Yola's Site Navigation Needs Improvement: Difficulty Cancelling Online Store
Yo, so I was checkin' out Yola's site and I gotta say, it's not the easiest to navigate. I was tryna cancel my online store and there ain't no info on how to do it. Like, come on Yola, help a brother out! I don't need the store no more and people keep messin' up when they tryna use it. So I added some contact pages and I'll just deal with my clients directly. But seriously, Yola, make it easier to cancel stuff.
Yola Website Review: Terrible Customer Service and Unexplained Charges
This website is the worst! I mean, seriously, if I could give it a negative 10, I would. The customer service is non-existent. I've been charged three different times in the same month and I can't find any information on their website that matches these charges. I've tried emailing and calling them, but no one ever gets back to me. It's like they don't even care about their customers. I mean, come on, if you're going to charge people, at least have the decency to provide a way for them to ask questions about it. I'm so fed up with this website that I'm reporting them as fraud to my bank. Stay away from Yola, folks. It's not worth the headache.
Yola.com Scam Alert: Charged Extra $90 Without Notice & Refused Refund Request
So, I was trying to renew my domain on Yola.com and boy was I in for a surprise. After I clicked submit, they charged me an extra $90 without even telling me beforehand. Can you believe that? And when I tried to get a refund, they refused. To make matters worse, they removed their telephone number so I couldn't even call them. They told me to contact them through support, but they didn't respond until the next day and still said no to my refund request. I was so frustrated that I even tried to contact the VP of Customer Service, but she hasn't returned my calls. I had to file a case with BBB just to get some sort of response from them. It's just not right that they're scamming, committing fraud, and stealing money from people without even acknowledging their requests. I hope more people come forward and we can file a lawsuit against them.
Yola's Domain Renewal Fail: A Costly Mistake for Independent Musician
I don't know who's in charge of Yola, but they really messed up big time. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with them for now. They really dropped the ball this year. They sent a domain renewal notice to an email that I haven't used in years. And to make matters worse, GoDaddy bought it and it would have cost me a fortune to get it back. And to top it off, I was on auto renewal! I had to buy a new domain and rename my website. And now publishing to the web is a real pain. I'm an independent musician and my website is crucial to my career, so I'm stuck with these guys until I can figure out how to transfer everything to another provider. I'm pretty sure it won't be cheap either!
Yola Review: A Frustrating Experience with Poor Support and No Customization Options
I gotta say, my experience with Yola was not great. I mean, if I could give it a big fat zero, I totally would. I spent a good chunk of time registering, picking out a template, and adding in all my text and pictures. But then, when I tried to customize things a bit more, I hit a wall. Nothing worked. And I mean nothing. It was like the whole thing was just frozen in place.
So, I reached out to their support team for help. And what did they do? They sent me the same instructions I'd already tried, that's what. I even made a video of me following their instructions step by step, just to show them that it wasn't working. And what did they say? "Oh, well, if you want more help, you'll have to pay for a subscription."
Seriously? Why would I pay for something that doesn't even work in the first place? It just doesn't make any sense to me. So, if you're thinking about using Yola, I'd definitely ask yourself that same question. Because from my experience, it's just not worth it.
Beware of the Yola Scam Charges: A Review of the Website Builder's Deceptive Practices
Yola is a website builder that promises a free website, but beware of the sneaky little upgrades that can turn into $90 charges on your credit card over a year later. I call this a scam, and you should watch out for charges into the future. If you try to cancel your subscription on their secure site, they don't give you the option or tell you how to cancel. You have to come to the "I've been scammed and I'm pissed off" forum. Beware of the Yola scam charges!
In their official reply, Yola claims that you have to be logged in to cancel, but they provide no way to do so. They are liars! I'm sending you this email and posting 10+ negative comments on beware of scams sites to warn others about this scam.
It's frustrating to be charged for something you didn't know you signed up for, and Yola's lack of transparency and customer service is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend using Yola for your website needs. There are plenty of other website builders out there that are more honest and upfront about their charges. Don't fall for the Yola scam!
Disappointing Customer Service and Frustrating Website: My Experience with Yola's Gold Service
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Yola. I mean, they used to have a phone number you could call if you needed help, but now it's like they don't even care about their customers anymore. My friend and I paid $90 for their "Gold Service" and we've been trying to get in touch with someone for over a month now. It's ridiculous!
So, get this - I finally get an email from someone at Yola, but it's not even the same person I was originally working with. They tell me that the lady I was talking to before isn't even there anymore. Like, what the heck happened? And this new guy keeps lying to me, saying he's tried to call me and leave voicemails, but I haven't gotten anything from them. It's like they're just trying to avoid me or something.
And don't even get me started on their website. It's so hard to use and it feels like a total waste of time. I mean, if you're gonna charge people $90 for a service, you should at least make it easy to use, right? But no, they just make it more frustrating than anything.
Honestly, Yola should be ashamed of themselves. I'm trying to find out who the owner is so I can report them to the Secretary of State. It's just not right to treat customers like this.
Yola's Poor Customer Service: Frustrating Experience Trying to Cancel and Transfer Domains
I've been waiting for months to receive a transfer key from Yola so I can move to another provider, but I can't seem to get any action from them. They keep saying my email isn't verified or they just don't respond at all. It's been a frustrating experience trying to change or cancel my charge card, as it's been difficult to get anyone on the phone or through email. It seems like they make it nearly impossible to cancel your service without losing access to your domains and data.
My current site is nancyandcharlesestatesales.com and another is estatesalesandservices.net. If you need to respond to me, my email is ***@gmail.com and I manage the site. I'm really hoping to get a response soon with the transfer key, but if I don't, I'm prepared to contact the attorney general. Yola says the key will come from a company called OpenSRS/Tucows, but they also warn that it might end up in my spam or junk folder, so I'll have to keep an eye out for that.
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Yola. It's been a frustrating and time-consuming process trying to get the information I need to move on to another provider. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future so others don't have to go through the same thing.
Yola.com Review: Affordable, Flexible, and Customer-Focused Web Hosting Solution
We started using Yola.com back in 2007 and we have to say, it was the best decision we could have made for our business. We've looked at other options over the years, but we always come back to Yola because of the amazing value and flexibility they offer. Plus, they're always trying out new features and asking for our input, which is really refreshing.
Sure, there's a bit of a learning curve when they introduce new things, but their customer care team is always there to help us out. We work in the newspaper publishing industry and Yola is the perfect solution for us. But really, no matter what kind of business you're in, we highly recommend giving Yola a try.
It's so much more affordable than many other providers out there, and you get exactly what you need without any unnecessary bells and whistles. We love that they're always expanding and trying new things, but they never lose sight of what their customers actually want.
Overall, we're thrilled with Yola and we think you will be too. So if you're looking for a cost-effective and pleasant change from the overpriced providers out there, give Yola a shot. You won't regret it!
Yola Review: Lack of HTML Freedom and Early Payment Issues
I've been using Yola as a website host for a while now, and I have to say, it's been alright. However, I do wish I had more freedom with HTML. It's a bit frustrating not being able to fully customize my site the way I want to.
One thing that really irked me, though, was when Yola took payment for my domain two weeks before it was actually due. I wasn't expecting it, and it caused me to be overdrawn in my bank account. I'm still pretty upset about it, especially since I'm using a new bank account and can't afford to have it closed on me.
Fast forward two years to 2016, and Yola has done it again. They took payment early, causing me to incur overdraft fees. When I tried to dispute it, all I got was "It's industry standard." That's not a good enough excuse for me. Just because everyone else does it doesn't make it right.
To make matters worse, I turned off automatic renewal for my domain, but Yola somehow "lost" the record of it. They took payment anyway, even though I had disabled it to avoid this exact situation. Yola completely ignored my wishes and now I'm stuck waiting another year before I can transfer my domain to a different host.
Needless to say, I'm done with Yola. I've deleted my account and won't be renewing my domain with them. And to add insult to injury, I have to give permission to reactivate my account just to transfer my domain name. I'd rather my domain name be unused than to deal with Yola again.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend Yola to anyone. The lack of HTML freedom and the early payment issues are just not worth it.

Mixed Feelings About Yola: Decent Website Builder, But Tough to Cancel Subscription
I'm having a real tough time trying to cancel my subscription with Yola. I thought I did it right, but then I got hit with a bill for ?55. That's a lot of dough for something I don't even want anymore. It's really bumming me out, man. I wish they made it easier to cancel, you know? It's like they don't want you to leave or something.
Other than that, I gotta say, Yola's website builder is pretty decent. I'm not the most tech-savvy person out there, but I was able to make a pretty good-looking website with it. It's got a lot of templates to choose from, and they're all pretty customizable. I was able to add my own pictures and text without too much trouble.
The only thing I didn't like was that some of the features are locked behind a paywall. Like, if you want to use your own domain name, you gotta pay extra for it. And if you want to remove the Yola branding from your site, that's gonna cost you too. It's kinda sneaky, if you ask me.
Overall, I'd say Yola is a decent option if you're looking to build a website. Just be careful when you're trying to cancel your subscription, or you might end up with a surprise bill like I did.
Yola.com Review: Free vs Paid Accounts and Ease of Use
yola.com is a website builder that offers both free and paid accounts. I tried both and honestly, there's not much difference between them. The paid account offers a few more features, but they're not worth the extra money in my opinion.
If you're looking to save some cash, I recommend going with the free account and purchasing a domain separately. This way, you can still have a professional-looking website without breaking the bank.
One thing I did notice is that the website builder can be a bit confusing at first. It took me a while to figure out how to customize certain elements, but once I got the hang of it, it was pretty easy to use.
Overall, I think yola.com is a decent option for those who want to create a website without spending a lot of money. Just be prepared to spend some time figuring out how to use the builder.
Yola Website Builder Review: A Rollercoaster Ride with Frustrating Customer Service and Payment Issues
I been using Yola for a few years now and I gotta say, it's been a bit of a rollercoaster ride. At first, I was really impressed with the website builder and the templates they had available. It was super easy to use and I was able to get my site up and running in no time.
But then things started to go downhill. I wanted to cancel my subscription because I wasn't using the site as much as I thought I would, but for some reason, the payments kept coming out of my account. I tried to contact customer service multiple times, but I never got a response.
It's been three years now and I'm still getting charged for a service I don't even use anymore. It's frustrating and honestly, it feels like a scam. I would definitely recommend avoiding Yola if you're looking for a website builder. There are plenty of other options out there that won't try to trap you into paying for something you don't want or need.

As a result, only 0% of 12 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
- Yola protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.
Beware of Yola.com's Sneaky Billing Practices: A Review
yola.com is a website builder that has some pretty good tools and templates. It's easy to use and navigate around the site. But, let me tell you, they have some sneaky billing practices that can be a real pain in the butt. It's really hard to stop being billed once you've signed up for their services.
I signed up for yola.com a few months ago and everything was going great. I was able to create a website that looked pretty good and it didn't take me too long to figure out how to use the tools. But then, I noticed that I was being charged more than I thought I would be. I checked my account and saw that yola.com had been charging me for some extra features that I didn't even know I had signed up for.
I tried to cancel these extra features, but it was really difficult to figure out how to do it. I had to go through a bunch of different pages and menus before I finally found the option to cancel. And even then, it wasn't clear whether or not I had actually cancelled everything.
Overall, I would say that yola.com is a decent website builder, but be careful when it comes to their billing practices. Make sure you read everything carefully and keep an eye on your account to make sure you're not being charged for anything you don't want.
Yola Website Builder Review: Pros, Cons, and Tips for Success
Yola is a website builder that lets you create your own website with ease. It's a great tool for those who want to start their own business or blog. However, there are some issues with the site that need to be addressed.
Firstly, Yola has a tendency to charge you for services that you didn't sign up for. This can be frustrating, especially if you're on a tight budget. It's important to read the fine print before signing up for any services on the site.
Secondly, the site can be a bit confusing to navigate. It's not always clear where to find certain features or how to use them. This can be frustrating for those who are new to website building.
Despite these issues, Yola is still a great website builder. It offers a wide range of templates and customization options, making it easy to create a unique website. The site also offers great customer support, so if you do run into any issues, you can get help quickly.

Yola Review: Easy Website Builder for Small Businesses, but Lacks Features and Download Option - 3 Stars
Yola is a pretty easy website builder to use, especially if you're just looking to make a simple website for your small business. However, it's not the most feature-rich platform out there. For example, if you're looking to add a blog to your site or have multiple contributors, you might want to look elsewhere. Additionally, there's no option to download your website, which could be a bummer if you ever want to switch to a different platform. Overall, I'd give Yola a solid three stars.
Yola Website Builder Review: A Solid Choice for Your Online Presence
Yola is a pretty good website, if you ask me. It's got a nice response time and it's great for some people. I mean, it's not perfect, but what website is, right? I think it's definitely worth checking out if you're in the market for a website builder.
I recently stumbled upon a new website called sticktostudy.weebly.com. It's only prescribed for 10th standard, but it's definitely worth a visit if you're in that age group. I haven't had a chance to review it yet, but I'm planning on checking it out soon. Who knows, maybe it'll be the next big thing in online education!
Yola's HTML Widget is a Nightmare: A Review of the Dysfunctional Service
I gotta say, I've had some serious issues with Yola's HTML widget. It seems like every time I try to use it, something goes wrong and I end up wasting a ton of time trying to fix it. I mean, seriously, how do these guys stay in business with such a dysfunctional service? It's gotta be some kind of scam, right?
Honestly, this is the worst service I've ever come across. I've tried reaching out to their customer support team, but they're no help at all. They just give me the runaround and never actually solve my problem. It's like they don't even care about their customers.
Overall, I would not recommend Yola to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go with a different website builder. Trust me, it's not worth the frustration.
Warning: Yola keeps charging me after cancellation for 3 years!
I'm so mad right now! I cancelled my website with Yola and they still keep taking money from my card every year for the past three years! I can't believe it! I keep cancelling and they keep charging me! I'm warning you, don't give them your card details! They will just keep taking your money even if you don't want their service anymore. It's so frustrating!
Yola's Subscription Cancellation Process is Frustrating and User-Unfriendly
So, I was browsing through my emails and saw a bill from Yola. I was like, "What the heck? I don't even remember having an account with them anymore!" I was sure I had canceled it a while back. But, apparently, I was wrong. I tried to delete my account and cancel my subscription, but it seems like it's not that easy. I'm not really sure what to do now. I mean, I don't want to keep paying for something I'm not even using. It's frustrating, to say the least. I wish they had a more user-friendly interface for canceling subscriptions. It shouldn't be this difficult. Overall, I'm not too happy with Yola right now. Hopefully, I can figure out how to cancel my subscription soon.
My yola website isn't loading to other platforms.
Hello,
My name is Juan Oyola. I’ve been having major technical issues with my Yola website, and I require assistance regarding them immediately.
The issues are as follows:
When I need to edit my website from the Yola site builder, I have no issues opening it.
However, I do not have access to my website from other platforms, and customers aren't able to make appointments utilizing my website.
Also, though I am able to access other websites, my Safari web browser is unable to access my Yola website. This is unacceptable, especially since I’m paying for your service.
It is shameful that Yola claims to offer a free website, but (in reality) it doesn't. The "free" website is the main reason why I signed up with the company. I am sending you screenshots of this particular issue.
I mistakenly purchased another user name, but I was not able to speak with anyone about the issue.
Since there isn’t anyone to speak with directly, due to always being sent to endless articles, I am seriously considering a refund of my purchase.
I would like to speak with someone regarding technical support or a direct refund.
Thank you for your assistance with this issue.
Juan Oyola
Desired outcome: I would like to speak with someone regarding technical support or direct refund.
I don't know how to cancel!!
I need help! I used Yola service and was subscribed and still am. I did not like this site and decided to quit so I cancelled my account and thought that was the end. But later I received a bill from Yola! Tried to contact them, but they never replied so I left some reviews on different sites and finally got a message from Yola. They asked me to contact them as soon as possible and promised to help. I emailed them and provided all the necessary information and later was told that my account was successfully cancelled. But no! Bills are still coming! I'm not paying for that! Please! I want to know how to cancel!
