I would like to raise a concerning issue in regards to the poor service received from Intercape bus Services dated 23rd of December 2024, I have purchases three tickets from intercape to travel from Pretoria Bosman to Mpumalanga Malelanw.
The was a shuttle from Pretoria to OR Tambo international to connect to a bus to Malelane, First we had to wait for the bus for 3 and a half hours and when the buy came it was almost full no admired sits to choose from we had to patch our selves within the people.
1.The bus was small seats are uncomfortable (I am 6 months pregnant the reason i choose to travel with intercape for comfortability but Intercape Failed me)
2. I am traveling with a 10 year old child,the child had to sit at the front while i sit at the back my sister was somewhere in between and we couldn't care for the child
3. We booked a bus because it has a toilet and i am pregnant i get the edge of using the bathroom every now and then but i couldn't do that since the bus that came had no bathroom inside to relive my self.
4. I cannot stretch my self in these seats they are very small and i am cramped up with my baby inside my belly
Can i please be refunded my bus fair if not half
