Today I was supposed to travel to East London at 2:50 am and I arrived at Sasol Garage in George Western Cape at 2:15 am I waited there until 3:00 so I decided to call Intercape customer care the lady told me that the Bus had departed according to their tracker it had stopped at the station from 2:56 am until 3:00 I was so shocked because I had been there from 2:15 I don't know what to do please assist and the lady who assisted me said I will get an SMS with my complaint number still nothing
Desired outcome: Refund or be given a bus that is available
