DO NOT USE RED COACH! I traveled from San Antonio to Dallas. It was the worst trip I have ever experienced. The bus that arrived in San Antonio had a faulty air conditioner. That is unacceptable in September in Texas. They falsely advertise for pickup/drop off at Dallas/Fort Worth airport. The drop-off is not at the airport but at a DART station with no address. I did not feel safe. If it had not been for the kindness of strangers, I'm not sure how I would have arrived at my final destination in the Dallas area. The bus in Dallas was scheduled to leave for San Antonio at 9 a.m. but did not arrive until 9:50 a.m. I called at 9:10 a.m. to inquire about the delay, I was told they were changing a tire and would arrive at 9:30 a.m. All of this was not true. They falsely advertise the experience as a luxury bus ride, but the buses are old, overcrowded, and untimely. They sent a discounted voucher to accommodate for the one-hour delay. When I called to request a refund instead, they said it was too late. Customer service is nonexistent. The person I spoke to was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. He interrupted me as I was speaking, and when I called him out on it, he hung up the phone! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON RED COACH!

I booked a trip from Miami to Gainesville, and boy was it expensive! It cost me a whopping $88 for both the departure and arrival. But then, I had to change my plans and reschedule for the next weekend. I did it in plenty of time, about 4 weeks ahead, but guess what? I still haven't been able to sort it out. It's been a nightmare, thanks to the company's policies and the customer service folks who don't seem to know what they're doing.
Let's start with the company's policy blunder. So, I had this student discount on my original ticket, right? Well, turns out that discount doesn't apply to the rescheduled ticket. Can you believe it? When I found out, I asked the customer service rep if she could give me a refund. But guess what? I was hit with a huge fine instead. No solutions, no compromises, just a rude response from the rep who told me I should've read the fine print. She even yelled at me while saying it! Can you imagine?
All in all, I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company. Their prices are sky-high, their service is terrible, and their policies are basically a scam. Stay away, folks!

I also booked another ticket for my sister from the airport, which was supposed to depart at 2:00 on the same day, costing $25 and $30 respectively. The first bus was late by an hour, causing us to miss the second bus. I've contacted customer service via email on 2/20/23, 3/4/23, and 3/15/23 and by phone twice without resolution. I request a $30 refund for the missed bus.

Customer service has not followed up. Additionally, the bus driver assaulted me outside the airport. While waiting for instructions about my missing suitcase, I stood by the bus door.
