I've been tryin to get the right name for my pure talk phone number for years
I've been tryin to get the right name for my pure talk phone number for years. Today I waited over 50 mins to talk to someone in Tech support. Nobody ever answered.
If this can't get fixed next week, I'll have no choice but to file a Formal Complaint with the FCC.

H2O wireless phone service ain't working no more
H2O wireless phone service ain't working no more. My mobile phone got 4g LTE service, but the dang phone service just won't connect to any number I dial. I've been tryin' to get in touch with *** for hours on end, but ain't nobody pickin' up. I even tried the live chat, but got the same no response. I don't know what to do 'bout this mess. Can't even switch my phone number to another provider 'cause there ain't nobody at H2O wireless to help me out.
I got service with Telrite Corporation, which owns H2O wireless
I got service with Telrite Corporation, which owns H2O wireless. My cell service has been down for more than a week. No one answers the customer service number ***. I've been on hold for hours, but no one ever picks up. Eventually, the line just disconnects, and you have to call again and wait for hours, only to be hung up on once more. Is this company even still operating? What's going on? Either refund my monthly subscription or fix the service. If you check the company's *** page, you'll see that many others are facing the same issue.
The company won't give me my call records from more than 90 days ago unless I have a subpoena or court order, even though the law doesn't
The company won't give me my call records from more than 90 days ago unless I have a subpoena or court order, even though the law doesn't require it. I want my call logs from the beginning of my phone service (years ago), and legally, those records belong to me, so I should just be able to ask for them. However, the provider insists on a subpoena or court order, saying it's a 'legal process.' I've asked them to show me any law that says they need that, but they haven't provided any evidence; they just keep giving me the same automated response.

I wanna complain 'bout H20 wireless (Telrite Holdings Inc)
I wanna complain 'bout H20 wireless (Telrite Holdings Inc). They didn't give me the service I paid for and their customer service was real bad. I ordered H20 wireless on September 15 and paid extra for fast shipping. But guess what? They never delivered it! I was without phone service for 6 whole days. It's all H20's fault 'cause they didn't do their job. So, I had to find another provider 'cause H20 can't be trusted. I tried to get a refund, but their customer service was unbelievably terrible. I talked to 5 different people, including 2 bosses, and they were all awful. I want my money back, all of it.
Issue with Life Wireless
Issue with Life Wireless. (Parent company is Pure Talk Wireless). With Life Wireless, there is zero customer support. I was on hold, waiting for a customer service representative for a total of almost 3 hours, and still, no answer. I am a prospective customer in need of SIM information. Imagine if this was a customer who had to use their minutes waiting on hold. Maybe that's the point. I called Pure Talk, the parent company, and they have the same address and call center, probably in the same building. They answered in 3 minutes. This is pure discrimination based on money, and it's not right. Life Wireless needs to have better staffing to accommodate their customers. This current hold time is totally unacceptable and needs to change as soon as possible. Maybe they should consider pulling some Pure Talk customer service representatives over to Life Wireless. It makes sense to me. As you can see from my attachments, Life Wireless needs help, just like I do. I would like to be contacted by a corporate representative to discuss further. If I am not available, he or she needs to provide me with a direct contact number on my voicemail for a call back, not the general customer service number where this issue lies.
On 8/26/22, I got approved for the *** and on 08/28/22, I applied with Life Wireless
On 8/26/22, I got approved for the *** and on 08/28/22, I applied with Life Wireless. I paid $4.99 for the processing fee and on 08/29/22, I got an email about my order #L0007985978. The email said my phone was shipped and gave me a *** tracking #***. On 08/30/22, I emailed the company to let them know that my address was missing the because I live in apt *209. On 09/01/22, my package was delivered to the wrong address and I filed a complaint C-*** with ***. After waiting for days, *** told me to contact the shipper because the driver delivered it to the address given ***. That's wrong because I live in an apartment complex with buildings that have different letters from A - H. Since I don't have any mobile or landline devices, I had to get a ride to my sister's house and call the company. On 09/15 or 09/16/22, I called the company and the representative said they need a different address in *** to ship it to. I gave my sister's address and was told I would get a confirmation email in 24 hours. I didn't receive anything, so I contacted the company again on 09/20/22. They told me it needs to be investigated and assured me I would get an email in 48 to 72 hours. I still haven't received an email or the cellular device. At this point, if they can't deliver the product, I want a refund of the processing fee or both for the hassle.
I wanna move my number from H2Owireless to ***
I wanna move my number from H2Owireless to ***. Right now, I'm payin' 20 bucks for my H2Owireless plan. I put in a request to transfer my number on December 29. H2Owireless rejected my request 'cause they said they got two of 'em. So, I went on their website and chatted with a customer care person to ask for help. *** sent me an email sayin' I should talk to my current provider, so I asked the agent to escalate the issue. The agent told me to cancel all my current port out requests and make a new one, so I did. They said I gotta wait *** hours, so I did. I tried again, but they said they got another double port out request and told me to cancel and reapply again. I gave H2Owireless the port ID and request number that *** gave me, but they won't release my number. They keep sayin' they're gettin' multiple requests and won't do anythin' until I cancel 'em all. I gave 'em the *** ID they need, but still nothin' happens. I tried to contact H2Owireless for a faster response, but they didn't answer and blocked me on ***. Now I can't reach 'em on ***. The H2OWireless customer care number is always dead, and the chat box takes hours to respond. This whole situation caused by H2Owireless (a Telrite Corporation subsidiary) has been really stressful for me mentally, and it's puttin' a financial burden on me too. I gotta pay for both *** (10 bucks) and H2Owireless (20 bucks) plans. Please help me get my number released ASAP.
The incident happened on March 1st after 9pm
The incident happened on March 1st after 9pm. The main company involved is Telrite Corporation, also known as Telrite Holdings, LLC, with its CEO being ***. Their subsidiary is *** Telecommunications, LLC, with *** as the CEO. I discovered that they also have another subsidiary called H2O Wireless. I've been trying to contact someone from H2O Wireless since this happened, but I haven't had any luck. According to their website, my phone is capable of 5G. However, *** told me that my phone is 5G capable. Ten days ago, I received a text offering me a $100.00 discount on a phone. I followed the link provided in the text, but there was no option to apply the discount. At this point, I just want my account number (ACCT. NBR.) so that I can switch from H2O. I've been a loyal customer for almost *** and even recommended H2O Wireless to my family, but they have already switched to another well-known wireless service. I just need my account number and my phone number (which I've had since the early days of wireless services) so that I can leave H2O. I need assistance with this because they don't seem to care about their customers, as they never answer the phone. Please help me retrieve my account number from them. I highly doubt that someone will actually call me to resolve this issue. The direct number to reach me is ***. I would provide my cell number, but they took it away, even though they continue to charge me for my monthly payment.
My name is concealed for privacy
My name is undisclosed. I sent a check to the designated office, as directed by your customer service. After mailing it, I learned it had the wrong address; it lacked a P.O. Box number. My phone is still inactive. Customer service hasn't received the check after a week, and I need a phone. They insist on a payment, but I've paid as instructed. I avoid sharing my account details, hence the check to the specified office. I'm leaving Pure Talk due to their credit or debit card requirement for service continuation. They demand payment to unlock my phone for a switch. Inquiring about a refund after reactivation and switching, customer service directed me to the refund department, which apparently doesn't take calls. Attempts to contact corporate or email a Karen Russell were futile. I seek assistance with this matter. Thank you.
To whom it may concern: My name is John Doe and I talked to several customer service agents who refused to let me speak
To whom it may concern: My name is John Doe and I talked to several customer service agents who refused to let me speak to a manager. They told me they wouldn't be able to fix the expired status on my account even though my service package was fully restored and active. A representative from customer service and another agent from Lifewireless told me that the only way to get my phone back working was to get their prepaid plan. I have been on a free government plan with Lifewireless and I ported in my existing number in 2018. I had to switch my service back in March because they said my old phone wouldn't work on 3G with Lifewireless service. I had to wait a long time to receive my new 4G phone in March, which was supposed to work on Lifewireless service. I received it towards the end of the month and had issues with activating it. I was able to transfer over my old SIM to the new phone because I couldn't get in touch with Lifewireless. I activated it on my own, but I'm not sure if the phone was fully activated since I couldn't reach a customer service agent. Towards the end of March, I was able to make a phone call to my bank within the 30-day period of using my Lifewireless service with my number. I'm trying to get my service restored, but I'm getting nowhere with Lifewireless. They refuse to let me talk to a supervisor. A customer service agent said there's nothing they can do but for me to start over and I won't be able to keep the same number unless I pay for Lifewireless service, even though my service package is still active in the system. I told the agent that I did make a call in March within the 30-day period, and he just said there's nothing they can do. In March 2022, I tried to activate a SIM with assistance, but there was no agent to help me. The agent told me to reapply, saying it would remove the expiration on my account, but it didn't fix it. I want my billing to be fixed from expired to active with Lifewireless, or I want my number that was ported in with 2018 to be added to my new account, which they refuse to do. I want the expiration to be removed from my account.
