I order the Yeezy 500 High in December from adidas.com. FedEx confirmed with both adidas.com and I by phone that they were never delivered. I spent countless hours of calling, being put on hold, having to call FedEx to confirm the same thing every time, promises that the refund will happen in 5-7 days, no records Or notes from each representative to have any recollection of the order. Still no shoe or refund. Poor customer service. This is theft. I feel like they stole my money. I didn't have it to spare. It was a Christmas gift. No gift or even money to buy another. Terrible.

They cancelled my order and charge dropped off my card. Then the order email wasn't letting me access order info, tracking, anything at all. Anyone who's ordered from Yeezy supply knows that's how you track your order and see if it's shipped. 9-10 days after the charge came off my credit card it just reappeared and I the item was delivered. After trying to contact YS customer service for 2 weeks, I finally got through to their email on the site and asked for a return label to ship the item back when it arrived. I got a response saying we will send you a return label. But no label was attached to the email. I replied to the email asking where the return label was and the email address doesn't allow reply emails! Usually not too bad but this is the second big issue I've had with Yeezy supply now in 4 years.

I have been trying to purchase shoes over the last 4 weeks and after waiting for an "Oppurtunity" through and random queue, after I finally get a chance they decline me on all my attempts to purchase. I have used over 7 different CCs with no luck. Contacted service after the first week and they just responded saying it's an issue on our back end but yet everyone else is still able to purchase shoes until it sells out and I'm am still getting the same errors weeks later. They don't seem to care and are now blocking me from any chance of purchasing a single shoe. I don't use bots and am just a regular buyer going through the standard means to purchase a shoe.
Customer service and returns are a NIGHTMARE. They do do not include in the shipment. An agent is not AVAILABLE day after day. When you finally reach an agent they stated the 7 day return period is over. I guess the return policy should just be no returns

I figured something was wrong when many different people online were getting their shipping info or pairs sent to them within the first week and I got nothing. I on the other hand had to wait 2 weeks to get any kind of follow up email. That follow up email was letting me know that they cancelled my order because of a stock issue! I talked to people in the YS chat during those 2 weeks and every encounter ended the same "we are a bit backed up but don't worry there is nothing wrong with your order, it is perfectly fine, expect to see something in the next couple days. When I messaged the chat today I was told "it happens". This shouldn't happen and is utterly ridiculous. I was strung along for 2 weeks saying everything is fine. These are just a pair of sneakers I can go out and buy again. If I want them i need to pay $400+ dollars re-sell. I was also told by the chat support they would email me a 30% discount and free shipping code. Have yet to receive that email. I honestly rather would have the shoe I ORDERED than a coupon for a shoe I may never get due to the way releases are ran.

My interaction and exchange with Yeezy Supply has been nothing less of awful, unprofessional, and worrisome. I first purchased my order on Nov 2 and was sent an email with only the order number no tracking number was ever formally sent to me. The email stated my order would be delivered by Nov. 5 I never received the order so I decided to email them. Once I emailed them I was given a tracking number at like 7 at night and it already said out for delivery. I had no time to request it be signed for. The next day came and the package notification changed to delivered but the shoes were never received by me. I have emailed Yeezy Supply at least 5 time and they have given me so many problems to ultimately not help me at all. To have a business that makes millions and not have any precautions set up for these particular problems is a travesty. I am now $220 dollars out of pocket with no shoes and a receipt. Such a horrible first experience with them and im a first time customer. I really wanted those shoes and were so excited to get my first pair that never came. way to let down a customer. At this moment id like to hinestky receive a refund for my purchase. ive literally cried 3 times from the stress they put me under.

I ordered a Vultures album long sleeve on February 12th that said it ships in 2-4 weeks. It is now August 23rd and I can’t get a single response from a human on what is going on. There is nobody at the company handling customer service and nobody to call to get this sorted out. Yeezy Supply falsely advertised when their product would ship and now is ignoring any emails asking for answers. For an American company, this is the worst business I’ve had the displeasure of buying from.

I am getting the run around from both shipper and seller. i placed my order and it was "delievered" midday to the front door of my home which is outside! When I call UPS they tell me to call Yeezy when I call Yeezy they tell me to call UPS. Clearly this is a scam!

Unfortunately, when the item was dropped off at UPS there a mix up with the drop off labels that had been put onto the package. The same drop off label had been used on two different packages. Due to this, I was not awarded my refund. I have been in contact with Yeezy Supply for many weeks now trying to sort out this issue. They told me that they needed to locate the package manually within the warehouse in order for me to receive my refund. On 18th March I contacted Yeezy Supply once more to try an resolve the issue. They told me that they had located the package and would award me the refund once I provided proof that the package was dropped off at UPS (I provided them with a drop-off receipt). I did this and the customer service representative told me that I would be awarded my refund within the next 3-5 days. I have yet to receive this refund. I have tried to contact them using their live customer support chat but I am unable to access it as the live chat appears to be down. The case number given to me by Yeezy Supply for this issue is: *** There are no other ways I am able to contact their customer support and thus I am contacting Complaintsboard.com in the hopes that this may get resolved. I ordered a pair of Yeezy's from YeezySupply on August 2, 2022. I have received the order, however, the shoes were too small compared to advertised and had glue stains all over them, and I am looking to return the shoes. I have emailed them multiple times at this point asking them to send a return label so I can return the shoes, but I am unable to get them to respond to me. As they are related to Adidas, I have contacted Adidas customer support and they are unable to help me out as even Adidas does not have a phone number for YeezySupply. At this point, I am just looking for a refund and a return label so I can ship the product back to YeezySupply. On August 2nd I purchased a pair of Yeezy 700 analogs from yeezy supply. I paid 284 dollars. The shoes I got are not at all what I expected and look different from the pictures online. They give a a brief 7 day period to make a return and to make matters worse, you must email them and wait for an email back. It is day 5 today I still haven't heard anything. I have been trying to resolve an undelivered package issue directly with Yeezy Supply for the past 2 months. Unfortunately, Yeezy Supply states that Fed Ex says that my package was delivered but when you track the package you can clearly see that the package was delivered to a different city. The package was supposed to be delivered to my home address but it was delivered to Deerfield Beach, FL. I record a notification my package was delivered only to see no package once I arrived home. Yeezy support doesn't have a direct number which is pretty unethical. I want to start by saying I returned a pair of Yeezy sneakers on June 28th and I finally got my refund on Aug 2nd. After numerous attempts with no help on getting my refund I filed a claim with my credit card company in order to get my refund. I'm explaining this back story because today aug 5th I received the new white colored (as advertised) 700 v3. Well I am highly disappointed because although the photo clearly shows a white sneaker my sneakers are beige completely off white. If it had been advertised as the correct color and pictured correctly I would have never put in for the order. Now I have to return them and wait another month for my refund which is very upsetting. They are quick to take your money but slow to return it.

I received a confirmation stating it was left at the front door, but when I arrived home after work, the package was nowhere to be found, so I cannot confirm if it was actually delivered. I sent emails to YeezySupply again this month, and they told me that it would be processed within 3 working days, but it has been half a month, and I still haven't received a refund! On Aug 2nd, 2019, my son purchased a pair of shoes Yeezy Boost 700 V2 Vanta size 8.5 on website yeezysupply.com (order number ***) for a price of 300.00 USD. The payment was made with my credit card Mastercard n. *** (card holder ***). The shoes were to be delivered to a friend of mine in Rock Hill (SC). After a few days the shoes were not delivered. Checking the courier website using the track number it was reported that there was a problem with the delivery and that we should contact Fedex to arrange the delivery. My friend contacted the courier, but the reply was that the package was not in Pineville (NC). At the end Fedex confirmed that the shoes were returned to Seller, so on Oct 20th, 2019 my son contacted yeezysupply to ask to re-ship the shoes. Same day yeezysupply replied that they were not able to send a replacement, so they were going to make a refund. We immediately replied that the credit card used for the purchase was no more active (the bank that issued the credit card closed the activity in Italy, so starting Sep 20th, 2019 the credit card was stopped). After this commincation we tried several time to understand how to trace the eventual refund asking for some details on it (a document, the date/number of operation and who made it, ...), but the reply was always to contact our financial institution (we did it, but they confirm that it was impossible that a refund could me made on a credit card no more active since one month or more... After Nov 11th we have not received any reply to our requests (the e-mail exchange is fully reported in attachment 3). So at present I've not received neither the shoes, nor the refund.

So I spent a total of $480. I was happy at first because the yeezysupply site sent my order through fedex on the same day. But 3 days later, on October 19th, I found out that fedex had delivered these two pairs to another city. Immediately after that I contacted fedex and they told me that I need to contact the shipper for assistance. Then I also contacted yeezysupply. yeezysupply told me that I need to go to the fedex website to open a new case, and they can continue to help me after the fedex investigation is over. I waited for a week, fedex told me that the investigation was over, fedex customer service staff told me that I just need to tell the shipper the case number, and then the shipper should contact fedex. The fedex case numbers of the two pairs of shoes are*** But after this, yeezysupply has not made any positive response. I once inquired and said that it was very clear on the page of fedex inquiring logistics that the two packages were delivered to the wrong city. Since the mistake is so obvious, you should refund my money. But yeezysupply never answers my question. They just blindly asked me to contact fedex. I was suppose to receive my slides on May 20th, 2022 and I didn't. The next day I tracked my package and realized that there was an issue with my address, it was missing my unit number. The tracking information also said that my package was being returned back to the shipper. "Returning package to shipper Shipper requested shipment to be returned - Unable to deliver shipment - Returning to shipper" I was upset over this but expected my money back since the slides were being sent back. On or about June 15th, 2022 I realized that I hadn't received my money back so I tracked the package and saw that it was delivered to an address in***. I immediately emailed Yeezy supply of this and requested my money back. About 2 weeks later they responded saying that they could not assist me because *** had confirmed that the package was delivered. I then called *** and spoke to a representative that confirmed that it was not delivered to my address but did give me an address in *** I advised the rep that *** said that it was delivered to me and he confirmed again that my packages was not delivered to my address in ***. I emailed Yeezy supply again and they said to file a police report for a stolen package. i will not be filing a police report because my slides was not stolen in my possession rather this issue is between *** and Yeezy Supply. If you track my package you can see that my package was not delivered to my address or even the same city. *** is not helpful at all and Yeezy Supply is giving me the runaround. If Yeezy Supply really investigated my claim they would see that the package was not delivered. It's all in the tracking history of my order.

While checking my account on March 18th, I spotted a fraudulent charge. The charge went through anyway. I noticed an unrecognized charge from an online retailer on my bank account that day. I was clueless about the company until I reported the fraud to my bank. I've had no dealings with this retailer. The situation worsened because: 1. Despite efforts to recover my funds, I only received apology emails requesting an order number I don't possess, as I didn't make the purchase. 2. Support couldn't find the order or the buyer's name, even though the funds were withdrawn from my account. I demand a refund via check. Without a refund, I'll sue the retailer for complicity in the unauthorized use of my card. 3. I called two numbers: one led to an unhelpful representative, the other to a useless automated loop. I only have my card's last four digits and my name. My bank did issue a refund, but the charge processed on March 22nd, meaning the fraudster will receive their goods. Therefore, I'm considering legal action against the retailer.

I got a response back with a chat link.. Once I reached out via chat the first person I spoke to told me to call FedEx because the order was already shipped and there was nothing that they can do..WHY WOULD I CALL FEDEX IF ONLY A LABEL WAS CREATED FOR THEM? I reach back out via chat and spoke to someone else who gave me case # *** -and told me it would be "escalated" to their support team and I'd hear back within 48-72 hours.. and once its been reviewed they will determine if they will fulfill my order or issue a refund. The tracking number is XXXXXXXXXXXX. The delivery address is a contractor, open only Monday to Friday. It was impossible for the package to be signed for on a Saturday! The owner confirmed no deliveries occurred that day. This incorrect delivery and signature is absurd! I contacted customer service to investigate (case number: XXXXXXXXXX), and was told to file a claim (case number: XXXXXXXXXX), but it led nowhere. I've sent numerous emails to the supplier and called customer service repeatedly, only to be bounced back and forth. The supplier lacks a direct customer service number, and their responses always direct me back to the courier, who then tells me to contact the supplier as I'm not their direct customer. It's exasperating! I've spent a significant amount and got a phantom delivery, sent endless emails, made countless calls, yet I'm still being shuffled between these large companies. I've bought multiple items from your site before; is this how loyal customers are treated? All I ask for is respect, a refund, and not to spend another month on this issue with the ghost signature.

My package was sent back to Yeezy Supply by *** after having my package for less than a day. Yeezy Supply refuses to send shoes back to me. I purchased Static black reflective 350's on Black Friday 2019. I left my apt number off the address due to having several stolen packages previously. My expected delivery date was 12/05. The package was received in my city on 12/02 at 8 am. The driver decided not to leave package at my Front Office and I was never contacted in order from *** for any additional information. The SAME day the carrier decided to send them back to Yeezy Supply! They received them at 8 am, decided not to deliver, and sent them back and the shoes were shipped back at 4pm the same all on 12/02. I was never contacted to pick them up, I was never asked for additional information, nothing! I contacted Yeezy Supply and they said they would not ship the shoes back to me, even though I was never given proper notification to try to successfully have the package shipped. I might note Yeezy Supply does not allow you to alter delivery info after confirmed purchase. I asked to speak to A manager about the situation in which I was told there was not one I could talk to. I bought a pair of Yeezy 350 on August 22. A few hours later, I got UPS tracking# email. A month later, UPS tracker says it never left their warehouse The story almost seems like I was dealing with a scam business, but it was all done through the legit website which I've purchased Yeezy sneakers from before. I'm a software engineer and know the difference between a fake and real website/email. On August 22, I bought a pair of Yeezy 350 Israfil for $220+tax. I've was charged right away, sent a confirmation email, and a few hours later, sent a shipment notification email containing the shipment tracking #. YeezySupply order (#AYSXXXXXXXX) UPS shipping label (1***XXXXXXXXXX) A week passed by and on the UPS website using the provided tracker, it says the shipment has yet to be picked up. I emailed YeezySupply two times and got 2 replies through a non-reply email a couple days later saying it was scheduled for pickup on August 23 and that they escalated the situation to the "proper department". I let a week go by and had yet to be contacted and sent another which was replied with the same nonsense that it had been escalated. This time the reply was from an Adidas customer service (?) The reply email had an Adidas banner on it and had stated that if I had further questions I could chat with them. This was strange because no where did it mention they had a chat service, so I went to Adidas chat and somehow they did have access to my YeezySupply order but they couldn't do anything about it. I emailed again urging for a real response and they replied with *** It's now been a month, have not been contacted, have not been refunded, and have not received my sneakers. I attached a screenshot of all the emails (I screenshotted them and stitched them together and I was also the one adding previous conversations to new emails because each YeezySupply response was independent of previous conversations) I believe I was unlucky and my shoes were randomly stolen from a warehouse worker before shipment. But customer service communicating with me and taking initiative isn't helpful either.

YeezySupply refuses to refund sneakers after being lost in transit inside FedEx. FedEx claims they paid them for the lost pair and they still refuse. This is purchase was made on 11/29 for a pair of black Yeezy 350s (Model: FU9006) in size 9. Order number AYSXXXXXXXX in the amount of $238.20. Tracking number for FedEx is XXXXXXXXXXXX. Claim number for FedEx package that was paid is XXXXXXXXXX. On December 3rd, the package was stuck in transit at the local FedEx hub and did not move any further. I contacted FedEx between December 5th-10th and asked to file a tracer. They returned a result saying they could not locate the package. I proceeded to contact YeezySupply about the issue. I was told they would pass my issue over to their returns team and I would hear back. I waited patiently for a week and heard nothing. I went to customer support again and was told that my claim was already passed through and I would hear something soon. Again week passes by and nothing. I go back a third time and I'm told the exact same thing, except I'm assured this time that I will hear something very soon. Once again, I hear nothing. On the 4th time I've had enough, but finally seem to reach someone helpful. They explain to me the reason no one has issued a refund to me is back they have a policy stating they dont refund until the package is received back to them. The rep proceeds to contact FedEx for me and tell me they have restarted a tracer on the package and I will hear back from them within a week (giving me false hope that I would receive the package). To no one's surprise, no one from FedEx or YeezySupply contacts me. It's now Jan 9th, 2020 more than a month since I first contacted customer service for help and I have no answers from anyone and a package stuck in transit. I call FedEx and I'm told that their was a claim filed on this package (tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXX) and that it was already closed on January 2 and they paid YeezySupply for the post package. Now, I'm furious. I've been getting the run around for a month and it's been a week since they were paid back money for this claim and I have yet to receive a refund. I contact YeezySupply for the FIFTH TIME, and the rep tells me they cannot find any information on the claim. I ask the rep to contact FedEx on the phone (just like the last rep claimed to do) and was told they could not do it. So, now I have a rep who won't search for the information and is flat out telling me they can't look-up the claim that FedEx says was paid. I've never been so angry with customer service before. For a company as big as Adidas is (which owns and runs YeezySupply now), this is completely unacceptable. My package was never delivered, never claimed to be delivered, and I was refused and refund and forced to wait for their process to get sorted (an absolute mess). I was lied to by several reps that people would contact me and they never did. As of today, I have still yet to receive a refund. I wish I had saved all transcripts, all though I'm sure YeezySupply has all of them saved. But I have provided two that show my either first or second and last interaction with YS (as you can see I'm completely fuming by the last time).

I have been trying to contact Yeezy Supply about this issue multiple times since July. Everyone who buys Yeezys knows that when checking out a pair of yeezys to be able to secure a pair you have to be VERY FAST. So that brings me to my next point, I ordered a pair of Size 14 Lundmarks on 7/13 and in my rush to check out the pair I forgot to change the shipping address to my current address because I desperately wanted to secure a pair. So the pair of shoes got sent to a address I have not lived at for approx 2 + years. The address they were sent to was XXXXX *** TN XXXXX , I realized I was missing my pair a few weeks after a few weeks of it not showing up and checked my email and saw that I had put an old address that I have no connection to anymore. I called Fed-Ex and tried to figure out where my pair of shoes was and they explained to me that the NEW owner of the house had requested the package be picked up since it was shipped to the wrong address. I tried to explain to Fed-Ex my situation and they said there was nothing that they could do and that it would be returned to the sender. With that being said when an item gets returned to the sender they are supposed to issue a refund which has never happened. I am still owed *** that has still to this day, almost a year later has not been refunded. I've sent multiple emails and gotten no responses and finally in late January or February I checked the support section on YeezySupply and found the Contact Us Live Support and I explained the whole situation and provided all of the proof that I had to show that I was owed a refund still and they did fully agree with me that I should receive a refund. I waited for another month or so and still no refund, so I tried to contact the live support again and by this time the live support option was no longer available (due to the carona virus) .
