XIDAX Fantastic Customer Service and Builds

I am a pretty extreme gamer and have built my own PCs and ordered from other companies in the past. This is my second Xidax PC. I have had my first one for over a year and it has been amazing. Just finished building and ordering my second for my stepson, and Chris was above and beyond. He helped me maneuver some things that were "overkill" so that I could put the money into other aspects to really get the best setup for my budget. I already knew Xidax was the best, now it's solidified in stone.

XIDAX Ordered two PC's from Xidax and the entire experience has been great!

I ordered two PCs within two days of each other and the customer service has been nothing short of outstanding! Chris helped me get my orders in and has been keeping me updated through the process of them being built and QC tested. I ordered one on Thursday afternoon and it is preparing to ship today which is the following Monday! I have been kept up to date and sent pictures of my build through the process and I could not ask for better service from both an informational and a friendly standpoint. This is how it is done! You have made a lifelong customer out of me with your reps and your products! You cannot find a custom PC on this level at a price that is this competitive and fair from other system integrators. Thank you Xidax and Chris!

XIDAX Xidax has always come through

I just recived my new Xidax machine, to replace my old one. I have purchased to machines for myself and one for my wife. The last one I built with them lasted almost 10 years, and is still a beast, I upgraded to a new machine just because of the technology changes that have come along since I built the last one. Sold my old one to a friend who is building a VR driving machine complete with cockpit, seats, controls etc, and my old machine still has the horse power to drive that! The customer service has always been top notch, every time I have had questions or issues they were extremely responsive and ready to help. The one time I had a hardware issue (RAM that had gone bad) they not only sent me new parts immediately at no charge but they even upgraded it for me. There has been no downside to being a Xidax customer, machines are fantastic, customer service 5 stars, and a warranty unlike anything else out there. Buy with confidence these folks are great. I will be a loyal customer for as long as they are building machines.

XIDAX Xidax's Lifetime Warranty is a Scam: My Experience with Terrible Customer Service and Fraud

I bought a custom PC from Xidax about a year ago and it came with a lifetime warranty. Recently, my GPU stopped working, so I contacted Xidax to get a replacement under the warranty. They told me that I would have to pay for a new GPU upfront and then send the defective one back to them. This seemed reasonable to me, so I paid around $520 for the new GPU and they sent it out to me. I sent the old one back, but I never received my refund.

After waiting for over a month and a half, I called Xidax to ask about my refund. They told me that nobody had processed it and that they would take care of it right away. I waited another week, but still didn't receive my refund. I contacted them again, this time through their online chat, so that I could have proof of our conversation. They told me the same thing, that it would be processed that day, but I asked for an email confirmation. They said that I would receive one once it was processed.

Another week went by and I still hadn't received my refund. I was extremely angry and frustrated at this point. I had to file police reports, dispute charges with my bank, and even get an attorney involved for fraud. I would strongly advise against using Xidax for any PC needs. They are not trustworthy and their customer service is terrible.

XIDAX Xidax: A Company Worth Your Trust - A Customer's Perspective

I gotta say, I don't get why people are so quick to hate on Xidax. I mean, I get it, times are tough right now with all the craziness going on in the world. But that's no excuse to take it out on a perfectly good company. I'm just a regular customer, no affiliation or anything, but I feel like I gotta give these guys a shoutout for being so awesome. I haven't even gotten my rig yet, but they started building it the same day I ordered it, even with everything going on. That's some serious dedication right there.

I know there are gonna be delays and stuff because of the pandemic, but Xidax isn't using that as an excuse to cut corners or anything. They're still doing their jobs and doing them well. It's kinda sad to see so many negative reviews complaining about stupid stuff like missing manuals. Like, seriously? You can find all that info online in like 3 seconds. And if you're buying a prebuilt, you probably don't need a manual anyway. It's not rocket science, people.

I get that some folks might not know much about PCs and stuff, but that's no reason to trash a company that's doing their best. And some of these negative reviews are just ridiculous. "Disgusted" with Xidax? Really? What did they do, murder your family or something? It's just a PC building company, for crying out loud. And blaming them for your own mistakes, like frying your GPU? Come on, man. That's just ridiculous.

I think a lot of these negative reviews are coming from kids or people with the mental capacity of kids. It's like critical thinking is a lost art these days. People just read a few bad reviews and jump on the hate train without even thinking for themselves. But I'm glad I didn't listen to all that nonsense. I used my own brain and decided to give Xidax a chance. And I'm glad I did, because they're awesome. So if you're thinking about buying a PC from them, don't listen to all the haters. Use your own brain and make up your own mind. You won't regret it.

XIDAX Disappointing Experience with XIDAX Repair Service: Lacks Logic and Common Sense

XIDAX is a company that deals with laptops and computers. However, my experience with them was far from positive. I sent them my laptop to be repaired and after 20 days, I had not heard anything from them. I had to call them up to inquire about the status of my laptop and the update I received was not helpful in any way. The tech guy on the phone told me that the last update was on 30th of August, and that they were waiting on a quote from the manufacturer. This was quite disappointing as XIDAX is supposed to be a repair company, not a manufacturing one.

Unfortunately, things did not get better from there. When I asked the tech guy who the manufacturer was, he told me he didn't know because he didn't have access to the information on the sticker at the bottom of the laptop. I asked him if he could find out from someone else who had sent a similar laptop for repair, but his response was negative. This left me wondering where my laptop was, and if it was going to be repaired at all.

It's disappointing to learn that XIDAX, a company that deals with laptops and computers, lacks logic and common sense. I was left waiting for a manager to call me back, and I can only hope that they handle this situation with more care. It's unacceptable for a company that deals with products that people rely on daily, to have such poor communication and customer service.

In summary, my experience with XIDAX was not pleasant at all. I hope they take customer satisfaction seriously and learn to improve their processes. It's important to have a repair service that is reliable and trustworthy.

XIDAX Xidax PC: Great Build, Terrible Support - My Experience

I bought my second Xidax PC over two years ago and I gotta tell ya, it's been a real journey. Unfortunately, life with this PC has been a bit of a rollercoaster ride, and not just the fun kind of rollercoaster ride that gets your heart racing. I've had to deal with crashing and Blue Screen of Death issues while gaming, and every time I try to get in touch with Xidax support, they just seem to disappear on me. I've been submitting screenshots and running tests for the past month, but I'm starting to feel like they really don't care about my problems.

I mean, come on Xidax, where's the love? I thought you guys were supposed to have fantastic support, but all I'm seeing is a manufacturer who seems to be more interested in building new systems than fixing the ones they've sold. And let me tell you, this is not the kind of support that I want when I spend my hard-earned cash on a PC that's supposed to be the best of the best.

Now, I'm not gonna lie, when I first signed up for Xidax, I was pretty intrigued by the idea of being able to configure my own system. As a gamer, I want to have control over my processor and graphics card, sure, but the whole process of picking out every little component can get overwhelming, to say the least. I mean, do I really need to choose the type of fans and grade of thermal paste? I'm not a scientist, I'm just a regular person who wants to have a good time while gaming.

In the end, I'm kinda stuck. My Xidax PC is getting old, and it's just not functioning the way it's supposed to, and Xidax seems to be ignoring my problems. I'd love to be able to just build my own system, but honestly, I just don't have the time or the expertise. So, I'm stuck in this weird place where I'm not sure what to do next. Sure, I could buy a new PC, but it definitely won't be from Xidax. Because if there's one thing I've learned, it's that a great PC is no good if it comes with terrible support.

XIDAX Upgrade Your Gaming with Xidax: My Hassle-Free Custom Build Experience with Drew Wilcox

I am a serious gamer. When it comes to gaming, I put a lot of focus on my DPS (Drew Per Second). In the past, I've purchased gaming computers from well-known brands, but for my latest upgrade, I went to the Xidax website to build my own. Boy, was I blown away!

The website was easy to navigate and I started to configure a build. But then I encountered Drew Wilcox, the Sales Manager, who helped me out and gave me great insight into how to build the best gaming rig appropriate for my gaming habits. Drew was totally awesome. Each time I went back to the website to complete my order, I had a chat with Drew. Those conversations were simply fantastic! With the help of Drew, building a gaming computer was completely hassle-free.

I am now the proud owner of a custom-built gaming system from Xidax and I am enjoying my gaming FAR more than ever before. Let me tell you, having a gaming computer that has been custom-designed by gaming professionals is way different from getting one of those "off the shelf" so-called gaming computers available from the corner store.

If you want to upgrade your game or you need a gaming computer, then Xidax is the place to go! And if you are lucky enough to have Drew as your sales consultant, then you are in for a real treat! His expertise and friendly approach make him the go-to guy for all your gaming computer requirements! Happy gaming!

XIDAX XIDAX Review: Overheating, Wrong Parts & Incompetent Support - Don't Waste Your Money!

So I was really hoping for a good experience with XIDAX when I ordered my high-end PC. But boy was I disappointed! First off, they sent me different parts than I asked for, which was totally frustrating. And when my computer finally arrived, it was overheating like crazy. I tried to get in touch with their support team, but they were just plain incompetent and treated me like I was an idiot.

Okay, so I may not be a computer expert, but I do know when something isn't right. I told them that the fans on the radiator weren't spinning, but they didn't believe me and acted like I was just being a big dummy. But eventually I figured out how to fix it myself, because I am a genius after all! But wait, there's more...

I recommended XIDAX to my friend, because they promised all these freebies and a lifetime warranty. But sadly, he had the same issue with overheating. And his computer was even more expensive and blingy than mine! We tried to fix it, but it just wouldn't work. He had to send it back twice, and the XIDAX team treated him like dirt the whole time.

To make matters even worse, they ended up breaking his CPU by running some kind of benchmark for a thread ripper, even though he had an AMD Ryzen 7 5800x. That's just plain stupid! And then they pretended like it wasn't their fault and made him send it back for repairs. They wouldn't even refund him, even though they were the ones who screwed it up in the first place. When they finally sent it back, it still had the same issue and they claimed they had "reseated the CPU, RAM sticks, AIO, updated BIOS and software, and applied new thermal paste." Yeah, right...

I can't believe that XIDAX has been in business for 20 years and they still can't get their act together. They're like a bunch of goofy, illiterate apes that need to go back to kindergarten. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, unless you want to waste your money and have your computer melt like a snowball in hell.

XIDAX Xidax Customer Service Falls Short, Leaves Customer Waiting for Over 2 Months

I gotta tell ya, these guys at Xidax just ain't my cup of tea. I mean, I shelled out a whooping $4,000 for a fancypants workstation for my business and what did I get? Nada. Fuhgeddaboudit. I spoke to this sales rep, Austin Gomez, on the phone and he was hella friendly, like a buddy I could rely on. He said he'd keep me in the loop on the build progress so I could plan ahead if there were any hiccups. The whole conversation was great, and he even asked me for a customer service review. I gave it to him, no sweat, but then the wheels really fell off the truck. Once Austin had that sweet review in his sweaty palms, he disappeared like a fart in the wind.

Xidax promised me that the workstation would ship in 24 days, but no dice. The build status never updated, no pictures, no components assembled, nada. All I was asking was when they're actually gonna build the computer and mail it to me. But nooooooo, all they could say was "Covid will delay shipping." Like, what the heck man? I wasn't asking about carrier delays, I wanted to know when I could expect my new workstation to be built and sent off to me. They wouldn't give me any answers, no explanation, nothing. They never updated my account even though they promised to do so. I was left hanging with no computer or updates after two months of waiting. So, I had to cancel my order and kiss $4,000 goodbye.

This whole fiasco realy stuck it to me, because I needed that darned PC for my biz. If I'd known better, I would've either built it myself or gone to Etsy. Xidax's customer service team hung up on me multiple times before they finally agreed to cancel my order. They never apologized for nothing, didn't offer me any discounts, nothing at all. And just to rub salt into the wound, they never explained why they didn't build the PC even though I asked them a bunch of times. What a total let down. And to top it all off, Austin never even bothered to get on the phone with me again. He was supposed to be my, wait for it, "dedicated sales engineer." What a joke.

All in all, I got royally screwed and left feeling angry and upset. Do yourself a favor and skip Xidax altogether, there's better deals out there, trust me on this one.

XIDAX Mixed Experience with Xidax: Positive Customer Service, but Shipping Issues and Long Wait Time

So, I want to start by letting ya'll know that I got my computer from Xidax (xidax.com) and I really like it. The peeps over at customer/IT support have been cool AF too. I mean, I got some problems with the shipping and stuff, but overall, the vibe is positive.

Anyway, let me break it down for you. When I pulled out my PC for the first time, the GPU was messed up, like completely ripped outta place. It ruined both the card and the port! How crazy is that? Turns out, the puff pack they put inside to protect my new baby wasn't put in right or got messed up. Or maybe someone knocked it outta whack? Who knows, man. But yeah, I reached out to them and they said I had to send back the whole thing. That was a pain, let me tell you.

The worst part? It took another 3 weeks to get it back. Can you believe it? TWO months to get my hands on this piece of tech. Oof. When it finally arrived, the packaging was busted up, bad. The outside box was messed up, the protective gear inside was nothin' like before, and the front of the case was broken. Talk about a mess.

And then... AND THEN... they forgot to add the rest of my order in the box. I was heated, man. No power cord, no manuals, no paperwork, no Wi-Fi extender, NADA. Now, I had other computers in my crib, so I managed to fix up the new one, but damn! If I didn't have those computers, I wouldn't have been able to check if everything was working correctly or not. You know what I'm saying?

So, I reached out to their support team again about this. We'll see what happens. I gotta admit, despite all this, their company is helpful and positive. Their warranty and shipping guarantee mean they fixed everything up for me for free, but damn! I feel like I shouldn't be waiting 3 months after buying a PC that I could've assembled myself in half an hour.

That's why I say, would I recommend them to someone else? I don't know, man. I wanna say "yes," but I gotta be real with ya'll and say "absolutely not." Look, they need to make some big changes when it comes to returns and all this shipping mess. So, until they figure all that out, I would say don't mess with them.

XIDAX Avoid Xidax - A Disappointing Gaming Laptop Experience

So, I bought a laptop from Xidax a couple of years ago for my gaming needs. And boy, was that a mistake! I spent a whopping $2800 on the laptop and have been struggling with it ever since. From the moment I turned it on, it started to overheat, and the issue has persisted ever since.

Even running a game like Far Cry 4 was enough for it to overheat and shut off at a temperature of 105F. I had to send it in for repairs, and they did send it back, but the issues did not end there. I had to activate G-Sync, and they had promised me a G-Sync display integrated into the laptop. However, it turned out that they had sent me a laptop without a G-Sync display. Even though it had a G-Sync sticker stuck on it!

I brought this to their attention, but instead of replacing my laptop or even proposing a solution, they offered me a measly $700 worth of store credit. How ludicrous is that! The next time I tried playing a game, my laptop got so hot that I could barely touch the WASD keys. I had to use a temperature reader used for my bearded dragon, and it read a temperature of 134F on the laptop's surface. That's right, you heard me, 134F!

I contacted Xidax again, and they blamed it on the program I was running - which was just a bunch of regular programs, including Photoshop, Chrome, and some games! They even tried to cover it up, stating that gaming laptops were supposed to run that hot. How can they even say that with a straight face? I can't run games without my laptop overheating and crashing. It's frustrating and disappointing, to say the least.

I gave Xidax one last chance and tried playing Warzone on their laptop since I usually play on PS4. But it couldn't even stay on for a full match. It shut down on me within minutes.

I cannot stress enough how frustrating this is. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Don't fall for their gimmick of creating the best gaming PCs in the galaxy - It's just a sham. I had a CyberPower laptop that lasted me for years without any issues. Xidax's cheaper rates might attract you, but trust me, it's not worth it. I still can't believe that I'm paying off the credit card bill for two years now and have a laptop that doesn't even work!

So do yourself a favor and stay away from Xidax. They are nothing but a headache and a waste of money.

XIDAX Great Sales Experience, Shipping Issues: My XIDAX PC Review

I get where some people are coming from with their complaints about XIDAX. I mean, there were times when it seemed like their customer service employees didn't care much once I had paid up. But honestly, those experiences paled in comparison to the amazing ones I had with the actual salesmen, especially Nick and Drew.

What I really appreciated about Nick is that he didn't try to upsell me all the time. In fact, he actually recommended that I go for cheaper parts in some cases rather than paying for the more expensive ones. For instance, he told me that a 3090 would be way overkill for my needs since I was just getting into PC gaming, and a 3080 would do just fine. However, he did push for some more expensive parts since I wanted a mid-range computer that would last and could render the 4K 360 videos I take.

Despite being a tech savvy individual myself, Nick did a great job of explaining to me all the important details about each piece of hardware and offered me 2 or 3 different options to choose from. I called them several times before building my perfect machine, and ultimately, I spent $230 less than I would have if I had built it myself because they get the parts at a lower cost and added a sale discount. My main parts alone were $180 cheaper, not even counting stuff like wiring and glue.

Sure, you do have to let them install Xidax software on your computer, but I don't see that as a bad thing. I mean, who wouldn't want a free anti-virus and an annual PC checkup? Yes, it's mandatory if you want to keep your warranty, but I'm totally fine with that if it means I get a lifetime warranty on my PC.

While it's true that you have to buy parts from them to keep the warranty, I had such a great experience with XIDAX that I'm more than happy to do so. However, my troubles did start when it came to shipping. I had to wait for a couple of months for my 3080 to arrive, and they didn't communicate to me that one of the SSD drives was backordered and didn't provide any estimate for when it would arrive. They said it would only take a week, but it actually took a month before they finally offered me a similar option. The good news is that while I was waiting, I was able to get them to swap out my CPU from a 3950XT to the new 5900X, and they were even able to break even for me.

Shipping was definitely a bit of a nightmare, and they couldn't set a specific delivery time (which was a hassle since I had to work with the original arrival date), but they did say they would pay to reroute the package to my local UPS store since it required a signature. I got confirmation that it's finally in, though, so I'll finally get my monster tomorrow!

So technically, I haven't actually used it yet, but I'll be sure to update this review if anything goes wrong with the PC. (If there's no update within a week of this posting, I guess everything went right in the end.)

XIDAX XIDAX PC Review: Terrible Customer Service, Damaged Goods, and Overheating Issues

So, I recently bought a new gen rig from XIDAX after a friend recommended them to me. At first, I was excited about the purchase, but that excitement quickly faded when I realized that it took well over a month for the thing to arrive after they had told me it would only take a week. And to make matters worse, when I finally received the PC, it had arrived damaged. Someone had hit the box repeatedly on one side, and the tempered glass cover was cracked. I mean, seriously, this is why no one should use UPS. I took pictures of the box for insurance purposes, but I decided to go ahead and set up the PC because I needed to get back to working from home.

Initially, everything seemed fine when I was browsing the system, but when I fired up a game, it started to get incredibly hot, so hot that it shut itself off due to overheating after about an hour. I thought I might have set some things too high, but nope, the game's settings were on the lowest of the low by default, which was odd. Then when I tried to log in to my work program, the system began to fry and shut itself off again. I contacted customer support immediately and told them what was going on, and they told me to send it back to them. I was surprised when they told me that I would have to pay for shipping, even though the machine was under warranty. The warranty should have covered the shipping costs, and I was not happy about having to pay for it. But I sucked it up and spent about $60 sending it back to them.

Finally, after a week, they got back to me, saying that it was a motherboard issue, and so the PC was sent back to me. But then, 5 days later, the PC arrived damaged for the second time. I took more pics and contacted customer service saying that I specifically asked them not to use UPS, but they did it anyway. The guy who responded got snarky, saying that they always use UPS, and whoever told me they wouldn't use it must have been mistaken. I was not impressed.

I hooked the PC back up, and while I was still in the chat with the customer service guy, I turned it on, and everything seemed fine. However, as soon as I loaded up another game from my Steam library, an older, non-intensive game, it shut off again due to... yep, you guessed it, another overheat. I was furious at this point and asked the guy how they could have not fixed the problem. He told me they would take care of it, and that I should send the PC back to them again, but I refused to pay another $60 for shipping.

I told them that they owed me for the previous shipment and that the insurance papers clearly stated that they should have covered shipping all along. The guy responded by saying that he was pretty sure they didn't cover shipping, but he would ask his boss. Twenty minutes later, he came back and said that they would send me a voucher to print out and bring to the post office. Finally, some good news, right? Wrong. Another 5 days went by, and they contacted me to say that the problem this time was with the RAM, and they had replaced it.

When I asked how much longer it would take to get the PC back, the guy told me that I would have to send payment for shipping, or they wouldn't send it out to me. I was fed up by this point and told him that I wasn't obligated to cover shipping costs, and nor should I have to pay shipping after they sent me a damaged rig twice, even after I specifically told them not to use UPS. The guy responded by saying that their insurance policy did not cover shipping costs. But get this, the insurance papers I was holding in my hand clearly stated that they did. When I brought this to his attention, he told me it must be an error or an old version of their policy and that they no longer covered shipping costs. I had had enough at this point and asked to speak to his manager, but he refused to connect me. It was an extremely unprofessional experience, and I wouldn't recommend XIDAX to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. 0 out of 5 stars from me.

XIDAX Xidax laptop review: False advertising, poor customer service, unreliable company

I been searching for a high-performance laptop for a long time and I stumbled upon Xidax. They looked legit so I went ahead and ordered their XM-10 laptop for a little over $3333.75. I was so excited to get it that I had it rush delivered to my doorstep. Good news, I didn't face any issues with the delivery process, it was built and shipped quickly.

Before even opening the box, I checked out their website to find an XM-11 with thunderbolt and dual graphics. I wanted thunderbolt. So, I messaged a representative and asked if I could send mine back and have it configured. The rep told me that I could send it back and they would build me a NEW XM-11. Exciting! I paid over $500, adding thunderbolt and dual graphics. The rep made it clear that as soon as my XM-10 was received, the guys at Xidax could start building my XM-11. I shipped the laptop back immediately and bit that additional cost of over $50. Unfortunately, it was slated to arrive on November 30th but it arrived December 2nd due to USPS's fault.

I waited for some days, thinking my order was being built and I was eagerly waiting for it. But I didn't receive any updates from Xidax, no build photos, no updates, completely in the dark. So, I messaged a rep on December 9th and found out that the XM-10 was never accredited to my account even though it was received a week prior. He said that the person who dealt with accrediting orders was out sick, so it never happened, but he could do it then and there during our conversation. I got a bit pissed off, but the rep was nice and accommodating. He promised to expedite the whole process, and I was likely to receive it on Saturday the 12th. I was leaving the country for a few days on the 14th so I was excited that he'd be able to make that work. On top of that, he also gave me 2 game codes. The rep even gave me my tracking info so that I could stay in the loop with my order. I was satisfied with the service.

Thursday, I received an email from Xidax stating that the laptop couldn't run Windows 7, so I agreed to Windows 10 Pro. But outside of that, I didn't see any updates on the Xidax Order Tracking page, and to my amusement, I see that my order was supposed to ship on the 8th. It was the 10th, and there still were no build photos. I messaged a rep that night, but he had no answers for me. He said he would message me Friday, 9 AM Central Time. But I never heard from him. So, I messaged them AGAIN and asked the rep what's up with my order. I explained to him that I was supposed to receive the laptop on Saturday, but the guy had no idea what was going on. Finally, on Monday, I received an email that "Your order will be shipped today!" I was super pissed off. I let him know that I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Xidax. He didn't even bother answering me, and he is supposedly the Vice President of the company. Saturday, I started seeing updates on my order. I asked the same rep if he would be shipping out my laptop expedited since Xidax had messed up so many times. He didn't answer me. The laptop then shipped Monday evening, and to my surprise, it was shipped out GROUND. After all the bull$#*! I had to deal with, they shipped it out ground.

Finally, the laptop arrived on Monday, 21st, and the first thing I realized was that Xidax had FALSELY ADVERTISED. The website had a video of the XM-11 that shows a laptop with a Thunderbolt 2 port. I had ordered this laptop thinking that it would have TB2 because I have a lot of hard drives with it. However, what arrived was a laptop with TYPE-C USB/Thunderbolt 3 - XIDAX NEVER advertised it on their site. I was highly annoyed. I messaged a rep with my frustrations and suggested that they be more specific on their site so that they don't deceive other customers, but they have yet to do so. THEN I realize that I DONT HAVE THE DUAL GRAPHICS CARD. I am furious. I messaged a rep immediately to make sure and he tells me that they gave me the Desktop version of the 980 graphics card. He says that I can send it back at no cost and they will fix it and send it back. But WHY IN THE WORLD would I want to keep working with this unreliable company? I was so fed up that I just told him I wanted to return the laptop. At this point, he asks for my number and calls me. We spoke, and I told him that I wouldn't want to have a computer from an unreliable company. He didn't even really try too hard to keep me as a customer and said that he would send me the return info. The real kick in the teeth is that they refused to cover shipping. That is poor customer service. I wouldn't be returning the laptop if Xidax hadnt messed up. I bit the shipping cost again. It arrived January 4th, and I've emailed them, but I have yet to hear back. A week later, and no one answers me emails - again. I called twice and finally got a refund receipt.

Anyone looking to invest in a laptop, LOOK ELSEWHERE. This ordeal has set me back on work and personal projects. I work in the NY film industry, which is a tight-knit community, and you better believe you me, I will never recommend Xidax to anyone. Congratulations Xidax on spoiling a relationship with a customer and ruining a chance to gain many more.

XIDAX Disappointing Experience with Xidax: Costly Mistake and Warranty Woes

So, I gotta say, I'm usually the type to leave a good review, but this time I gotta let y'all know about my experience with Xidax. I was tryna get a serious laptop for school, and when I was checking out, some dude called me up to make sure I was a real buyer. I mean, come on man, I'm tryna drop some serious cash here, why you gotta question me like that? Anyway, this Xidax employee tells me I could build a desktop with similar or better stats for the same price. I was skeptical, but I figured, hey, if it's gonna save me some money, why not?

Well, let me tell you, that decision ended up costing me double what I was originally gonna spend. And to top it off, after waiting for months to get my desktop, a freakin' thunderstorm surge killed the power supply. I was like, "Yo, what the heck, man?" But apparently, "acts of God" aren't covered under the lifetime warranty. So I had to ship the computer back to Xidax, and they replaced the power supply and sent it back to me. But get this, during the return shipping, the video card and motherboard got damaged. Like, seriously? I had to ship it back again, and this time it was at my expense.

I gotta admit, I'm pretty frustrated with myself for buying into their sales pitch. It turned out to be a bit disappointing, to say the least. I mean, I dropped over $7000 on this thing, and I've spent about nine months with a nonworking computer. But hey, maybe that's just my luck. All I know is, if you're thinking about buying from Xidax, just be careful and make sure you know what you're getting into.

XIDAX XIDAX Computer Review: Lifetime Warranty? Don't Count on It

I got myself a real beast of a computer from XIDAX, and boy did I pay a pretty penny for it. But after just over a year, the CPU cooler went and cracked, spilling its guts all over the inside of my rig. I had to call in another repairman to take a look at the damage, and let me tell you, it was a real mess. Oil was dripping everywhere, and we had to work hard to dry everything out.

When we finally got the cooler out, we found a huge gap in the thermal paste, which was the cause of the overheating and the crack in the cooler. And whatever that oily liquid was that was inside the cooler, it had gone and destroyed my motherboard, and maybe even my processor. I was pretty upset, to say the least.

At first, XIDAX told me that they might have covered some of the repairs if I hadn't opened up the computer and sent it back to them all filled with liquid. But I mean, come on, more components would have been damaged by the time it got back to them. When I asked if they would cover it if the cause was the CPU cooler, they admitted that no, they wouldn't have paid for anything.

So much for their lifetime warranty, huh? I mean, they don't stand behind their product at all. If you're looking to get a computer built, I'd say find someone else to do it. Don't waste your time or your money with XIDAX.

XIDAX XIDAX PC Review: Don't Waste Your Money - Incompetent and Scamming People Left and Right

I gotta say, if you're not a complete dummy, just go ahead and buy the parts and build your own PC. I got my XIDAX PC less than half a year ago and it crashed every time I tried to open any app. I had them work on it for hours, multiple times, and it still didn't work. I sent in my GPU and they sent me back a different one that was worse than the one I had before. They told me I could upgrade, but then they said the GPU I sent in was only worth $200 when it was actually worth $799. I put in the new GPU, fresh out of the box, and my PC was still crashing. I took it to a local shop and they fixed it in just one day. They told me never to buy from XIDAX again because they don't know what they're doing and they can't set up a PC properly. I spent over $3,000 for a top-of-the-line build and it just crapped out on me. XIDAX doesn't care about their half-assed work and they're scamming people left and right.

In short, my PC stopped working after only six months, XIDAX couldn't fix it, and the local shop said not to go to XIDAX for anything because they're a bunch of incompetents.

XIDAX XIDAX Computer Review: Inconsistent Service, Unreliable Process & Poor Customer Support

XIDAX advertised that I would receive my computer in one month. I was skeptical about this timeline and decided to check in with them four times to ensure that all the parts I selected were in stock. I spoke with a sales specialist and confirmed that everything was indeed available. However, despite my efforts to confirm and keep track of my order through their tracking dashboard, I found it completely useless as it only showed that my order was placed. Every time I contacted XIDAX, I received the same response, "It really doesn't take us too long to build, it is just the queue taking too long." I patiently waited until my shipping ETA arrived - an entire month later - but there was still no progress.

I contacted XIDAX once more, and this time, a sales representative informed me that the case I selected was out of stock and that they were waiting for it. That was the last straw for me, and I immediately canceled my order. After reading other reviews, I am relieved that I did not continue with XIDAX.

I had initially wanted to give XIDAX a chance, but their poor customer service and unreliable process have left me disheartened. I want to warn others who may be considering XIDAX to be cautious and prioritize their research before trusting this company. It has been a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

XIDAX Unreliable and Unresponsive: My Disappointing Experience with XIDAX

I recently made a purchase from XIDAX, my new rig, five weeks ago. Despite knowing that there could be some delays, I feel like I have been in the dark about the status of my order. I have had to reach out to them multiple times, only to get a different story or to be told that my request can't be met.

Just a few days ago, I checked in to see how things were going with my order, as they only send updates when the rig is being assembled, tested, and shipped. I was informed that the motherboard I had ordered was out of stock. I was cool with that, as those things happen, but then I was told that it could take up to a week to get it processed. Today is the day after the one-week mark, and I reached out again. I was disappointed to learn that the SSD card is also out of stock.

We were able to resolve the issue, and I requested that they work on my rig as soon as possible, given that I have already been waiting for five weeks (they promised a delivery time of 4-6 weeks). Unfortunately, the representative told me that it could take multiple weeks from today before my rig is assembled, processed, and shipped. It's unfortunate that when you place an order with them, you have to keep checking in on them consistently to get them working on your equipment.

Overall, I sadly cannot recommend doing business with XIDAX. My experience has not been a positive one, and I think it's best to find another vendor that is more reliable.

XIDAX Beware of Shady Practices: My Experience with XIDAX

.

If you're thinking about buying from XIDAX, make sure you know what you're getting yourself into. I recently ordered a hard drive from them, but ended up going with a smaller SSD instead because I couldn't afford it. However, when I received my order, they charged me twice the price for a 6TB WD Black HDD that I didn't even want. The company seems a bit shady in their practices, and their tech support isn't the greatest either. If you have a problem, they'll want you to use 3rd party software to fix it, even if it's a free program. And good luck trying to get your free games that come with some of their hardware!

To make matters worse, they shorted me on some things that were supposed to come with my motherboard. It was just a little here and a little there, but they'll try to make as much money off you as possible. I bought a XIDAX because of their lifetime warranty, but boy did I pay a lot for it. If you buy a system from them, be prepared to pay mark-up prices on the parts they use - you might even end up paying double the retail value if you're not careful.

Overall, I've had a pretty good experience with XIDAX, but I wouldn't recommend them to someone who's not willing to put up with their shenanigans. Just make sure to do your research before making a purchase, and don't forget to double check the prices and what you're actually getting!

XIDAX XIDAX Laptop Review: Great Graphics, Terrible Customer Service

So, lemme tell you about XIDAX, (xidax.com) they sold me a laptop when I was trying to qualify for the Great American Bake Off. I needed something that could handle a lot of sweet graphics and run some games during my breaks for all the cake decorating I was doing. The laptop I got was pretty cool, it looked like the Batmobile of laptops, I was pretty pleased with it. But then, about a year after I had it, it totally went kaput on me. I was like, "Oh snap, this ain't good." So, I call up XIDAX to get it fixed, and they're like, "Yeah, it's covered under warranty!" I was like, "Yes!"

But then, things took a turn. I was dealing with some family stuff at the time, and I guess my tape came loose on the packaging, and they blamed it for the laptop's issues. They said the motherboard needed to be replaced, but wouldn't cover it under warranty because of me. I was trying to communicate my situation, you feel me? But they just kept sayin' they didn't care about my personal mess. They recycled the $3,000 laptop I had, and said it wasn't their problem.

It's been a minute since that happened, and I still can't believe it. Like seriously y'all, they should’ve given some respect you know, especially in the Customer Service game. So, if you’re thinking about going with XIDAX, you might wanna think twice.

XIDAX Terrible Experience with XIDAX: Defective, Unprofessional, and Refusing Responsibility

I recently bought a PC from XIDAX, costing me around $3500. Despite being so costly, the product arrived broken and had issues since the day of unboxing. The system was overheating and it was clearly visible on the motherboard with a bright red code. I had to send it back for repairs, and it took me a while to get it back.

However, the issue was still present even after the repair. It seemed like they didn't even bother giving it a check. I was disappointed by the unprofessionalism of the team. Even after several attempts to get it fixed, my PC still had the same problems.

It's been just six months that I've had it with me, and it's already dead. The product failed to meet my expectations, and the money I spent on it seems like a waste.

I had contacted the customer support team about the issue, and they have the audacity to ask me to pay for the repair. This is outrageous, as the product was defective to begin with, and they failed to make it right.

I had the worst experience with XIDAX, and it was my first and last time making a purchase from them. When you run a business, the first rule is to deliver quality products and take responsibility for their shortcomings. XIDAX failed to deliver on both of these fronts, and I would advise anyone against purchasing anything from them.

XIDAX Disappointing Laptop and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with XIDAX

So, okay, I've bought a coupla computers from XIDAX and I gotta say, they were pretty darn good. I mean, they're still chuggin' along strong, no problems or nothin'. But, you know, then my youngest son wanted in on the action, and we just didn't have the space for another desktop, so I figured I'd get him a laptop. And that's where things started goin' wrong.

The sales dude, I don't remember his name, but he kept messin' up the dang order. He did it twice, can you believe it? And he didn't even bother to let me know if it was bein' built or, like, how much moolah I was gonna have to fork over. I had to call 'em up and find out myself. It was a real pain in the neck.

And then, get this, the guy charged me for a 1 TB hard drive, but when I got the laptop, it only had 500 GB in it. Like, what gives, man? That ain't very honest, if you ask me. I ain't the kinda guy who likes to be ripped off, y'know?

Anyway, when the laptop finally arrived, I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed. It looked like somethin' you'd buy at Walmart, y'know? Like, the case was clearly the cheapest one they could find. And I spent fifteen hundred bucks on it, can you believe that? What a joke.

I used to sing the praises of XIDAX to anyone who'd listen, but now I don't know if I can anymore. It seems like they're startin' to cut corners and use crappy materials, and that's just not acceptable. If they keep goin' down this path, I don't think they're gonna be around for much longer. It's a real shame, 'cause I thought they were the best in the biz.

I still need one more desktop, but I think I'm gonna have to go somewhere else this time. I don't wanna take any chances with these guys anymore. Maybe they'll figure out their crap before they go downhill, but I ain't holdin' my breath.

XIDAX Disappointing Experience with XIDAX: False Promises and Poor Support

My experience with XIDAX was not a pleasant one. They put together a gaming laptop for me that worked well for a couple of years, but then I ran into some problems. The salesman who sold me the laptop lied to me and told me that I could replace the video card, which turned out to be false. I ended up having to send my computer in for repairs twice within two years, while my wife's HP computer from Walmart had not had any issues at all.

When I contacted Segar about my GPU issue, they offered to bring in a new one for me. However, their prices were exorbitantly high, and after purchasing a second computer to replace the XIDAX one, I found that it was just as faulty. While XIDAX is capable of, piecing together computers, they do not perform many other tasks such as replacing a GPU.

I would not recommend doing business with XIDAX or Segar. Whenever I had an issue with the computer, I was always jerked around. Despite the warranty I had, they were unhelpful and left me feeling very dissatisfied. To try and make things right, they sent me three cheap t-shirts that were of terrible quality and a computer mouse. The company itself can be easy to communicate with, but be warned that if you run into problems, they will not be there to help you out.

XIDAX XIDAX Computer Review: High-End Technology with Low-End Customer Service

Last year, I made a bold decision to purchase a high-end computer from XIDAX for a whopping $6,701. It was truly the latest and greatest in computer technology at the time, with dual graphics cards and a whopping 56GB of RAM. I was over the moon when I received it, but it wasn't long before I started experiencing issues.

Unfortunately, I had to send the computer back to XIDAX three times. The first time was not long after I got it, and then again a year later, and then, you guessed it, another year later. XIDAX requested that I send it back in the original boxes, which I dutifully kept. However, on the third occasion, they just chucked it in a box and taped it up with no real protection. I refused to sign for it, and they built me a brand new one instead. They claimed that it cost $4,757 to build, but when I priced out everything they were doing, it only came to $3,500. I disputed this, but they insisted what they were building was equivalent to what I had previously. I had my doubts, but I let it slide.

Unfortunately, the new computer has had its own set of problems. For one, it seems to overheat and shut down frequently, with no discernible reason. Additionally, the tempered glass shattered at some point, and yet, XIDAX has not contacted me to explain why any of these issues have occurred.

Overall, I must say that I am disappointed with XIDAX. While their products may seem top of the line, the shoddy treatment and lack of customer service has been less than ideal. I would caution anyone considering buying a computer from them to think twice and perhaps opt for a company with a better reputation for customer service.

XIDAX XIDAX Overcharges by 300%: A Warning to All PC Builders

I bought my PC from XIDAX a couple of years ago, and recently, my GPU was toast and I needed an upgrade. I called them up, hoping to get a new card with just a small markup. I wrongly assumed that as an official dealer for these parts, they would offer the parts at prices close to MSRP. You know, like how all other merchants do it. But when I started asking about the cards they had in stock, the representative offered me a Radeon 6800 for fifteen hundred bucks!

Yeah, you read that right, $1500! For a card that normally goes for $550. Even the scalpers on eBay sell them at a relatively lower price of $1100-$1200. The rep tried to justify the price hike by blaming it on covid, but let's face it, their brand has made millions off of the low demand cards since all-in-ones are the only reliable way to get the build you want during this time of shortage. Personally, I only expected a small mark up, but this was practically illegal.

Hoping it was a mistake, I asked if the rep had quoted me the price of a completed build, but no, he confirmed that $1500 was the going rate for the card. I then inquired about the price of a 3070TI and was given a quote of $1400. I mean, really, that's equally as absurd.

So yeah, do yourself a favor and don't buy from XIDAX. Don't support them. And definitely don't trust them. Any company that tries to exploit people like this doesn't deserve to succeed. And if you do decide to call them up to make an inquiry, hope you have a lot of time on your hands because you'll be waiting for at least three hours. Believe me, I know.
