X Cover Insurance review: Travel insurance

Took travel insurance plus out with x cover through Ryanair for my holiday back on 3rd July 2023- 10th July. I was poorly for a few days whilst on holiday and I had to pay for a private doctor for having gastroenteritis 700 euros. I came home and put my claim straight in (which was 7 weeks ago). I’ve got a login account with x cover that I use with my email linked to, but they keep repeatedly sending me robot text messages back to my phone number saying they require documents that the claims team have asked from me to an email account that doesn’t exist.. This wrong email address was rectified in the beginning and the correct one was sorted out with x cover (hence why I can login and have an account). I need the claims team which obviously doesn’t read what I’ve been repeatedly sending emails asking them to request documents if needed from my email address that I login with.. (not the email address that doesn’t exist, so I’m not receiving them). I’m just banging my head against a brick wall trying to explain this to them by email because there’s no phone number to simply explain this situation too. I’m just getting robot after robot repeated messages and the same answer over and over again…It’s a simple claim that I’m making for medical expenses that I’ve paid out for and I know that I’m covered with with the insurance I took out. My correct email is [protected]@mail.com. Which I want using for all correspondence. The wrong email address which the claim team keep requesting documents from is [protected]@promotionaljudge.com. Attached below is my invoice from doctor that I paid abroad and I paid 10euros cash to make the value of 700 euros up.
