shipping/cancelling order
I placed an order with fashion frenzy on the 11th of October and paid $12.95 for 2-3 day USPS Priority shipping. As of October 21st (Sunday) i still had not received the item so I emailed the vendor on the 21st and asked that the order be cancelled because it had not been received. The vendor's website says emails will be answered within 24 hours. Since Sunday was a weekend I was willing to give them until Tuesday for a response. When I had not received a response by 5:30pm on Tuesday I emailed a 2nd request asking for acknowledgment of my first email and for verification of cancellation. The vendor finally answers Tuesday afternoon with a screenshot of the tracking number. My 1st email was sent on the 21st. It was obviously received by the vendor because the package was shipped on the 22nd and my follow-up email was not sent until the 23rd. And to top it all off they still had the audacity to charge the priority shipping fee (2-3 days) for an item that took 7 full business days to even ship. Not a company I will be recommending or using again. Buyer beware! According to tracking# 9407803699300042586232 the item was to be delivered today. No item received!

Hey, Your Fashion Frenzy, refund my money. I wasn't planning to give my money to you for nothing, it wasn't a gift, please, don't be mistaken.
I ordered an item 7 weeks ago and never received it. What would you do if this situation happened to you? I think you would do the same. You would want to find a justice and ask for a refund. It's the only way to shake those scammers. But oh well, it sounds too ambitious. I know they will just ignore me and I will be left with nothing. Stay away, guys.
Cancelled order and no refund
I placed my order with YourFashionFrenzy and after I paid for my order they sent me a tracking number. Everything seemed fine until one day I received a notification message that my order was cancelled!
That was strange, because according to tracking number order was shipped and it was on its way to me. I contacted YourFashionFrenzy and asked if everything was fine with my order and they only said that they'll contact me back with all the necessary explanations. I waited for over two weeks and no one ever bothered to contact me!
As for now, they still have my money and they don't reply when I try to reach them.
On July 14, 2024, I ordered over $60 worth of clothing. It never came. The web site is gone, e-mail no longer exists and I’m very angry
Ordered well over 2 months ago, had to return for a bigger size and now they won't give me an exchange code or refund me my money! I'm out $100 now! What a scam!
