I booked a ticket at computicket for 15 year old and 7 year old from Bellville to Butterworth 18h45 bus from Bellville. When we were at the bus station Intercape worker told us tthat they must be an adult accompanying then otherwise they are not allowed to travel alone. When I needed a refund an employee told me that I will not get refund and she was rude

Claimed loss: Two bus tickets

Desired outcome: My money back
