I made a big order. For an unknown reason, they split it into several small orders and shipped them separately from each other. I got only 3 items out of 9 and it's been more than 2 months since I placed it.
I wonder where is the rest? I have no tracking number, no information whatsoever. The customer service pretends to be invisible, which is surely convenient, but rude...

I paid extra for 2nd day delivery because I needed the package the day before I was leaving on a trip. The tracking showed that the UPS had attempted a delivery but the receiver was unavailable. Actually at the time they showed delivery we were home with our front door open so could have heard a delivery if one had been attempted. Also the web site said a yellow form would be left showing attempted delivery and none was here. When I called regarding getting the package in time to take it, I was told I would have to drive 20 mile round trip to the customer pickup place or pay $6 for expedited service. I had already paid for 2 day delivery and it was not my fault they tried to deliver it to the wrong address. My tracking # is 1Z3Y37V30225931196.

I made an order back in December, the money was taken from my account the following day! Two weeks passed and nothing happened so I contacted LoveKnitting customer service to see what was going on. Their rep said that my order was cancelled because that I wanted so. But I never wanted to cancel my order! A good company do confirm with the customer if the customer wants to cancel the order but these guys just cancelled it for no reason. Completely ridiculous! So I asked for a refund but they refused to give my money back and offered me a 20% discount for my next order. I was their customer for a long time now, spent thousands of dollars and I never expected something like that to happen. I actually got really hurt by your treatment of my case. I am very disappointed and I'll never order anything from them again.
