My insurance EOB states I should have been charged $0.00 for the ordered Breast pump as it is fully covered. I have spoken with insurance agents who have also confirmed this. However your company has billed them and has received payment from insurance company along with separately billing my personal credit card inappropriately for $139.99. My order number is #*** and the order was placed on Feb *** and the credit card was charged on Feb ,2020.

They keep denying it for so long that the insurance company went bankrupt last year and doesn't have any more money. Because of their total incompetence and delay, they're now trying to send us a bill two years later. They should fix this and not make us pay for the pump.
