Zephyr's customer service is terrible!
Zephyr's customer service is terrible! They haven't done anything but ignore us and keep us waiting. They don't follow through and we regret spending $800 on a range hood we can't even use. I won't buy anything from them again and I'll tell everyone I know how bad their customer service is!

Zephyr is a company that agreed to cover a $250 warranty repair cost through their representative. However, it has been 3 months and I still have not received reimbursement despite multiple requests. They have not provided me with a supervisor's contact information. The communication is poor and the customer service is terrible. It's unbelievable how they lie and treat their customers. I won't be buying their products again and I'll make sure to tell my construction industry contacts about their bad customer service and lack of integrity.
Zepher was picked for my client, chosen for its origin, in a specific location
Zepher was picked for my client, chosen for its origin, in a specific location. I went to the Zephyer showroom searching for a hood/ventilation solution that was made locally. We liked the product and it's perfect for the project. We were excited to find out that the product was locally made. The product was approved and ordered directly by the Client with a December lead time. Now it's December and Zephyr told the Client that the product is on a container ship from overseas and not a locally made product at all. The Zephyr company lied and misrepresented its product. The cost to the project is that we have to start over in finding a product solution. The resolution being sought here is two-fold: The Client's order needs to be canceled with a full refund. I'd like some notification/communication about the high level of misrepresentation so that others seeking locally made products aren't misled.
