Zenith, Inc
Zenith, Inc. is a really good company. They do construction work and stuff. They're trustworthy and reliable, and their prices are affordable. I would totally recommend them.
Zenith did a fantastik job on my roof
Zenith did a fantastik job on my roof. Everything was done accordng to schedule. They did a great job and cleaned up well after job was completed. Justin O was a pleasure to work with and explained the process very well.
I think they might be fake
I think they might be fake. We started working with them in November . They got the check from my insurance company and never returned. The guy's name was Kevin. He seemed trustworthy, but I guess they weren't. I tried contacting them multiple times, but they never replied.
Zenith, Inc
Zenith, Inc. just put up new siding, gutters, and wrapped trim on our crib. Their crews were nice, helpful, and super pro. Our place looks fresh as heck now, and the little things like matching back plates for the lights and trim for the electrical and plumbing outlets make it look real fancy. The whole thing went smooth as butter, and they dealt with our insurance company directly, so it was a breeze for us to enjoy this upgrade.
Zenith, Inc
Zenith, Inc. replaced the roof and siding on my house and did a great job. I thought so much of their work that I asked them to do other smaller renovation projects around my house. They are professional and dedicated craftsmen who stand behind their work, and if any inconsistencies are found they respond right away. I would recommend Zenith, Inc. to anyone who needs quality construction and/or renovation work done.
I'm really happy with Justin O and his company Zenith Inc for helping us replace our new roof
I'm really happy with Justin O and his company Zenith Inc for helping us replace our new roof. Me and my team own a bunch of properties and this ain't the first time Justin has put a roof on for us. After the storm messed things up, Zenith took care of all the paperwork for the other folks involved. Justin kept me in the loop and let me know if there was anything I needed to do. The crew got the roof done in one day and cleaned up real good afterwards. They did everything just like we agreed, the tenants are pleased and the roof looks awesome. I can't recommend them enough!
We got a call from Justin O*** right after a big hail storm in our area
We got a call from Justin O right after a big hail storm in our area. We decided to go with his company (after I did some research) 'cause he said he'd handle the insurance companies (we had lots of claims) for us. And he totally did! We're super happy. He talked to us about everything that was gonna happen beforehand, so we knew what was up. The work they did was really good and the workers were nice and cleaned up after each job. We'd totally recommend Zenith, Inc. (used to be called Martellini) for any job you need.
I gotta say, I recently had Zenith, Inc fix up my home roof and garage roof after a gnarly storm
I gotta say, I recently had Zenith, Inc fix up my home roof and garage roof after a gnarly storm. Casey C was the main dude in charge of the whole shebang.
Let me tell ya, Casey C really busted his chops dealing with my insurance company. He was like a champ, jumping over all them hurdles that the on-site agent didn't wanna deal with.
Now, my garage is separate from my crib, but let me tell ya, they got the job done in no time and my roofs are lookin' absolutely stunning.
Casey C made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way. He was straight up with me, no BS.
And get this, Casey C even spotted some other damage to my home and made sure to bring it up with our insurance agent. They took care of it pronto, just like that.
I gotta give a big shoutout to this company, especially Casey C. They really know their stuff and I highly recommend 'em.

So I hired Martellini construction to fix the sliding of my house
So I hired Martellini construction to fix the sliding of my house. They took my insurance check and cashed it, but now they don't want to do any work. I've been trying to get in touch with them, but they're not responding. I just want them to either do the job or give me back my money.
Bad roofing job
Bad roofing job. These guys put a roof and siding on our house this winter. As time goes by, we're finding out that they've caused us more harm than good. The workers broke our shutters, and didn't say a word—they just put them back up like nothing happened. They cut the wires to my security system and didn't bother fixing it. I had to buy a new doorbell camera. They messed up something with my outdoor outlet. After they put up the siding, the outlet stopped working, and now we get water inside the house when it rains heavily. We told them about this problem a month ago, but they haven't done anything. Every time it rains, my hardwood floors and walls get destroyed.
So this guy named Tim showed up at my place, talking about checking for hail damage and filing an insurance claim
So this guy named Tim showed up at my place, talking about checking for hail damage and filing an insurance claim. He made it clear that I didn't have to choose Zenith if I didn't want to. So I went ahead and filed the claim, but then I did some digging on Zenith and found some pretty sketchy reviews. Apparently, they charge people a whopping $4000 if they decide to go with another company. That didn't sit right with me, so I made sure not to sign any agreements with them.
But guess what? One of their reps had the audacity to call me and ask why I went with someone else. I explained my reasons, but instead of understanding, this dude started yelling and berating me on the phone. Rude much? I had enough and hung up on him. And now, they have the nerve to email me, claiming that I owe them money based on some pre-construction agreement that I never even signed. Can you believe it?
Overall, I'm really disappointed with Zenith. Their shady practices and terrible customer service have left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm glad I dodged a bullet by not getting involved with them. Stay away, folks!

My name is redacted
My name is redacted. You can reach me at my contact number. My address is in Owings Mills, MD 21117. I want to discuss Zenith Inc. Their phone number is [protected]. Their address is 11436 Cronridge Dr, STE E, Owings Mills, MD 21117. I've been trying to contact the owner to resolve an issue, but without success. I've only heard from independent contractors who aren't directly linked to the company. My issue is that Zenith incorrectly placed a derogatory mark on my credit report for a document I never signed, and they refuse to remove it. Zenith hasn't provided any service to me. An independent contractor mentioned that the individual who falsified the document is no longer employed there, but the owner remains unresponsive. I simply want them to correct the error on my credit report.
On May 15th, 2022, this Zenith Inc
On May 15th, 2022, this Zenith Inc. guy showed up at my place to check out my roof. He said it had hail damage and told me to call my insurance company. He made me sign some paper, but I didn't really read it all (my bad). So, I called my insurance company and they agreed there was wind damage. I got a bunch of estimates from different companies (not Zenith though) and picked one. I let Zenith know I was going with another roofer. But now they're saying I owe them $4,200.00 for stuff they never did. They say it's for an estimate (which I never got), cleaning up (there was no mess), and giving an estimate to my insurance (they never did that either). And get this, they're threatening to take action if I don't pay in 15 days. How can they charge me for work that never happened?
o stone front
o stone front. Overall, my experience with Zenith, Inc. has been extremely disappointing.
Firstly, I had a meeting with their salesman, Andrew C, on June 15, regarding the hail damage to my siding. He told me that they installed *** siding and that it would take 6 weeks to order. However, their project manager, John M, later showed up and claimed that it would actually take 12 weeks and suggested using a different brand of siding. (*** informed me that it takes 12-24 weeks to order, depending on the color). It's clear that they are providing false information during their solicitation process.
It has now been 8 weeks since I started working with this company, and I have not been able to obtain any of the following: 1) a quote for *** or ***d siding installation, 2) a sample of ***, which they claim is their main product, 3) references from previous clients, 4) examples of finished job sites that resemble my house, and 5) the removal of red markers that they used to mark my house but never returned to remove. I had to take matters into my own hands and power wash my house to clean the marks left by the contractor.
Additionally, I requested a quote for a stone front, as I believed it was necessary for the job. However, they claim that they cannot provide stone fronts.
Overall, my experience with Zenith, Inc. has been frustrating and unprofessional. They have failed to deliver on their promises and have not provided the necessary information and services. I would not recommend working with them.
Zenith, Inc
Zenith, Inc., formerly known as Martellini, reached out to me on December 23rd, informing me that my neighbor's house had been damaged by hail and her insurance had approved the claim. They suggested that I should also file a claim with my insurance, as they believed my house had hail damage as well. They assured me that my insurance would cover the costs and advised me to contact them. Trusting their expertise, I promptly filed a claim with my insurance, granting Martellini permission to communicate with them and inspect my home.
To my surprise, when my insurance company assessed my property, they found no evidence of hail damage. They promptly informed both Martellini and myself about their findings. Unfortunately, after that day, Martellini ceased all communication with me. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out to them and inquire about my options, they never returned my calls. Frustrated, I decided to inform my insurance company about my neighbor's successful claim and the lack of response from Martellini. My neighbor, who had entrusted Martellini with her insurance check of $33,000, also expressed her disappointment in their unresponsiveness and failure to initiate any work.
In an attempt to understand the situation better, my wife contacted Martellini using a different phone number, posing as a potential new customer. Surprisingly, Earl, a representative from Martellini, agreed to meet with my wife, myself, and my neighbor. During the meeting, my neighbor shared her experience of being ignored by Martellini after they had taken her money. I also voiced my concerns about the lack of response to my numerous messages. Both of us expressed our discomfort in continuing any business dealings with their company and demanded the return of my neighbor's funds.
Since then, Martellini, now operating as Zenith, has been persistently contacting us through emails, calls, and texts, claiming that I owe them money for their efforts in communicating with my insurance company. However, it is important to note that they never mentioned any charges for this service when I signed a consent form on a tablet. No one from their company reached out to me after my claim was denied. It was only when I sought assistance from another company to represent me in moving forward with my claim that Zenith suddenly demanded payment.
In conclusion, my experience with Zenith, Inc. (formerly Martellini) has been disappointing and frustrating. They failed to deliver on their promises, neglected to respond to my inquiries, and attempted to charge me for services that were never discussed. I strongly advise caution when considering doing business with this company.
This company, Zenith, Inc
This company, Zenith, Inc., did something shady to me. They put a bad mark on my report just because I chose another company to work on my house. They gave me false info and tricked me. This guy named Kevin D came to my house a bunch of times during Covid, saying he had work to do on other houses nearby. Finally, I sat down with him and called my home insurance while he was there. That's when I realized this company was a scam. Kevin told me not to tell the insurance company that salespeople were involved in the claim. Before my insurance company processed the claim, Kevin had me sign a document on a tablet on my front porch. He didn't say anything about a $4300 fee if we decided not to go ahead with the work. Kevin did mention that we could get discounts if we put up signs in the yard and shared info on social media. After the call with the insurance company, Kevin told me to let him know when the adjuster was coming, and he would be there. The adjuster was scheduled, I told Kevin, but he never showed up for the inspection. At this point, my neighbors, including my brother's in-laws, started giving me conflicting info. Kevin lied to me three times about doing work for others. The insurance adjuster finished our claim and unexpectedly sent the payment directly to me. The adjuster said we should be careful in choosing a contractor to do the work. So, we got three other estimates. Kevin and his company couldn't give us an estimate because they never measured our house. Instead, he gave us an estimate for another property in the neighborhood without any details. When I confronted him about it, he gave me two more estimates (one for the roof and one for the siding), but unlike the other estimates, he didn't break down the costs. We ended up going with professional contractors who gave us free estimates and a clear breakdown of the costs and references.
My mom was approached in February by a Zenith roofing company salesman
My mom was approached in February by a Zenith roofing company salesman offering a free inspection and potential repairs. They scheduled an appointment with Zenith and her home insurance company. The insurer sent a claim payout of $2,186.70 for roof repairs, insufficient for a full replacement that Zenith proposed. Anthony O, Zenith's project manager, contacted me to take additional roof photos for a revised claim. Photos were taken on April 13. On April 20, Anthony had my mom sign a contract for the work and collected a check for the insurance payout. He submitted a supplemental claim to the insurer to cover the full repair costs. The insurer partially approved the claim on April 27. On May 5, Anthony suggested I provide the insurer with unverifiable roof details, which I refused, suspecting fraud. The insurer added $1,088.23 to my mom's account for extra costs on May 19. With no work done, we decided against using Zenith. On June 15, I requested the return of my mom's deposit to refund the insurer but received no response. After a month, I contacted Zenith via their website and email for a refund due to no services rendered, but again, no reply. I have all email records, estimates, and signed contracts, which I'm attaching in chronological order.
