the way!
so he said that happend, and said he heard from someone else that i said i got back at him, (which i never did!) then hr said that it violated their policy and i was terminated!
still with no proof of anything, and all on nothing but gossip and hearsay.
i am persuing a lawsuit, they wont get away with this, with all the evidence i have i want to have a jury trial, this favortism crap has got to stop! by the way the guy is 24 years older then me, so i also believe they have descriminated against me for my younger age.

I still work for this company because I am looking for a new job in this economy that sucks. My manager has been for the last 3 months walking around stating whom is going to be fired or let go and he knows that all the failures are because of him. He hires outside contractors for 10% cash in pocket that hack the work they perform. I have performed above and beyond, and now he is worried about me taking his position. Some people will throw everyone else under the bus so they can still have a job. Wyndham is a joke. Its a gossip filled, vile working environment. HR is the biggest joke. They don't help employees in any way. They are only there to protect the company and not the employee. And watch out when you call wyntegrity hot line they record the conversation and phone #s. And if you have a problem with a person in management, wyntegrity will let them listen to it first so they can frame you. There is no anonymity. THEY PROBE !

I have worked for Wyndham for 3 years. I initally loved the company
And was willing to do anything to move up. I made it to supervisor
And did the best I could. I have a severly mentally ill teen at home
Which sometimes caused me to be late or have to call in
To work ahead of time because my son was a harm to himself
Or others. Now let me say this. I am his step mom and I am in a
Same sex relationship. I treat him as my own and have been
With him from the beginning. I was asked by managment why I di
What I do. I asked them if they would ask the same question
If I was in a "traditonal" marriage.
I was written up on every occasion which totalled 11 in the last
Year. I have never been late for any other reason. I have won multiple
Awards during my employment and have customers and employees
That can vouch for me and my character.I was terminated unfairly
To get a personal friend of my gm promoted.
Not only did I lose much needed benefits for my family that
Put my son in a horrible position .All of the programs he was in
Were taken from him. They denied me unemployment with lies.
I am looking for work, because my son is no longer in a program
He requires full time supervision. So homeless shelter here we come?
I busted my butt for this company. I gave it 100 % to work ethically
And to make my guests experiences a wonderful one. Thanks Wyndham
For much needed compassion and for appreciating the sweat
And tears I put in overtime etc...by destroying my families
Life and discriminating against me.

I got hired at Wyndham ocean walk March 2013. I was hired and couldn't start for almost 3 months, because the person I was supposed to replace never got terminated. I was then hired on as a painter, got on with e.h. loved my position there but was having issues with property manager at the end of my hired time with e.h. I then got brought over to Wyndham side of engineering, my schedule was changed dramatically, from 7a.m. til 3:30 pm with Sun and Monday's off with e.h. to 3pm til 11:30 pm. with Wed and Thursdays off. I would go to the 2nd shift supervisor and request to be on days or have texted same days off, he stated it was never going to happen if I didn't like it I could go else where to work. I have felt with the big change in my family life for over a year now, he is still the same way. Then at the end of last year I took my last 2 days of vacation to spend with my daughter that lives out of state at xmas time, I got sick and was out of work for 3 days.I went to the hospital and did everything I was supposed to do as far as getting the proper paperwork to return back to work. I then returned my child back home( Memphis, tn) on my way back to Florida I get a phone call from my supervisor (while I'm driving) with him stating that our chief engineer said I can't return to work until I get the proper doctors release, I told him that was what I received from the hospital (halifax), he then stated again that I can't return. I then went over their heads to resort management, they said come back to work and we will take care of your missing days pays and how sorry they were for this miss communication. I then come back to work to hear from several employees that my supervisor stated for them to feel free to give me a blanket party and beat the Hell out of me and also make my job harder than it should be, because I left them hanging( got sick ) another employee told my supervisor that my wife works for a doctor in lake Mary, Florida and the doctors release not was forged. That is what started this whole ordeal with the Wyndham standards. I then had a private meeting with all supervisors in engineering, which I then found out that my chief engineer had a side bet with my supervisor that I wouldn't show up th day after xmas. This was brought to he's attention and other property Mrs.they took care of the issue for the Wyndham but not for me. Now I feel like I'm being retaliated against. Just recently I got an awesome qa reveiw, it helped a lot with the passing of their scores but still got coached on my performance, I feel as if I'm being targeted now and I am afraid of losing my position with this company. I haven't gone to integrity yet because I have seen no good out come of them or human resources.

I believe there is a lot of favoritism going on within the company.myself and a lot of others are wondering how we can gain sick time and then get punished with occurrences if the sick time is being used.along with vacation time, you have to give enough notice before it will be granted. I give a least two months or more and still get DENIED, not fair is it.it seems no matter how many good reviews a person gets, it just don't seem to out weigh the bad ever.always turns a positive into a negative.I can go on but I just don't have the time.just wanted to state that at first I thought I was going to go places with this company, not so much any more to many straws being grasped for within the Sydenham.

In Steamboat Springs, CO My sister and I were terminated this past January by the GM and the Housekeeping manager for they said that I clocked in for my sister one Friday morning because she was not in stand up that but she was at the front desk and there were 2 other employees that saw her and were able to confirm that she was there. Me and my sister were called to the HSK office that afternoon by our manager and told us: both of you are suspended because you(me) clocked in for her(my sister). She also told me that she saw me a week ago doing the same thing, I asked her when was that, she wasn't able to give me a date, I asked her why she didn't say something to me if she saw me doing something like that; she replied that they were not supposed to say anything. It took 2 weeks for them to "Investigate" and the investigation was being done by the GM and the HSK manager. Later as we were talking to HR about the issue, the GM was called in to say what she saw, she says: your times are identical so that means that you are clocking in for each other, we explained that we ride together to and from work so yes they are going to be the same! then the story was different than what we were told before, the GM says that she saw my sister clocked in for me (now it was the other way around), she said: she was here(my sister) but you were no where to be seeing. We asked her if she looked or asked about me, she said "No", then how do you know that I wasn't there and she said because I didn't see you. Even with the 2 different stories that the GM and the HSK manager were saying and didn't match, the 2 other employees that witnessed my sister being there and no other evidence but we clocking in/out times being the same, we were terminated. HR didn't actually do anything it was like when you fight in school and they put you together in a room each of you get say your part of the story, but nothing happens. The last word was by the GM. We tried to go to a trial but unfortunately for us in Colorado the employers are protected with a law that is called The AT-WILL law, which lets and employer terminate you without a reason; even without any explanation. Unless is racial there is nothing that can be done. Now The GM is trying to get rid of her assistant and she wont stop until she gets her out of there, she has told other employees that she doesn't like the way her assistant works, she has been working there long before the GM and is she is the most professional person that I have ever met, she follows company rules, she is fair to everybody, hard worker I can keep going on forever. My sister worked with company for 7 years and I was there for 4 years and we were fired in 2 weeks.. It is very Unfair!

my name is Richard hood my wife worked for your company for 12 years she was happy. she worked in house keeping at Shawnee in the Poconos a new company just took over and there are a lot of unhappy people there now. a company called master core took over did you know fern wood got rid of them as soon as they could they are not a good company and for how high you place your standards for having clean units and polite workers they will not be able to do that any more. my wife is different not happy does not smile any more and only keeps saying how things are getting worse the new company does not care they pass dirty units as cleaned. did you know that the new head of house keeping lives with your old head of house keeping her name is Kate she got them in there because she is to retire soon and her friend was loosing her job she got them in there so her friend would be able to keep working not caring what happens to the Wyndham name and there are rumors that Kate got money kick back from Master core if she can keep them in the Poconos and she did a lot of over seas traveling last summer to visit her daughter who travels for her job and that takes a lot of money and also you honored the days off cleaners had coming gave the money to master core cleaners did not get theres

Is sending obscene txt messages to my husband and pursuing him at work her managers know what she's doing and they are letting her get away with it. she still has her job she has threated to hit me with her car. I just wonder what type of place this is to work for that after a person like that behaves the way she does she still has her job I guess that is her reward for her poor behavior
