I was attempting to leave Ft Myers Fl. on Jan. 6th. with my husband. We got to the Pilot station at 11 a.m. The return ticket did not specify that the 7 eleven was the pick up spot. There was no address on the ticket. When we saw the bus at the 7 eleven we proceeded to go there but we were too late and we missed the bus. We were told by red coach that they would wait for us in Sarasota but we missed the bus there and they did not wait an extra 10 minutes for us. We then had lunch in Sarasota with my son & his wife who drove us there. It was now getting late & it was way past lunch time at this point. The lunch cost us $84.39. Since we missed our ride on Jan. 6th, we had to take an uber home from Ocala Fl. which costs us $71. I have been taking the red coach for a number of years now and am highly disappointed in this experience. The bus ticket was totally misleading as to where the bus was picking us up in Ft Myers. The new ticket for Jan. 7th gave us the address for pickup but the Jan. 6th ticket did not.
