Tamil gold year package
Very bad experience with yupptv! we have paid full amount for package for one year. We don't get channels in the best quality, we live in Europe and we never get to see today's program on time, we always have to wait until evening to see today's program, yupptv decides to stop offering number of channels over time such as sun network. That also after few months we started the package. When we ask that we had paid for the channels for the whole year and you suddenly stop, they say that we have to upgrade our subscription to see the channels. we are not ready to pay again for the channels that we have already paid for. They cannot do this for existing customers. They can decide suddenly stop some channels but we can't decide that we don't want to use the service anymore because they can't offer what we paid for and they have to transfer the remaining amount to my bank or give us the channels without paying more money. That's not how you treat your customers and that's not how you should offer service.

When I enquired they have asked us to pay in a pro rata for the remaining months left in the contract.
Yupp and me agreed to a contract that I’ll be getting Tamil channels (including Sun TV) + Hindi and Sony Liv. I have purchased the Gus last year October 2022 and they haven’t informed anything that time about removing sun tv and the charges.
This is seriously a legal matter and want the YUPP tv to face the consequences by taking it to the UK ombudsman service.
If YUPP tv are interesting be in the uk and like to have Customers please be mindful with this issue.

we are very disappointed with the service yupptv have given us. It's been 3 months we are facing streaming issues from your end. We have gone through following complaints but no reply till date.

Today we checked properly then we found Zee news has been removed from our subscription and now all other channels are not working properly too.
Ither solve this issue or refund our money.
Its been 3 months problem is still there. Till that time what we should do we have already paid for this service. What about other channels that too not streaming continuously. Will you give other sportz channels free?

I had subscribed for 25 channels and paid the entire year subscription. In 2 weeks, 10 channels were removed from my subscription and I was asked to pay additional 35$ for the 10 channels subscription. I mainly subscribed the Yupp tv for watching 1 channel among the 10. I started hating YUPPTV just only for only one reason the ads(Repetitive - YALLO, etc...) - I started seeing this advertisement when i get into Yupptv app and every-time - And it pops up a advertisement every-time i changed to a new channel.It sucks! There is no skip ad option as well.
Can you stop playing those [censored] advertisements(Stop advertising for paid subscription).We are not paying money just to see your advertisements
Hope Yuptv is hearing the serious comments before losing many number of customers.
Customers will be forced to switch due to this irritating advertisements if not action taken on time.

No response on ticket even after three weeks - removal of channels from Tamil package
Customer service representative mentioned issue will be resolved in couple of days. No updates yet.
This is regarding the sun network channels being removed. YuppTV your service is extremely poor. This is really bad on your part as you have taken money in the name of subscriptions and not providing the services as promised in the package. You are expecting us to pay more.

Just wanted to provide additional update, initially sun channels were removed and now a lot more Tamil channels have been removed. When I spoke to customer care, I was informed they are also part of sun package. YuppTV this is not acceptable.

I am not ready to pay anything extra here. I have already paid $100 for the subscription which was supposed include the Channels that you have removed now. If it is not possible to include with my current package, feel free to cancel the subscription and refund the payment on prorate basis.

In January 2023, I subscribed to several packages on YuppTV, including Yupp Tamil TV_AUD, YuppFlix Free Movie Pack, YuppFlixMovies, Firstshows Free Movie Pack, and Firstshows Upgrade package. The only options provided to me were to either upgrade to another package by paying more or to continue with my existing package without a refund.

Zee telugu content isn't playing for more than a month now. Yupptv is service provider for asian tv channels. I have paid for annual subscription of yupp tv telugu package which costed $133
Zee telugu is one of the channels which is quite popular for its shows and they were unable to get it working for more than a month. Being paid service they should partially refund their customers.

Billing issue: even though plan is visible in new TV after login extra amount is taken
I am currently in Australia and got an active 1 year yupptv plan. But, after logging into my new TV, even though the active plan is visible, it is asking for payment for playing all channels or program. I tried to contact customer care multiple times( always queue waiting and waited for hours- but no response). So paid the monthly amount and sent an email to support( to reimburse the extra payment. But no response. No response after reminders also)

Sunnetwork channels unavailable - no reply from yupptv regarding the issue
I am a long time customer of yupptv, in recent times yupptv service is not good. I had subscribed to Tamil tv package and I was told by the yupptv customer representative that sunnetwork channels and zee Tamil channels will be available but suddenly Zee Tamil channel disappeared from the list. From the month of April sunnetwork channels all are also not available without any notification (email/sms). I tried contacting the customer care on the first day the channels disappeared and they told that I have to again pay for sunnetwork channels.
Why should I pay extra when I have already paid for the while subscribing. Yupptv has to honor its already subscribed customers and can’t simply keep deleting channels and demanding to pay more. I requested to cancel the subscription and to refund the money. I subscribed to yupptv to mainly watch sunnetwork channels but if that is not available then no use of subscription for me. The yupptv customer representative told that yupptv will cancel the subscription and refund and they will call within 5 days but weeks have passed and I have not got a reply. Everyday I kept trying to contact yupptv through chats, calls and emails but no reply.
How to contact yupptv? As a long time customer of yupptv I have lost trust in yupptv service. Kindly refund my subscription money effective from the time the sunnetwork channels became unavailable. You can check when I complained and all details. Ticket number #56030

yupp TV has been bought by BJP and any channel that speak the truth agaisnt BJP will be off yupp tv..so better unsubscribe and not waste money.
Removing Channels
I signed up for YUPP TV annual subscription for Telugu channels. They removed Zee network few months ago, now they removed Gemini channels. Now, I can see only 4-5 ETV channels. I still have 5 months remaining subscription period. I called customer services and I have following options:
- Upgrade to SUN TV and pay extra $129.99 less $20 discount or
- Yupptv offered $5 refund for the remaining period.
Do they have mind? They removed the channels and we have to pay extra money to get those channels back.
They are simply saying that it was written in the disclaimer that they can add or remove channels whenever they want and customer doesn't have any option.
I want somebody to file a lawsuit against this company and get refund for all the existing customers.

No, I didn't get any call even after escalating. They don't care about customers. They only care about money. In fact, they removed more channels, in addition to Gemini network. Now, I am left with only 6 or 7 channels. They offered $5 refund for removing channels. If I want to add same channels, they asked $100.

Sun TV removed from Annual Subscription
Very bad service.
Sun network channels (8 channels) has been removed from my annual subscription package for which I have renewd from 21st Nov 2022 - 21st Feb 2024 & I've been using their service since 2019.
First of all no one from customer care answering my call and finally got answered after multiple attempt. After complaining about channel removal I've been told that I'll get call back after 24hrs but got after a week fed-up in waiting. I asked them either to provide sun channels or refund pro rata money but they provide absurd figure of 40Aud instead of 80Aud (I paid 120Aud for 12 month & watched sun channels for just 4months before its removal). Asked to pay more for sun next & Aha which I don't need.
Totally waste & looting money from customer. Yupptv keep on calling regularly for renewal & Add-ons like IPL but they don't respond for any customer complaints

Sun TV Package Removal
Sun TV, package has been removed from my package for which I have paid for till 17th July 2023 - which consists of more than 8 channels. Now after asking over a call, they are offering $10 waiver for removal or asking for additional $10 (circa) for the addition of Sun tv networks. I asked them to net off the $10 refund and replace it with Sun tv package and they aren’t agreeing to that.
Desired outcome: Now I need a resolution since I have paid for the package for a year and I need the channels I have paid for as per the subscription. I am happy to pay additional post my current contract expires and Yupp tv isn’t supportive.

The total service is rubbish. You take our yearly subscription promptly but only two or three useful channels work. No Jaya TV now no Sun and cheeky to ask us to pay more for sun tv and for two others!
Cannot give dates as Jaya tv only worked for three months and you know this as I have complained many times and so has my other friends. Don’t pretend.

Poor support
Hi All,
Please refer to the Escalation email from a unhappy Customer and due to the poor service from YuppTv.
I had renewed my subscription on 21st December 2022 during that time it was not mentioned that the Zee Tv will not be available from end of December. From the Sales Team it was not transparent discussion and kept the Customer under dark.
Now, if we need the Sun Network channels needs additional subscription. When I had extended the subscription for an year, any decision due to the Business operation should not impact the Customer, it is not logical to ask the Customer to pay additional payment to access the Sun NEXT.
Note that I tried to call the UK Number and Paris Yupp TV, but no one reachable.
I had sent couple of emails for the Call back and did not get any response.
Last week one of the Sales team spoke to me and promised that they will revert in two days, but the promise has not been met.
Can you please ask the Sales team to call me and clarify this.
When we have an active subscription, then all the channels promised during the subscription should be allowed until the end of the subscription period.
Please revert on this ASAP.

I renewed my yearly subscription and it is valid till April 2024. Suddenly Zee tamil and sun Tv is not playing. I chat with customer service so many times, they are not canceling my service. They insist to upgrade to Sun nxt that i don't want to. This is cheating after we pay for the subscription to upgrade with more money. I wasted so many hours in customer service. No one is responding properly.

Denied service after getting money
I got yearly subscription of Yupp Tamil until august 2023 but suddenly they decided to remove all sun tv channels. They are asking to pay extra to get those channels again. That too for another year.
when I asked for a refund for the remaining months they just say cannot cancel subscription. How can you just get money from someone and deny service? feels like robbery. Either you should refund the money or provide that service thru different app for the rest of the months. This is daylight robbery.

I subsribed yearly subscription of Yupp Tamil + SonyLIV_EUR until august 19 2023 but suddenly they decided to remove all sun tv channels. They are asking me to pay extra to get those channels again, wich is not faire because i paid for those channels last year.
I tried so many times with their chat, but they are just making me wait for days without single response.
I'm customer with their package since 2016, its very frustrating.
My request is that, ok if they have issues with sun network, but for your customer, you should refund the remaining months, and then propose a new deal for the new subscription.

I renewed my subscription recently, I had faced technical issues before renewal and did not want to renew. But the sales team gave me the confidence that there were some issues before and now its resolved and I would be receiving no technical issues and the customer team will help me out.
But since for the past 10 days the Yupp Tv is lagging so much and there is no responses from the team either through call; chat and Fb. Seriously its pathetic.
I feel they are stealing our hard earned money.
