I spent a lot of money to get a tub installed for health issues and I am very disappointed with the service or should I say non-service I have received from this company. My bathroom project began demo on Saturday, May 25, 2024; they took Sunday and Monday off for the Memorial Day holiday, on Tuesday the plumber and electrician came, no one came on Wednesday, then finally on Thursday the tub was installed without flooring. The wood boards were showing and there is a hole where you can see into the basement. During this process, I was working with the project manager and he agreed to install flooring. I even offered some left over flooring I had but he said he would figure something out. A shower was also in the contract but was back ordered until August and I'm still waiting for the flooring and shower to be installed. After several emails and phone calls and the promise to come over to complete the project just to waste my time by not showing up without any kind of notification really upsets me. At this point, I wish you could come take the tub back and cancel the contract. It has been almost seven months with the holidays and the end of the year closing in fast, I'm hoping that this will reach someone that could push to get this project done. Please contact me to schedule and finalize this project.
