They fix my 2007 Allison transmission, and they did it on time like they said
They fix my 2007 Allison transmission, and they did it on time like they said. Prices were good and they were cool to deal with. It was a good time.

Bought a transmissin from Trans Depo bout 2 years ago and it's been runnin great ever since. Shifts smooth like butter. They got good customer service and they got it done quick.
Transmission Depot was a big letdown for me
Transmission Depot was a big letdown for me. Their customer service was a total mess - my order wasn't packaged properly and it took them three tries to get it right. To top it off, I never got my core charge back even though they promised me I would. I've sent them a bunch of emails but haven't heard back.
I got my 2015 Chevy 2500 fixed up with a new transmission at Transmission Depot
I got my 2015 Chevy 2500 fixed up with a new transmission at Transmission Depot. They did a good job and the price was fair. I use my truck for towing a lot, so I needed a good rebuild that I can trust. The transmission shifts smoothly and I'm really happy with it.
I bought a reman transmission for 2500 bucks from Transmission Depot
I bought a reman transmission for 2500 bucks from Transmission Depot. I had a local shop put it in, but it was no good and didn't work. When I talked to the guy on the phone, he was super rude and obnoxious. I ended up taking my car somewhere else and losing money. Don't even think about doing business with these folks. You'll be sorry!
I bought 2 transmissions from Transmission Depot and had 2 of my trucks worked on there
I bought 2 transmissions from Transmission Depot and had 2 of my trucks worked on there. Every time was great. Misty is super helpful and knows her stuff. I sent some friends there too and they had good experiences. These guys build some *** good transmissions!
Got a E40d from Transmission Depot stage two, but when I put it in my ride, it shifted too soft
Got a E40d from Transmission Depot stage two, but when I put it in my ride, it shifted too soft. They said it had a shift kit, but it didn't. So, I put one in myself, and it helped a bit. Supposed to have all the updates, but when I took it out, it was just new clutches and old steels. The valve body was so dirty, three valves barely moved. It's just a junk yard transmission with new clutches and old bushings. What a joke!
I got a 4l60e 4x4 from Transmission Depot for $1700
I got a 4l60e 4x4 from Transmission Depot for $1700. It was sent to me after being "built" and worked great for a week. Then, it lost 3rd-4th gears. I contacted them and returned it for repair. After getting it back, it worked great for about a month before losing 3rd-4th gears again. I contacted them again and had to send it back for a replacement unit. I received the new unit after 4-5 days, installed it, and found out that it only had park! No reverse or forward even when manually shifted! I contacted them again, and they said that it was a burnt-up pump due to installation error and that it wouldn't be covered under warranty if that was the case. In my opinion, they don't know how to build a transmission or something, and I wouldn't spend my money here ever again. 1 star because 0 isn't an option.
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Transmission Depot
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Transmission Depot. Like a lot of other folks, I didn't do my research before buying from them, and boy do I regret it now. The product they sent me was straight-up busted, but when I tried to return it, they hit me with a "restocking fee." What kind of nonsense is that? They're gonna restock a broken part? And they charged me an arm and a leg for it too! I ended up losing over $200 and didn't even get a working product out of the deal. These guys are total crooks. They tried to tell me I should've given them a chance to "warranty" the item, but I didn't have time for that. And why should I trust them to fix it when they couldn't even send me a good part in the first place? All they cared about was their stupid "policy," which is just a fancy way of saying "we're gonna rip you off." If you're thinking about buying from Transmission Depot, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. These guys are bad news.
I got a TRAODST2CP from Transmission Depot and it didn't shift right
I got a TRAODST2CP from Transmission Depot and it didn't shift right. It only had 144 miles on it but I had to take it to a well-known transmission builder to fix it. They found out that the internal roller sprag bearing was missing a bearing roller and it was a used item. Also, there was no Transgo full race shift kit in it, just a standard VB. I feel like I was tricked and now I have to spend more money to make it right. Be careful when buying from them!
Later on, I picked up my car and they showed me what was wrong with the Transmission Depot AOD. The sprag bearing was not missing, but a roller from the bearing was because it was a used bearing, not new or replaced. They offered me the VB back because they were going to throw it out. It couldn't even be reprogrammed because it was so poorly put together. The OD band was also used and worn, which I noticed the 3 times I brought it up to speed, it never shifted into OD. There were other parts that were obviously not new but used and worn. I gave them the old torque converter for which they are going to tear apart to see if it is legitimately working. I'm not a tranny guy but I know when parts are reused and there must have been 5-6 parts that were original and worn out. I hope they figure out what's going on in the shop. The car runs much better now and I can stop blaming the Fitech EFI for the problems because they are gone! I'm sorry this happened and I'm sure it was a fluke on their part but it cost me a lot of money and I'm not happy.

Transmission Depot sold me some parts that they said were "remanufactured" or "new
Transmission Depot sold me some parts that they said were "remanufactured" or "new". But when I took them to two different transmission shops, they both said that the parts were not what they were supposed to be. Turns out, I was sold a transmission from a junk yard that had been painted to look newer. Not cool, Transmission Depot.
Got a transmission from Transmission Depot for $1700, but it was busted right outta the box
Got a transmission from Transmission Depot for $1700, but it was busted right outta the box. Tried to get help to fix it, but they didn't give me no help at all. Called 'em up on 12/23 at 1:49 pm and they said they'd call me back that day, but they never did. Waited five whole days and called 'em back, but they said I gotta pay to take it out and send it to 'em to check it out. Did some more lookin' around and found out they've been lyin' 'bout customers causin' damages they're responsible for. Not cool, man.
I bought a rebuilt transmission from Transmission Depot and they said they'd give me three times the $1500 core refund, but they didn't
I bought a rebuilt transmission from Transmission Depot and they said they'd give me three times the $1500 core refund, but they didn't. When we put it in, it wouldn't go into 3rd gear and then reverse stopped working after a few miles. We took it to another place and they found metal in the pan, missing bolts, and a broken case. The rebuilt transmission had a lot of problems. The company is blaming me for their bad work and wants to charge me $650 more on top of the $4050 I already paid. I have proof of everything. I have five kids and now only one income because of this company's mistakes. It's not okay!

Transmission Depot sold me a Stage 2 4l80e that was supposed to be all fancy and upgraded
Transmission Depot sold me a Stage 2 4l80e that was supposed to be all fancy and upgraded. But when I took it apart, it was just a regular old transmission with no upgrades. I even sent them pictures and they admitted that it wasn't upgraded, but they blamed it on some employees who don't even work there anymore. They didn't even try to help me out or anything. I paid them a ton of money - $2282.60 - for a transmission with all these cool upgrades like HD High energy clutches with Kolene steels, Billet Aluminum reverse servo, complete new no walk bushings, competition input shaft, and Trans Go full race shift kit. But what I got was just a plain old transmission with no upgrades. And because of that, it broke way sooner than it should have.
