One window won't lock and rubber stops installed on wrong side of the casing of two windows
Other than leaving a bit of glue on some of my five new large picture windows that I haven't been able to remove fully,, the guys did a beautiful job installing them.
However, after the last snowfall I discovered large boot prints in the snow outside one of the windows. On close inspection I realized the installers put the small rubber stops inside the wrong side of the casement. These should be installed so that when you open the window, it's prevented from opening too far into the casement, which makes them harder to close. Instead, the stops were installed on the wrong side, so that both windows can't be locked.
I pulled all rubber stops off the casement and was able to lock one window. Unfortunately the hook on the other window is offset enough that it cannot fit into the latch, so that window will not lock.
I just called the company for new rubber stops and this window to be repaired so that it locks. The company informs me that the office servicing my area is short staffed and may not be able to do this quickly. Seeing as how the boot prints in the snow indicated that someone was casing my house, I consider this an urgent situation.
Recommendation: Be sure you double check EVERYTHING with your window installation.
I had a bathroom remodel
I had a bathroom remodel. It included a new shower/tub, replacing the vanity, moving the toilet, shifting electrical outlet, and new flooring. Aside from some supply delay problems, everything went fairly well. YHI was actually only responsible for installing the new shower/tub, but I relied on them to coordinate the other efforts since timing of the various tasks was essential, as well as ensuring all was done properly at each stage. Aside from the subcontractor that Home Depot had to install the flooring we got from them, all went pretty smoothly, though rather slowly due to general supply issues (throughout the country). I would especially like to commend Stan Semenyuk, the person who did most of the shower/tub install, as well as coordinating with electricians, plumbers, flooring guys. He was very conscientious, competent, and communicative.

We had a tub to shower conversation, Damien *** was our installer. We were very pleased with his work. He was very fussy about his work. He wanted to make sure we were pleased with the outcome.
Its been 8 months 4 rescheduled services to come and fix our bathroom, very unprofessional, no communication from them unless I call them. The flooring is messed up, the shower rod bent and the door wont close. the shower leaks between the door and the tub. What a horrible experience we have had with this company.
Your Home Improvement Company is a disgrace
Your Home Improvement Company is a disgrace. We had them install Windows and Siding for a total of $30K, it's been almost 3 years, and we can not get them to fix what they've broken. They come to our house with excuse after excuse and laugh at me when I have an issue with my house looking like trash because of their work. They broke my door, refuse to fix it, they ruined my gutters, and I have to pay to get them fixed since they refuse to take responsibility. Take my advice if you are reading this, and DO NOT trust this company. They are like a timeshare company in the home improvement space: high-pressure sales, low-quality work, and a complete lack of ethics. I am compiling a list of people who have been ripped off by this company and plan on filing a *** lawsuit against them. If you've had a bad experience please share so we can get this moving forward and prevent this company from taking advantage of more people.

The installation went well. Andrew was professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend.
YHI installed a new shower for 18,677 dollars and it leaks water all over our floor. It's been a year almost and they haven't fixed it and they keep putting us off, since we have pay in full. I just cannot imagine Home Depot referred Your Home Improvement Co. to us. Haven't had a shower since the day it was installed. It's getting to the point where we'll have to contact the ComplaintsBoard.com and Oregon Attorney Generals office for help. This started in April 2022 now it's January 2023.
Tom with bath planet of Bismarck came and helped me get a new tub. The process went well and quick install.

John, the company salesman, did an excellent job showing us samples of the windows, reviewing the order, selecting an installation date, checking on how installation was going, and inspecting the final installation. He was very thorough and professional from the beginning of the project to the very end. I must also compliment his installation team, who did a superb job of removing the old windows and installing the new windows. Not only were they timely in the installation, but their attention to detail was noteworthy. They were also personable and explained the process to us. The windows are of high quality and I really like how smooth they open and shut. They replaced 40 year-old windows so no more drafty window leaks, and they actually reduce outside noise! Finally I really like how they look both on the interior and exterior. I told John the color of the window really makes the house "pop" in appearance. We really have enjoyed working with John and this company. We have decided to have them install more windows and even sliding doors.

Andrew *** did an excellent job.He came in and completed the shower install to our expectation. Thank him.
We had 3 windows put in recently by Your Home Improvement Company out of St. Cloud. Installation went great and the windows are very high quality. Graydon was very helpful from the start and has made sure we were satisfied with the project. We would recommend them in the future
We contracted with this company out of Missoula MT in July for a shower stall and shower bath tub combo. They scheduled a date before Thanksgiving for installation. We heard nothing from them and so we called after Thanksgiving and was told there was a delay and they would call back. The local office would not answer any calls, so we had to contact their Minnesota office. At no time have they ever called us to inform us on the status of our order. None of the sales reps returned our calls. The Missoula office is unreachable by phone. I talked to their Minnesota office and they said there was a delay for a part. I said I wanted to cancel the order for breach of contract and they said they would contract me today. No one called. Repeat - no one has ever contacted us beyond the original sales call. The have a $12K deposit of ours. We want it back.
Not this time I have had some terrible experiences in getting home improvements done BUT NOT THIS TIME
Not this time I have had some terrible experiences in getting home improvements done BUT NOT THIS TIME. Bath Planet sent a most competent crew to my home and in Three days time I have the exact bathroom that their representative Corey and I designed. The installers were polite and considerate and they cleaned up after themselves very well. Matt Collins, Bath Planets installer took great pains to make sure I was happy with every Step of the project and his work ethics are impeccable. He was professional and really tended to the details of the job. My new bathroom is gorgeous and it was no easy task to accomplish. Due to water damage, black mold and lead in the bathroom Matt had to tear it out down to the studs and floor joists. He was very careful to close off the area to protect the rest of my home and myself. After the ear out Matt kept me in the loop with every step. Everyone involved in my project was efficient, courteous, and timely daily. Lastly, the follow through has been great. Andrew, Mark and the head office in St. Cloud have all been very caring and really intent on making sure that I was happy with the work and my new bathroom. Believe me I am. Thank you so much Bath Planet.

This company was just awesome. The entire process from the referral at Home Depot (Laurie in Fridley, MN) the sales rep (Tom Yaeger) and the installation crew (Zach, Kevin & Ryan) were the best. They were prompt, polite, professional and extremely efficient. We couldn't be more satisfied.
Tom with the Bismarck BathPlanet came and designed my shower and Tim did a great install. No problems.Love it!
Tom from BathPlanet of Bismarck came and helped us put a new Ali in shower project together and Tim did the install. My renter has enjoyed his shower.
Did windows a while back everything went well in and out in one day, did my whole upstairs windows, did a nice job and cleaned up afterwards, Tom came out for a post install check up everything went well.
If it were possible to give zero stars I would
If it were possible to give zero stars I would. In my case our window project was supposed to be finished by 12/20/2022. As of today 02/15/2023 it is still not finished. On Jan 25th YHIC was scheduled to install the windows. Ten minutes after 8am they call saying they will be a couple hours late. At 1:30pm I call and find out they will not be coming at all. Talked to the scheduler she states they don't have a crew working in Duluth MN. I live over 700 miles away from Duluth. I don't care that they don't have a crew there. Now I have to reschedule the appointment for Feb. 1st. I was told this six window installation would take one day. We were told they would be sending a crew to install the windows. Well they sent one person to install the windows. Three days later all the windows are still not installed. One of the reasons the project isn't finished is that the person who measured the windows measured one incorrectly. Not sure when this window will be installed. Another reason this is taking so long, according to what we were told they were waiting for trim to show up. Yet they did not have enough trim to finish the job. As of today we have three different types of trim on our windows. In our case we can't get any answers from them. They do NOT communicate very well if at all. Again in our case they have lied to us on several occasions. I in good conscience cannot recommend YHIC to do any remodeling projects on someone's home.

We talked with salesman last sept
We talked with salesman last sept. 2021, was told it would be as late as this spring to get windows and new shower installed. we said that was fine and was also told we didn't have to pay a dime until all work was completed to our satisfaction. They showed up on 5/31 to install the new bath. The young man did an amazing job, and we are happy with it. then it all went south with the window install, they showed up on 6/1 to install the windows, all went well until the *** told me they didn't have enough trim and casing for all the windows, one in the living room and 1 in the kitchen they would have to come back in a couple weeks with rest of trim and casing. A different guy showed up on Oct. 3rd to finish the job, i had called them and told them there were three windows with broken parts, even sent them a picture of the part, the last guy that showed up finished 1 window and said he didn't have enough casing for the kitchen window, and only fixed 1 window with the new part, but said another guy had the casing AND WOULD BE HER IN 40MINUTES, that was 17 days ago...not a single call since. And to top all that, the finance company has been hounding for payment. I called them and told them the work wasn't finished and they said they would call the company and get this straightened out, that was in July. We have made 2 payments even though the work is not done. I worked as an electrician for 40 years and never seen this kind of service before...WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!
Can I give them ZERO stars?
Can I give them ZERO stars? If only we could get in a time machine and go back and NEVER call them. Sales guy gave us a bid in March to remove a shower, extend a wall, and install a new bath. It was way overpriced but they said it would be completed in TWO days. They show up the end of May and start the demo work, but find an electrical wire that needs to be moved (missed by sales guy and supervisor prior to work). So they had to find a local electrician, despite telling us before that they have ALL their own subcontractors, so work will never be delayed. Two weeks later, wire is moved and installer returns. After day 2 now, he says he needs to come back tomorrow to finish. Day 3 and he needs to come back again. Day 4 he is finishing ups and asks if I am doing the drywall work. I said no, they are doing it all. He says "Oh, I'm not very good at drywall". Next day he is done, but I am out of town and he is demanding final payment from my wife. She calls me, I say not until I look at final product. I look at the job the next day, and it is AWFUL. Measurements were wrong and tub is not out far enough, concrete on existing floor is showing, so he put some caulk over it! Caulk is smeared all over the acrylic wall panel edges. Drywall is not completed, wall is not sanded or painted. Base trim not on. Ceiling panel is not even. Back wall is not straight, it tilts in. And on and on. Two weeks later supervisor comes out and tries to fix things. Sales manager comes out and says it looks great. I tell them I'm not paying the other 50%. Emails drag on for FIVE MONTHS. After 5-6 months, they agree it all needs to be torn out ands start over. I say okay, if they give a reduced price for the 8 months it is taking, instead of the 2 days they promised/guaranteed. They would give no refund at all. After another month, they send a change order, cancelling the rest of the deal. They said they hope they never run into me again. Worst work I have ever seen. Beware.
HORRIBLE!
HORRIBLE! This company has no integrity and does NOT know what they are doing! They do NOT deliver products or results as promised, nor do they care to take care of their customers! If you are reading this then PLEASE consider a different company! *** and *** are much better with their customer service, I just got off the phone with them! I ordered custom windows with this company in April after their convincing sales pitch and double warranty and waited patiently for them to be produced for 6 months. At the 6 months I received a phone call with the install date and time for the said 14 windows to be installed. The installers showed up with only 3 windows and no inner casing supplies that were a part of the order. ONE window was installed and then the installers left with a promise to return at 8:00 the next morning with the rest of my windows. No one showed up the next day. I have two windows sitting in my home with shipment stickers that say they were delivered at the end of July. In speaking with the manager of this company, I have no confidence left that this company can follow through with any of their commitments. I believe they have sold more projects than they can keep up with and are not able to keep up with the demand they have created for themselves. I am not a hot head or an angry person, I tend to believe that people are doing the best they can with what they are given. However, I am absolutely devastated and completely put out by the inconsideration of EVERY person I have spoken with in this company! I have been completely taken advantage of by Your Home Improvement Company and they have wasted my time and money due to their poor communications and execution. Shame on you all at YHIC for having me take time away from work to be here for the install, having people show up for a few hours, then leave with a promise to come back and not coming back! On top of that you left windows for me to now be responsible for sitting around my home!

Delayed service
For bathroom remodeling, We had a contract signed on june/27/2023. Total estimate for just tub/wall/flooring without changing vanity or sink area was closed to 18,000 dollars after discount . Reasons we had discount was 45 days window time to start constructions. They offered some special for traveling, which we never heard. Now it is nov.7ths, 2023, the construction has not been completed. After 45 days later, we contacted to the main office asking the date of construction. They kept saying that they filed the permit and waiting on permit. i am trying to break contract, which made me impossible since i signed the contract. Also, i already paid 7,000 for down pmnt, which i couldn't afford losing. They said they will finish the project before thanksgiving. But, they went to the dark again.
in home consultation
the seller was ever professional and had me basically sold but when i explained i need a few days to make a finial decision. the rep said the quota i gave is only for today and tried to pressure me to sign and commit to it the 0n the spot. i invited this company into my home and the seller in my opinion was not showing any respect in my own home. i loved price point and i was lean for you to do the work but the respect from the sell at the end. this put you on the very bottom. i will most likely go with a company that can understand make a financial commit of this magnitude can take more than on the spot commitment.
Your Home Improvement Company was a Home Depot referral for our bathroom shower renewal
Your Home Improvement Company was a Home Depot referral for our bathroom shower renewal. We signed a contract on 12/18 and paid $10,258.00 in full. There was a mix-up within their company about product color and this was reconfirmed by us on 1/6. Supposedly, there were parts not available so an install date was not made until 3/22. That date was then delayed to 4/2 supposedly due to an injury. The 4/2 install date was then delayed to 4/9 supposedly due to a job delay. The 4/9 install date was again delayed with no confirmed install date. We simply want the work to proceed without any further delays.

We have been trying to get the "Scope of Work, Specification, Customer Summary Sheet, Quote Form, Estimate, Invoice or Measure" from this company for the work we had done on our bathroom. This document was supposed to be included with the contract we signed. The contract is attached. Page 2, paragraph 4 of the contract states this document is to be included. We have called and emailed Your Home Improvement Company asking for this information, as well as going in person and calling the Home Depot store in Willmar, MN (who referred us to Your Home Improvement Company for this bathroom project) to get this document and no one will provide it. The contract states it is to be included so we know what we paid for and the costs for each and the labor costs. We want to know the breakdown of what we paid for, including labor costs (per hour) and materials. We spoke to the store manager of the Home Depot in Willmar, MN on 10/25 who told me that the labor costs were roughly $10,000. This seems very high because the installers were only at our house doing the project for one day and then returned for approximately two hours on another day to correct mistakes they made in laying our bathroom floor. We would also like the written warranty that was promised to us. Thank you.
I ordered 7 windows in May to be installed. Had an installation date of October 26. The *** presumably caught fire so no work was done. Have been trying to contact *** and *** through email and phone with no response about rescheduling.

I informed the company about faulty installation problems for my siding and the main complaint being the warped fascia and the fact that the dormer crown area was never completed. They ordered materials and finally set a date to install. The workers showed up and told me they didn't have the ladder they needed and would have to come back. They never did. Repeated contact attempts to the company have resulted in no response, or automated messages that claim they ordered materials and would be scheduling, but they still don't show up. This siding job has gone on for 20 months and is still not complete, even though I have paid them 100%.

They put up my siding and new window just before blizzard 11, I can actually see to outside through the frame, and the windows leaks air, had to cover seems with tape to keep bathroom somewhat warm, tape would ice over, pictures taken. Siding is jutted out and seamed so poorly as to funnel rain and snow behind it, against the house. Several pictures forwarded to 3 different individuals in company, all promising 2 weeks to repair team being able to show up, now going on 8 months. Lifetime warranty appears to be a false claim. I continue to see their trucks driving around, but not to fix work already poorly done. I don't want to go to court, but am starting to believe that may be my only recourse.

I met with a sales rep on July 23rd
I met with a sales rep on July 23rd. He explained to me after we came to an agreement that I will need to pay 1/2 up front for the purchase of 2 windows and install. He stated the money would not be taken out of my account until my order for the windows was in place the upcoming Tuesday which would be July 28th. (They eagerly took it out the next day. July 24th) My order for windows was not placed until August 14th. The sales man stated it would be 6-10 weeks with ordering and placement. That is what sold me. It is now the 11th week. This company mislead me and I believe they will say anything just to get ones business. I could of taken my business elsewhere if I wanted to wait longer AND got a cheaper price.

Had siding on whole house replaced and all window frames wraped to match. Work was not done well and I have been in contact with the company about this issue for 7 months. The representative always seems willing to have the problems corrected but they never send anyine to make the corrections. Most recently a contractor was to be here on Sunday August 2 and was a no-show. Calls to the company were ignored.
Your home improvement company was hired June 11 to install shingles and do some roof repairs. July 1st we received a message that the supplies would be delivered July 8 to our residence. It is August 17 and we still have not had supplies delivered or date as to when the work will be started, A $2500.00 check was given to them on June 11 and we have made two payments on a loan that was financed through Your Home Improvement.
We hired Your Home Improvement company to do work on our bathroom
We hired Your Home Improvement company to do work on our bathroom. They promised to do the job within 6-10 weeks. It has now been 7 months since their promise and the job is not complete. They had to build a platform for our toilet and in doing so did not replace the plumbing or flange. Today the tile in front of the toilet broke free from the glue they used and my concern is they did not build the platform subfloor to code allowing the floor to sag under the weight of the toilet and myself breaking the glue free. I had asked them to address this previously when they came back when the tub they installed was wobbling freely. They did not address this. I have had them at my house over ten times to look at the issue and still no resolution. At this point I have given them over six months to finish a job they stated they could do in two days.

I bought 6 double hung and 1 slider window (triple pane) on 04/10 from Your Home Improvement for $15,322.00, which now seems excessive. All 7 windows installed had defects, necessitating reorders. I was assured of pre-installation inspections to avoid issues. On 09/24, 7 windows arrived; only 5 were installed due to one having broken glass and another a broken handle. Now, 2 windows are being reordered for the third time, with an 8-week wait expected. Despite promises of quality Heritage windows and expert installation, defects were missed, including gaps at the seal corners.

This company came to my home in September and sold me new windows and a patio door for a total cost of $17,000
This company came to my home in September and sold me new windows and a patio door for a total cost of $17,000. Upon installation (4 months later) of the normal windows, ALL the new windows had scratches and gouges at the right bottom corner and needed to be replaced. The company then returned weeks later to finally install the bay window and patio door, only to find out the screen door ordered was the wrong size and needed to be re-ordered. Additionally, the door would not shut without slamming it and thus, making a loud noise. We were told it was due to the interlock and that that would need to be replaced. Many weeks later I get no communication or updates, so I called, and Adam told me they ordered a new panel, interlock, and the screen door and can come the following week to fix it. They come and the door STILL has ALL the original issues; no screen door that fits and the noise and complication of closing the door persists. We are now almost in June !

I would like the job completed that was first requested on July 6, with an adjustment the following week after a sizing issue for 3 patio doors. I had placed a down payment have been making progress on a loan to complete the project since July. I received a letter without an explanation that the manufacture was not able to complete the project by the expected due date, which was October. I would like the job to proceed or get my money back plus interest on the loan. An apology gift card was issued, but I don't go to the business, nor does the gift card match the interest that is accumulating. I have asked for a timeline completion multiple times, but have been ignored. So, I want to know when this project is getting completed, or a refund with assurances that once they are able to do a project I could get the same price, or better. Based on the recent reports, it seems this company can not complete projects as advertised. Using COVID as an excuse is not great. So, finish the job or get me my money back!

This is issue with product and service through Your Home Improvement Company
This is issue with product and service through Your Home Improvement Company. I was provided an estimate of $14,600, paid half ($7,300) to remodel my bathroom Tub/Shower. YHIC came to my home on 11/24 and 11/25 to do the work. They work they performed and the products they installed did not meet what they had sold to me. The walls are crooked, no inspection (required by my city - still left undone 77 days later), hole in my ceiling and products installed to simply 'get the job done and get out'. I've been working with them since to remediate. Their employee Ryan, along with several others do validate the job was done poorly. We've been trying to work on getting the products which meets what they sold me but they continue to drop the ball. Per Ryan's request I went to the Apple Valley location last night to look at the products. None of them were there and he has not responded to my message. They've show no interest in completing this work and I'm now 77 days since install and have made two payments to a loan on work which is not complete. I will also file with the City of Apple Valley, per their request to hold them accountable. I would never recommend this company and have left my feedback on their site. Which when I did, was the only reason they somewhat took me serious to do something.

Windows were installed by Your Home Improvement Company in December
Windows were installed by Your Home Improvement Company in December. By January we were calling to request service because significant drafts were felt around the windows, there was a noticeable amount of sitting moisture in the interior of the windows, and what looked to be mold growing in the corners. In addition the finishing on the windows was far from acceptable. They sent out someone who was very dismissive of our concerns but after some insistence he drilled the frame from the insides and spray foamed the hollow spots within the frames. He sent out another employee who redid the trim work. Unfortunately none of those interventions did anything to assist in remedying the situation. After over a half a dozen phone calls to the company, another employee came out in February (over a year later!), and inspected the windows after the same issues had continued to occur throughout the year, including a growing amount of mold in our 5 year old's bedroom window. This employee inspected the windows and stated that the windows were in fact put in improperly. Since then over a dozen phone calls have been made to the company requesting the windows be taken out and reinstalled. We have been passed on to multiple employees and nothing has been done thus far but more dismissals and false commitments.

The shower liner product looks like tile and the installer put the panels up not matching the tiles so they are off and the lines are not matched up. The same person wasn't going to patch the sub floor from some areas from the demo and told me to just remove the rest of the flooring and it will all be the same level. The bathroom vanity we had to purchase and they installed, now has chips in the marble top by the faucet and the drawer is also chipped. The installer also comes and goes with indefinite times. We had to take off work in the mornings waiting for him so we could let him in. He never came at the same time nor did he tell us when he'd be back the next day. We called the project manager and told him will refuse to let this same person finish the job and will not let him in. That was May 20 and didn't hear back from anyone. Then on May 22nd told us that the person we needed to speak with is on vacation and we should receive a call on May 26th. We heard nothing, leaving numerous messages. Then on May 27th were told they are trying to come up with a plan and will make sure we are taken care of. We have not received a call and now my bathroom shower or tub can't be used. It is June 1st and we still have heard nothing. Have of this remodel has been paid for. I am really tired of the delay and the lack of customer service.

A deck that was not put up correctly ( pisces falling off ,coming apart at corners, pieces not screwed down ,steps not wide enough for Emergancy
A deck that was not put up correctly ( pisces falling off ,coming apart at corners, pieces not screwed down ,steps not wide enough for Emergancy gurney to get on the deck, pieces broke ) gaps in siding, wrong size " J channels" put on in places, corners not snug. Not sealed around our alcove area, material left on pallet in front yard ( my brother an i moved it come spring ) , not cleaning up after themselves ( we been picking up things as we go ) We did get a visit from a guy ( Ryan )and someone else in Feb.2020 to look at the workmanship that was done , we were told they were not happy with what they saw and told us there would be someone out to fix the problems this spring. After many calls and e-mails to coustmer serivce , we were given a lot of excuses for why it has not been taken care of. Then in July we got told that there will be 2 people out to fix the problems ( one was to be the orginal worker for the sideing and the other the VP of the company . Well 1 person showed up to do the job last friday ( July 10,2020) and no one ever showed up with the material that was ordered for this fix. We found out later that the new material is sitting at the st.cloud office . We did tell them that we are not very happy with their service as of this point , they were to call and reschedule to finish it but that has not happened at this point in time.

We notified Your Home Improvement Company of an issue with our siding, including photos, on May 1st
We notified Your Home Improvement Company of an issue with our siding, including photos, on May 1st. Our red siding had multiple spots where the color faded out completely to white. We have a lifetime warranty on our siding and expected a resolution to the problem. They filed a claim with the manufacturer and sent siding examples to them in July (2 months after our notification to them). We have had to follow up with the company every week to get the status of the claim. In August, we had a large storm come through that pulled off pieces of siding in the areas they had previously removed samples. We complained again, due to the length of time the claim was taking and were clear we could not have unsided spots around our house. They did come and do a temporary repair to our house until the claim was resolved. On 9/30, the manufacturer sent a proposal to YHIC to resolve the dispute. We did not see that proposal until 10/5 after asking for an update. The color siding we have was discontinued, so we either need to change the color or take a financial settlement. We were clear we could not make a decision without seeing the color options (since we are not voluntarily changing the color on our home). YHIC told us on 10/5 they'd notify the local Duluth manager that we need to see siding options. I sent a follow up to them again on Tuesday 10/12 with no response. As of today, October 15th, the issue is still not resolved. We are 15 days from a response being due to the settlement offer (which I expect we will need to decline) and the responsiveness from YHIC is unacceptable. At this point, my preference is that they refund all dollars paid and we will find an alternative company to resolve our own siding issues.

Oj July 13 the crew came to install my windows
Oj July 13 the crew came to install my windows. There has been several issues since starting on that day. The crew left a huge mess all over outside with a good estimate of 75 screws and nails and some garbage. My house had pencil and caulking all over plus dirty handprints. The guy that came to do my walk around told me that several parts of my bay window with damaged piece were order that day for replacement. He had me sign something which I thought the agreement to what they were fixing but it was the walk around papers and the job was not completed. The crew did come back after my complaint and clean up my windows and house after I cleaned up the yard. Then I found out my windows dont open wide enough to clean from inside as I was told which was a major factor in my decision to purchase. A resolution has not been made for that and I asked to talk to Johnnys boss but nobody gives me access to him. Johnny came one day and stood in my house begging me for 45 mins to not make him pay for my window work to be done over he already paid for part of one of my windows and kept saying I could some kind of financial compensation. The guy finally came 3 months later with the stuff that was supposed to be on order and had only 2 things. H e left a huge mess in my house with glue that I could not get off my floor. I called Johnny and said I want someone other than him to redo the horrible hob he did and I want the glue off my floor. He returned my text with they are going to wait till they come redo the mess this guy made and bring all my missing stuff. I said I am NOT ok with that. Twice I have had to clean up after them. My floor is ruined at this point because of glue they wont come clean up. My windows are still wrong and they leak cold air like crazy molding/trim around the windows on the inside are coming apart at the corners. I I am paying $20,000 for something that I was told Im getting that is not that and my heat bill is going to high now due to all the leaks

We had an estimate and signed the contract on 4/20 for new windows and siding and was told that we should have the supplies and have it
We had an estimate and signed the contract on 4/20 for new windows and siding and was told that we should have the supplies and have it started around 8/21/9 timeframe. The windows and siding would be scheduled within a 2-week timeframe hopefully. Received an email the materials were ordered on 4/30. Received an email on 5/17 the materials will arrive 2-8- weeks. Received an email on 6/28 the materials will arrive 12-16 weeks. Windows installed on 9/8 took about 3 days. Siding arrived and started by a sub-contractor on 11/1. Contacted the Salesmen and Justin the Contract contact 11/6 about the issues we had with the current sub-contractor and the crappy work we had seen and the concerns we had. Contact from Supervisor Tanner on 11/10 about wanting and needing a new sub-contractor to install the siding due to the crappy work. Tanner was going to get ahold of Justin and hopefully get a new crew set up. Contact from Justin 11/22 about getting a new crew scheduled and told it should be scheduled in the next couple of weeks. I sent an email to Justin 12/2 and asked where we were to have a new crew come out and get the siding done and he told me he should have a new crew scheduled 12/6 but was just finishing up getting some things set up. I sent an email to Justin again 12/9 asking if we had a permanent date yet and he replied with hopefully getting a crew set up for 12/20. I also sent Tanner an email asking for his managers name and contact information but received no response. I sent an email to Tanner again 12/22 with the disappointment I had in his response to our concerns and getting another contractor to do the siding and the timeframe we had to work with them. Asked for compensation and still no response. We currently have one section of the front with siding on it but needs to be redone due to broken pieces and wavy siding. Brand new window frame areas are scratched up. After the subcontractor left, nails left on ground
